If you take into account the amount of time to switch lobbies and respawn to start the next quest, I'd say you make $200,000 for 15-20 minutes of work. That is $600,000 toi $800,000 per hour. Very slept on feature. I also tend to calculate the money per hour for passive businesses based on how much work you do for that money. If I get $160,000 in profits for doing an Acid Lab delivery in 10 minutes every 2.5 hours, I consider myself making $960,000 per hour with a cooldown of 2.5 hours every 10 minutes. I took a break from this game for about 5 years (6?) and it’s super overwhelming to come back to. Back then it was just gunrunning and motorcycle club shenanigans with a bit of CEO work. Now there seems to be like 15 other things which makes it seem like the arcade is a must have just to keep things in order at the computer.
You can easily make 390k an hour or more with the vehicle warehouse. The trick is to complete the standard and mid range collections and hold them. Then you will have a much higher probability of sourcing top range vehicles which should be sold before sourcing again. I’ve sourced top range vehicles eight consecutive times with this method.
Once it is upgraded and you learn how to sell a full bunker solo (by refreshing the sell vehicles to get Insurgents or Wedges), the Bunker is one of the best passive businesses alongside the Nightclub and Acid Lab. Auto Shop, Salvage Yard, Crate Warehouse, and Hangar are best done during double/triple money events. Fill them up to the maximum amount that won't trigger raids then just store the crates/cars until they are worth selling. All MC businesses (even Cocaine) are too much of a pain and takes time away from more worthwhile activities. I prefer to just sell to the street dealers instead. But any GTA billionaire knows that the best ways to make money are not even on this list lol
@@prometheus6853 duplication glitches and director mode bird glitch. There are new methods every now and then. You just gotta find the ones that are easy to do and reliably work
@@jstudios6427that depends on what you consider fun about the game. If you like to farm, it obviously does, if you are a PvP player or prefer tuning, it's a lot better to glitch the money so you don't have to waste your time doing something that is boring to you.
I don't agree with the rating of the vehicle warehouse. You can get roughly $600.000,00 every hour with it if you do it just right(I know it because I do just that). My method is as follows: First I start my timer to one hour and then; 1- source a vehicle and sell it on a full public lobby giving me $150.000,00 2- then I use the agency to grind both a contract mission and a payphone hit, yielding me around $100.000,00 + 1 source mission to get the vehicle back (the one I sold) 3- by the time I finished the sourcing mission 20minutes have passed and I can restart the whole process. 1 sale takes around 5 minutes, then you have to wait for 20minutes = 25min total 2nd sale takes another 5 minutes, then you wait for another 20 min= 50 min total 3rd sale takes 5 min =55 minutes. Next time you sell, you start with the sourcing mission or, just play a little over 1h to source it again. That means that you can do 2 contracts and 2 payphone hit (in between the first and second sale mission), yielding you roughly $200.000,00 + 3 sales mission yielding you $450.000,00 (if you don't crash very badly, and sell the vehicle in a full lobby you're guaranteed to get $450.000,00). Thus, by interchanging both agency and vehicle warehouse you can make roughly $650.000,00 and hour, while your MC business, bunker and nightclub are generating some income to you. Furthermore, if you have 2h to play, you could start your grinding session with Cayo perico, which yields you 1M in about 45min (if you know what you're doing) + the 650,00 thousand of the method described above. I've made a little over 500million using this method, having got only over 700h of gameplay Be aware that you need a MK2 oppressor to make it work as cars aren't fast enough
@@helmzz419 cool man, try investing your hard earned money on the things I described above... At first try using the buzzer as it is faster than any car and the MK2 oppressor will be too expensive... Then get the agency and start doing the security contract + Dr dre contract instead of Cayo (when you get enough money for kosatka buy it) and change Dr dre contract for Cayo perico as it is waay faster... Then get the MK2 oppressor... At least that's what I did
Hey man ive been following your 6hr video to make money 🤑 the heist in the sub do you need to do the set up everytime like taking pics and stealing the boat ? .
Instead of getting an moc u could just get a arena workshop with a weapons expert to upgrade weaponized vehicles like vigilante scramjet etc. and a little misinformation u need a crate warehouse to export mixed goods
You can earn 2 million per hour if you do the diamond casino heist with a friend that has access to the heist as well, you basically just both make sure you get art work then do your set ups side by side then do your heists back to back splitting the take 50/50 which will net you 1 million per heist and seeing as you do it twice you can earn 2 million. I've done it many times and earned like 6 mill in one day.
