Also one thing you forget about for the bunker is if you do all the shooting range challenges you can hold up to 30 throwables, There is a way to cheese the challenges by getting the minigun
On the Bunker: One full Resupply will give you 20% (1 bar) of Product. This means if you sell after just one Resupply, you are guaranteed a single vehicle Sell.
Well, tbf, the Arcade is only 100K and takes awhile to fill. The Hanger is an almost nightmare solo. If you want it to be efficient, you practically need a full MC to run it.
Salvage yard I’d put in best simply because the tow truck makes easy money. I maxed out that business and added to my routine which makes me 300k every 2 hours. Bail bond + nightclub + auto shop passive + agency + acid + bunker. I make 2.5 mil a day from just passive income and all I have to do is click buttons. The rest of the time I either just chill in free mode or do fun missions or chill with friends. They made it so easy nowadays that you don’t even have to work hard and you can make a lot of money.
I've recently been selling my MC businesses (solo) at full product capacity due to the new updated sell mission timer set at 45 minutes. Its now more time efficient to sell at full capacity even if you get the three post op vans. Bottom line is that the MC businesses got a huge buff from the recent updates.
is the new time on new gen? also to not get the post op vans, if you have the acid lab you can park it where they spawn and you should get something easier like bikes or helis

Bail office is garbage. Did you calculate how long it takes to make your money back on those two employees? That money would be better spent on almost anything else for a better return.
Bail office is decent, it’s good as a side business to make money passing time and passive income, it’s not great if it’s the only business but it’s good alongside other businesses
@@Alphaghost-SP1 the passive is next to nothing. You have to send each officer on 30 missions to even break even on what you spent for them. That money invested elsewhere would be much better. Sure, if you like the missions to have fun, do them. But if your goal is making money there are so many other things that earn you more $/hr than anything you can do with the bail office. It's not good "alongside other businesses," period. That's a pretty meaningless statement you can say about anything. Spend your money and time on those other businesses.
@@agitatorjr I got both for $750k didn’t know they were half off with gta+, but like I said the $18k every 48min adds up along side $50k from Nightclub, $20k from Agency that’s almost $80k/48 min doing nothing while playing the game making money doing heist, contract missions, acid lab, auto shop contracts, etc. I don’t just look at one business, I look at how they all contribute, there’s been a couple of times playing where I’ve had $72k in the safe now add that up with other businesses
@@Alphaghost-SP1you have to travel to the office and send them and then pick up the money later. That takes at least a minute or so it's only worth it if you already have everything business wise, because if you didn't you could spend that 1.5 million on something better. And if you already have everything you have other stuff that will net you more profit than spend the few minutes an hour to send them out and collect. It's 100% logic and you could actually crunch the numbers if you wanted to. And that doesn't even include the over a million to buy the bail bonds office in the first place. The only things this is better than is the forgery and possibly weed.
“Facility heist are not something you can repeat to make money,” I think the Act 2 Bogdan mission has made me more money than anything else in the game
Somehow GTA doesn’t understand the issue with almost all these heist is the fact that you need a crew to do set ups. Just make everything soloable.. it’s like the devs don’t understand most real people don’t have a crew of friends online all the time. Most of us are solo.

