You think some ultra wealthy person irl is worried about ROI with a yacht? Nope. Do ultra wealthy people irl ask about ROI on the garage of vehicles they collect over the course of their lives? Nope. If you get to the point where you’re one of those wealthy GTA Online players you should absolutely buy into a yacht or casino penthouse or maybe even a mansion one day.

I have a penthouse a lot of businesses and cars I started playing less then 3 months ago but I always make my money back no problem in 2 days I can’t have up to 11mil
The thing with the penthouse, if you buy the cheapest version, you actually do profit, by doing the missions you make round about the 1.5 mil you bought the penthouse for, then you get the armoured Paragon R, which in my opinion is better than the armoured Kuruma, so definitely worth it
I've made 1.3 billion dollars, 100% legitimately and spent over 900mil of that and the only thing I regret buying is the Custom Mule for the Nightclub, I have no regrets with the super yacht, the gold plane, the Maze Bank Tower Office, none of it, it's all a flex being rich.
Honestly, I’m going to have to disagree with a lot if not all of these things. GTA Online is a game where you earn fake money that only serves one purpose: to spend it. If you want to drop $5 million on clothes or $10 million on a plane, then do it. I mean what else are you going to do with your GTA money if not spend it on stuff that you want? Now if you’re looking to make an investment or you’re just starting off, then yes, this list is pretty accurate. The one exception being the document forgery. It actually is a good investment if you own a nightclub, for it allows you to assign your technicians to Printing and Copying. This of course ultimately makes you more money in the long run. In summary, if you’re broke, then listen to videos like this. However if you’re like me, a rich lvl 400+ who’s done just about everything in GTA Online, then spending money on ridiculous, expensive things is just about the only thing left to do in the game.

The Document Business is helpful for your Nightclub only. Upgrade it fully, fill it fully once,band buy the supplies. It'll never lose stock, just don't play as a Biker, and it helps you get a bigger bonus when you sell a full nightclub in a 30 players lobby. Seriously, listen to the guy who's made over 400M selling night club goods, and who's car collection is more expensive than what he's claimed to have spent as a whole
I would play in the lobby's more but I don't really have a crew to help complete the missions if another player interferes with mk2🤔🧐🤷🏾♂️ but I'm doing ok for myself especially in the business side

I think you should buy cosmetic upgrades for buildings/businesses if you have plenty of money because they are places you will probably be there often. Might as well make it look good. As a beginner I would say no but if you are more experienced then I would definitely go for it.

I don't regret a single purchase. Hell even when I buy the wrong business location and have to rebuy the entire business+up grades. It was all fun. Don't make big purchases often till you have Kosaka and businesses rolling.

My biggest wasteful regret i ever made, would have to be buying all the arcade's games. In total, the arcade ran me up higher than the yacht's cost, WITHOUT the master control terminal bought yet.
The document forgery business isn't completely worthless. You do want all of the biker businesses so you can completely max out your Nightclub at 360 crates. That will net you over 2 million each sell. You can't do that without owning all the businesses. You do not have to steal or buy supplies you just have to own them.
I bought the Arena wars just so i could change the headlight colors, had i known it they would be in race wars i might've not but i use the extra garage space
Straight passenger aircraft I mostly stay away from. But VTOL and flying boats, they're just some of my fovorite things. The Tula being both makes it one of my faovrite things. But, it serves no real purpose. Seabreeze performs much better than you would think, especially after upgrading. The forgery nusiness, get it just because of Nightclub, no other reason. Arcade, I threw a lot of money into it getting all the video games. But the Video games are real, you can play them, which makes it worth it in my opinion.

The arena is good bc you can get car from getting a level like a space car level 10 a buggy space car at level 500 and the rust tractor at level 1000 in arena war and you can. Make some pretty cool vehicles like a bike with a mini gun on the side so I like arena war
When I was new to gta online I tried the cab mode just for the fun of it and what do you know a dumbfuck of a griefer blew it up after I dropped off an NPC I never did the cab mode anymore after that since this game has little to no room for casual fun

0-90 for speedo custom which comes default with the nightclub, 90+ for Mule custom and 180+ for Speedo, you don’t need the Mule because if you don’t own it, when selling 90+ you get Speedo so it’s useless
The payment is pitiful for Nightclub Warehouse Goods. You will get a better return for your investment by simply keeping your five technicians always assign to Cargo, Weapons, South American Imports, Pharmaceutical Research, and Fake Cash. When the later three fill up then you simply sell your Nightclub Warehouse Goods. It isn’t worth the hassle re-assigning technicians for the other two.

0-90 for speedo custom which comes default with the nightclub, 90+ for Mule custom and 180+ for Speedo, you don’t need the Mule because if you don’t own it, when selling 90+ you get Speedo so it’s useless

You will get a better return for your investment by simply keeping your five technicians always assign to Cargo, Weapons, South American Imports, Pharmaceutical Research, and Fake Cash. When the later three fill up then you simply sell your Nightclub Warehouse Goods. It isn’t worth the hassle re-assigning technicians for the other two.