Cayo Perico heist made me so much money. I remember getting 20 million just grinding it for days, then I spent it all in JDM cars and for the auto shop. I've done it so much I can do the whole heist+setup under 45 minutes elite challenge by making my own optimal route and methods. I miss those days
The Cayo also used to cost 25k to set up, now 100k so harder to cancel if you get the tequila. You sometimes get a car to keep in the salvage yard normally worth over a million so would put it higher.
My toxic trait is having almost 10Mil saved up on my Gta Account and I don't want to buy any new cars because it just feels like inflation nowadays (day1 player problems) and every payment might be a mistake that pulls me back another 5 weeks
I think bunker and acid lab are the best allround businesses in terms of passive income and being solo friendly for new players just starting out. I know night club is good passive income, but its only profitable if you already own multiple mc business if you’ve been playing for a while
@@wini156 Well, it's a business that it's great if you already have all those other businesses, ofc I wouldn't recommend buying it if you don't have them already. But even then, the businesses that you need in order to make good money on the nighclub already make money on their own independently, so technically the return on the investment is pretty quick all things considered.
@@xegov_9z315 bro, agency is active and has a passive safe locker , and main source is Dr Dre contract, that is like total 9 mission in setup and finale which takes like 1 hr 30 mins to complete and quite fun also pays 1million so each mission consider 120000 dollars for 10-12 mins work max. For example like cayo perico has 5 setup and 1 finale, total takes 1 hr 10mins approx , so for 6 missions 1 million so 1 setup mission in cayo gives like 130000 dollars for 7-8 mins tasks. I do meth, cocaine, and bunker runs than do my night club. Play under two hours and get everything done, I get around 1.8-2.6 million while buying supplies and waiting for everything to refill. I think it’s key to have enough supplies for one vehicle run (not maxing your product storage). Planning to do more of the bounties, auto shop and acid lab.
That’s a great routine my guy, your making some very easy passive income, definitely try out the auto shop and bounties if you wanna pass the time while your supplies are filling up and make money at the same time 👍🏻
It definitely takes time, but calling yohan gets you a fast job that pays about 12k and gets you a crate, i add as a filler mission between other jobs im doing in free mode. Plus the passive pay is great
Yeah, but it's completely passive money, you literally don't have to anything except wait for it to fill up and sell, and it can make about 50k per hour overall, which is better than most other passive businesses that actually require a bit more work. And with the nightlub you can also earn 50k every 48 minutes, and the only thing you need to do is to enter the nightclub on passive mode every two in-game days in order to get a kick a troublemaker mission which literally takes less than a minute to complete and keeps your popularity bar filled. So, overall, more than100k per hour for arguably the most passive business in the game doesn't seem bad at all.
@@Rpot01 I woudn't waste time on those mentions. The nightclub already makes 100k per hour passively. You can invest that time in other active businesses.
@@SUB-IN-SUPER Sorry man. It's doable to get your return on investment if you do the big bounty everyday and don't kill them. Should be about $150k a day so in about 30 days. You can cut that in half or less if you grind the three smaller bounties. Also, don't buy a cop car if you're planning to get your money back, that's an even bigger grind.
I run mostly acid lab night club agency and ball office and if you do the stash house for the lab then a nightclub mission then all the bounty’s wall I’m waiting for the cooldowns to be done I can do a agency mission. Rinse and repeat and all my bills in the game are about 7 to 8 thousand every in game day. I’m also a solo player so I’d say that I’m doing well in terms of making money in the game is good simple and easy the only pain is waiting for the cooldowns in the agency and nightclub.
@@allhailpotato960 I've got almost everything from doing afk passive income for the last couple years (mostly Nightclub and then Acid Lab), but lately with Rockstar focusing on removing afk methods I've been focused more on active ways to make money. It's no cash cow like the nightclub, but it looks like fun gameplay.
If you’re new and don’t have the starter business or 4 mil, I definitely recommend doing the og heists. While it can be daunting finding players for it, if you complete all of them in order you get an extra 1 mil, on top of all the other first time bonus and the money from the heists. Between 2.3-3.3 million for a 200k investment is worth it. Especially if you don’t expand too quickly. Get the free acid business, do cluckin bell 2-3 times in between the og heists. Lucking out with a cayo or two and casino, the little extra helps. Selling your acid in full lobby is a profit of 400k, with a cluckin bell, that’s almost a mil in a little more than an hour of play time. After? Agency. Hands down. The 200 contacts is a lot, but the median for doing them is about 44k, which is over 8 mil, profiting 5 mil (after the cost of an upgraded agency), not to mention doing dre 2-3 times
A few missed key points: - Agency also has a free taxi service for the player, using the Agency SUV. Just call Franklin. The Casino Penthouse also has this, just call Ms Baker. - Acid Lab, Meth, Coke, and Weed stock can be sold to Street Dealers for a casual, tidy profit without Sell Missions. Easy 300-400k a day, for just driving to 3 spots. Just pop to the Arcade to restock the labs, and call Mutt to resupply the Acid. - Nightclub has *Three* income sources, the third being the Terrorbyte missions. Not great, but not bad.
I've made over 600 million from it lol. Even counting running one for your partner, you get a set (one for each person) done 10 min faster than cayo for a cool 1.5 mil each person with no cooldown (other than watching to stop before bad sport lobbies). Easily my favorite way to make money tbh.
@@SniperWolfKing77i was doing the doomsday heist but each time i complete it i have to do the setups again how do you over come that to where you can just keep on doing the heist over and over ?
I've played GTA Online long enough to have all of them, just for the sake of having them. What I do most now is maintain the popularity of the night club. Each day I play, I do the most wanted bail mission, and whenever a new vehicle comes into the autoshop I sell that one. And then I just do whatever I feel like between agency missions, towtruck missions, vehicle warehouse missions. As a solo player, I don't really feel like doing heists other than Cayo Perico, which is super easy to do alone and profit from rather quickly. The biker businesses, I only sell if they are full because I robbed enough hideouts that pop up in the city every now and then. And they're also useful for the dealers in the city, of course. For the Casino just like the penthouse, I don't view it as a mission gateway, it's more of a luxury like all supercars. And with the casino, you spawn in the perfect spot to immediately cash in your daily spin. A few years ago, I would make some easy money by playing at the blackjack table in my apartment and quitting the game every time I lost, not sure whether that still works.
Random but one of the benefits that I’m just now realizing is that you can call a limo from anywhere for free once you complete the Casino penthouse missions. They work like a taxi does so just tag the location on your map and they’ll take you there in game.
Another thing to mention your bunker, weed or coke farm, and night club can run into a problem where you loose your supplies and gain no stock regardless if staff are set to the right option
I already know all this but still watched it just to make sure i know my stuff this solidifys what ima get for my mom and step dad sense they just got the game and when they get the money they can now buy whatever they would like
The most money iv made so far as a solo player is with the biker businesses coupled with the nightclub, I also do gun running but usually never above a 500,000 delivery to keep it manageable. The nightclub’s passive income+ the gun running’s ammunation contract and the biker club house’s bike shop. Give around 150,000 combined regularly. Meanwhile the big 3 biker businesses net me around 1 million combined, and the occasional night club delivery also amounts for around 800k. Basically i have made over 15 million in a week’s time.
Been playing GTA Online for 10 years and have amassed nearly everything available in the game, and they are still adding content by this point the game is super fun since your basically playing Online like its single player since you are simply free to do whatever you want it's truly a sarcastic representation of capitalism where after years of grind a non-stop work you can faintly enjoy the unreal amount of content, until we all wait for GTA 6. And when you own all the business, there are also a lot of ways to earn even more money but without any struggle as in the past.
The bunker research with update in 2021 is alot better if you call agent 14 the research missions help alot filling around 25% of the bar it worth doing if they have double research progress which is how I grinded m mine out. But that contact was a nice addition to get some research and not stop production of weapons
Fantastic video.. I've been researching businesses myself through the wiki.. what I've decided and experienced so far aligns quite closely to your own conclusions.. you've also helped me a lot to confirm what else to move forward with.. very nicely done.. new sub
For very beginners. Do the Vincent (Police Station near SantaMonica-Pier) Missions/Heist. It doesn't cost any money, to purchase something, and in my opinion, thats the Best profitable "Business". Besides also the BottomDollar Building (Bounty Hunting)
Bunker should be in the Best category. Not only can you session-cycle to change to two wedges or 3 drops for solo. But this is the best crew activity I see people consistently do.
I'd like to suggest that the forgery office is worth it, if simply to open up the ability to passively collect stock for the nightclub. Buy the cheapest forgery office then shut it down (or wait for it to exhaust its supply and make like, a tiny bit of money back). Don't bother with upgrades.
With the bunker I feel it is solo friendly with the sparrow or oppressor but I can see if you don’t have those how it can be. To me it makes the most money
Casino heist is by far the best heist in the game and you only need a singular arcade machine to get max btw. Outta your mind calling it mid lmao Penthouse pays for itself from the mission, aswell as the paragon, and it also gives you access to the best spawn location in the game because of the fast travel. Definitely not bad. Dre contract is one of the slowest ways to make money in the game. Security contracts are just glorified vip jobs. Other than Imani tech, there's no reason.
Casino is not better then cayo at all worse payout more fees and security contracts are really good considering you can get 20k in passive income if you do 201 and penthouse missions give a shitty car that no one uses
@@P-dq6vs Penthouse gives 1 mil, and an armored car that alone pays for the 1.5 that the Penthouse costs. Also gives a free prep for casino. Also the best spawnpoint in the game bc of free fast travel and helicopter spawn. Security contracts are ass, sure you get 20k per 48m but those 200 contracts take you dozens of hours. Spending 20+ hours to get 20k per hour? I don't think so lmao. If you spent that time doing heists you'd have made more then the passive income ever will. Worse payout? You got no clue what youre talkin about do you? Casino is guaranteed atleast 2 mil payout with artwork and 2.3 with gold. Split between 2 people in 80/20, thats 1.6 mil atleast. That's more than cayo only unless you get pink diamond, or bonds on hard and full gold. With how the cooldown system works, those are extremely rare and you have to wait 3 full days for the chances to reset. Tequila has a 60% chance, with necklace a 15% and bonds 15%. If you do it solo it also has a whopping 2 hour cooldown. Casino pays much more 90% of the time and in my opinion it's much, much easier. Cayo is absolutely the worst heist, you got no clue what you're talking about lmao With tequila and necklace as primary literally 75% of the time, good fuckin luck getting anywhere near casinos pay per hour. Essay to prove you're wrong :)
@@ironpizza5150 I can easily solo cayo and stay stealth and the fees for casino heist even with worse employees hit like a truck and you are not guaranteed gold

😮 Great informative But you can source things from your hanger You just need to talk to the NPC outside your office. I think, knowing that would put the hanger back at your top position
One thing you missed about the MC businesses is the street dealers which you can't do if you don't own them. 3 spots to visit once per real day for about 240k total. It takes from your stock of those 4 places (acid, green lettuce, coka cola, and walter white's). For the most part, with only using the daily stash house raid for restocking, I rarely have to sell one of those businesses unless the RNG for restock gets nuts. The only one I sell regularly is the Coka Cola due to only selling 3 per day at the street guys. The downside is it never fails that just after a sale, you nearly always get a defend mission even with security which is annoying. You also nerf your nightclub stock if you don't have these as well, which I think you touched on.
Oh brother I usually love the MC business but you literally can't stay in there for 5 minutes without a business needing to get defended. It's the same routine every 6 months. I open the game, register as an MC, do a mission in coka lab, close the MC until starting the next one. 2nd restock finished, forget about closing the MC while driving to the next business, getting raided at the coka lab when it barely started producing. Getting two-shotted by the heli, and then close the game for another two seasons.
@@monkeyD.yannick Last time I sold I disbanded right after the mission was done. 20 seconds later I get a call to defend the magic moss with no yellow dot to lead me to where since I wasn't in the MC. About blew a blood vessel.
@@Llew70 wtf I'd need to prevend myself from jumping against the Tv in that moment. Only good thing is when making that first mission again it fills up your facility for once. I mainly ran the Cayo heist, but then the update came where you were caught when you got the target item. After that, I stopped running the cayo. It's minor, yes, but it screwed up the way I ran the heist
The thing is, while the Nightclub is objectively the best it requires a lot of investment in "mid" businesses to fully come online. And since without at least some of those businesses the NC is mid, then I'd say the MC clubhouse, coke lockup, and bunker are all higher tier and required to make the NC good. Yes they fall off eventually, but they're the prices for entry.
Spending 1.500.000 in order to get 10k per hour. That's 120 ingame hours until it finally fills out the hole it caused. IF you are consistent enough to walk over there every 48min. This dude's crazy😂
Just a nightclub and non operational others for the warehouse. I am living the nightclub life, just passives and a once in a while deliverable. No hassle, no grind. Also less illegal and criminal. Yes I deliver acid, weed, forged documents and some stolen cargo, but I am not pushing it to the people. Also own a taxi for lounge gaming.
They have to work like that so the lookouts know they aren’t stealing anything. Usually they’re completely nkaed so they would have nowhere to put anything
Can rly recommend going for the criminal mastermind with the original heists. With a bit of planning it's fairly easy, I did it first try with my crew consisting of one totally new player a veteran and one mid skilled like me.
1 issue with special cargo create warehouse is that when they get filled up and pass a certain point they will get raided. if you fail these raids you can loose all of your stock. Also there is a bug (shocker) that you will not be notified that the raid has started and you will only get notified when it has finished. There are ways to avoid the raids. The way I avoid them takes a little more setup cost as I use a 2nd character to do just the ceo creates as a passive business, once per day I log on to the 2nd character and send them out to the warehouses where they get the staff to source the creates, then I switch back to my main character and never have to think about getting raided.
I made the biggesr mistake by buying the arcade, i wasted over 12 mil over the whole business just to get a total of 5k every per hour. For christ sake, i honestly could've bought a maxed out yacht and still have spent less.
The weed farm isn’t as bad as you think it is. It’s just something else you want to make slight extra cash when everything is on down time. And the only good apartment heist that actually pays good money is pacific standard
Bro, you don’t need to buy multiple machines in the arcade to get max income bc when you buy a machine, you get an infinite amount of their copies. This doesn’t apply on Axe of Fury, Shiny Wasabi Kitty Claw, Madam Nazar, and, as I remember, Badlands Revenge and CAMHEDZ. My personal top 5: 1. Kosatka. The Cayo Perico Heist and a Russian assistant. 2. Salvage Yard. It has a pretty good passive income plus on some bonus weeks there may be a car you can keep. 3. Agency. One of the best passive (and active) income sources plus a pocket Ammu-Nation/special tuning place with a 20-place garage. 4. Arcade. The Diamond Casino Heist, passive income and ability to play the arcade machines as a bonus! 5. Nightclub. The best passive income and a fun business itself (Solomun been working in my place 25/8 since opening) H.M. Auto Shop. An ability to buy some of the cars that are removed from the websites and some pretty cool missions. Moody and Sess are pretty annoying tho
Agency active income is subpar at best and the passive income takes dozens of hours to set up and once you do it's still worse than nightclub. Also casino heist is so much better than cayo now its not even funny lol.
@@ironpizza5150I often do the Cayo Perico Heist using different vehicles, not only Kosatka and Longfin, so it still seems better to me than the casino heist. Pavel has jokes that may seem amusing at the first walkthrough, takes lower cut than Lester, and was born in the same country as me. Kosatka itself has Sparrow. Of course, you have to buy it, but you get a helicopter which can be spawned INSTANTLY and ANYWHERE. You may say: “BuT It’S tHe sAmE As tHe bUzZaRd fRoM ThE OrGaNiSaTiOn”. Well you know, if you haven’t bought it, you’ll have to spawn it for $25000, so Sparrow for me costed much less than Buzzard. And yes, I almost forgot. The Cayo Perico Heist can be done solo. The agency passive income has to be set up, yes, but I think you’ll have fun doing these 200 contracts.
@@МихаилСелезнев-г2ж Nevertheless. If were looking at the stats, casino heist pays much more than cayo, and doing 200 contracts for the agency is going to be a waste of time compared to the dozens of ways you could be making more money.
I would definitely recommend the autoshop the heists are very easy and the preps are super easy even an lvl 5 player could do them the preps take 5 min each and the heist take 15 to 30 mins and you can make 400k per hour
Casino Heist is down right Superior to any other heist within the game. It gives you a consistent 1.3 million for artwork if you u go 80/20, and I don’t lose money when you die. It may have more prep missions but you can pay them off using your previous profit. Saying that the Arcade as a whole is a outdated way of making money is downright vile.
Same. I'll also run a solo cayo a couple times a day for another few mil

I've recently been selling my MC businesses (solo) at full product capacity due to the new updated sell mission timer set at 45 minutes. Its now more time efficient to sell at full capacity even if you get the three post op vans. Bottom line is that the MC businesses got a huge buff from the recent updates.

With the salvage yard about once a month you can get a vehicle that is claimable for at most $20K this has the potential to save millions.
Claiming vehicles also gives an almost useless use for the document forgery. If you own a forgery you'll get 50% off the already dirt cheap claim fee.

I made 240k in 30 minutes from the 4 bounty’s and there is no cool down if you keep working for a while you get good money
I run mostly acid lab night club agency and ball office and if you do the stash house for the lab then a nightclub mission then all the bounty’s wall I’m waiting for the cooldowns to be done I can do a agency mission.
After? Agency. Hands down. The 200 contacts is a lot, but the median for doing them is about 44k, which is over 8 mil, profiting 5 mil (after the cost of an upgraded agency), not to mention doing dre 2-3 times
remember guys when the cayo perico heist was double money :O
A few missed key points:
- Agency also has a free taxi service for the player, using the Agency SUV.
Street dealers are a scam don’t even think of selling ur shit to them

Agency also has this
Another thing to mention your bunker, weed or coke farm, and night club can run into a problem where you loose your supplies and gain no stock regardless if staff are set to the right option

Casino heist is by far the best heist in the game and you only need a singular arcade machine to get max btw. Outta your mind calling it mid lmao
Penthouse pays for itself from the mission, aswell as the paragon, and it also gives you access to the best spawn location in the game because of the fast travel. Definitely not bad.
Dre contract is one of the slowest ways to make money in the game. Security contracts are just glorified vip jobs. Other than Imani tech, there's no reason.
W opinion Casino on top
Cayo is absolutely the worst heist, you got no clue what you're talking about lmao
With tequila and necklace as primary literally 75% of the time, good fuckin luck getting anywhere near casinos pay per hour.

But you can source things from your hanger
You just need to talk to the NPC outside your office.
You surely mean Magic Moss
Oh brother I usually love the MC business but you literally can't stay in there for 5 minutes without a business needing to get defended.
It's the same routine every 6 months.
I open the game, register as an MC, do a mission in coka lab, close the MC until starting the next one.
2nd restock finished, forget about closing the MC while driving to the next business, getting raided at the coka lab when it barely started producing.
Getting two-shotted by the heli, and then close the game for another two seasons.

Get a second person for back to back Bogdan glitches and the Facility becomes among the best. Of course finding someone to do it isn’t that easy.

5. Nightclub. The best passive income and a fun business itself (Solomun been working in my place 25/8 since opening)
The arcade is the best for me personally. With the back to back glitch u can get around 6 mil an hour if u do it right
Thank you for this video ❤
No problem 😊
I would definitely recommend the autoshop the heists are very easy and the preps are super easy even an lvl 5 player could do them the preps take 5 min each and the heist take 15 to 30 mins and you can make 400k per hour
Agency, acid lab, night club in the back ground, and salvage yard in between agency cooldown.
The Casino heist has not been nerfed ever. Cayo has had 4 nerfes and 2 reworks in the past 3 YEARS!!! All because it’s “Solo friendly” Finding randoms with mic’s is not as hard as it seems to complete a 15 minute heist.
Vehicle warehouse should be higher. Especially if you pair it with the cayo method
My favorite business is the bounty hunter because the missions are fun and quick
Penthouse is in a tier of its own. Get the private table and you can make at least 1m an hour