Personally, I'd put the vehicle cargo a bit higher, while special cargo can be done entirely solo, the tedium is a bit much for me. Also, the vehicle warehouse can't be raided, whereas the cargo warehouse can when they're past like 70% capacity.
Solo cayo is still goated even with the 2 hour cool down, grind that and Vincent you’re looking at 1.5-2.2 million every 2 hours 🤷🏾♂️ and I get an extra $250,000 in my nightclub safe. I literally made 12 million in 10 hours 🤷🏾♂️ I’m level 162 and I’m up 😭
This is a solid list overall, but I do disagree with a couple of your rankings. While it does cost money and time to set up, once it is set up Import/Export allows for massive profits very quickly. $200k/hr from driving cars is really damn good. And if you're somebody who loves driving, it is also a hell of a lot less monotonous than just about any other grind in the game. I'd also argue the High-End apartments should be rated just one tier higher purely because I count it as a free business. Yes technically it costs $120k (at the cheapest) to unlock, but literally every single player I know buys one so they can have a player home and a ten-car garage, regardless of whether they do heists or not. And the cheapest one pays for itself with just two heists.
People are SEVERELY looking over the Arcade. The Diamond Casino heist is the easiest heist in the game if you ask me. guaranteed 1 mil per heist and the setups can be done in an hour if you know what you're doing. Passive income is great too. it aint much, but it does prevent you from every going broke
Bunker and biker businesses are absolute top IF you have many active friends to play with, but that's not the case, unfortunately. I sell bunker and nightclub in-between cayo pericos. That's the least annoying grind I could come up with.
Acid lab is the best for getting started. I did G’s missions, then Vincent, then went to Dax. Stuff in between of course, like using a guide to get the navy revolver and the $225k for getting 50 kills with it. If you get it before starting last dose, the first mission of last dose is a hold ground scenario easily getting 50 kills in it. Total cost of getting the brickade and lab upgraded is 1 million, which the missions pay for it, on top of getting first time bonus $. So you get a business for free (just a couple hours grinding through the missions) and every sell is pure profit. Full sell in full lobby is 527k. Quick and easy. Don’t sleep on the target range at ammunation, not hard at all to get your shooting skill to max. If you’ve the extra $, get high end apartment to do the original heists. It can be daunting with randoms, but the pay off of first time bonuses pay for the apartment on top of what you make from the finales. A good way to garner good relations with others is to offer to help them with their sells or something. Then they help you with a heist or your own sell. I’ve only the acid lab and original heists, having gotten a few other heists here and there, giving me almost 10 mil.
I would have put weed and cash in trash and meth and coke in bad, for 2 reasons, they rarely give you single vehicle sell missions and the amount they get raided makes them not worth running at all imo.
I know it's a small part but what most people forget is that if you complete the doomsday heist finale Leater will not charge you any more money for calling and removing the heat!
The way I use the coke, meth, and weed business is that I raid the stash houses everyday for supplies and then I sell the resulting product to the street dealers. I know it doesn’t pay as much as doing the sell missions but I don’t think they worth the time for me. Never sell any acid to the street dealers.
If you have nightclub it sells the goods from there too which would take away from the sale value of the nightclub stock. Street dealers suck for experienced players unfortanultey
@@ghostasmrp You right. But the street dealers always take product from the MC businesses first. So I always check which businesses have product and only sell those.
@@ghostasmrp You will actually get slightly more money from selling Nightclub product to street dealers at the premium price than if you were to sell the same product in the sell mission in a fully populated lobby.
I really wish there was a legit private military contracting business that you could operate. Maybe have your own military contractors that go out and protect/neutralize assets and come back every in game day to make you money. It would really fit my character. Lol
Friendly reminder that the Oppressor Mk2 is only the best vehicle if you're bad at the game and want to farm your K/D on noobs for some reason. Otherwise the sparrow is better for PVE (mostly because it makes Cayo Perico preparations easier) and most aircrafts that can be equipped with weapons and a lot of ground vehicles are better for PVP.
The segment on the Nightclub is also just glossing over the single best aspect of the legitimate club business. It is stupid easy to manage. Especially after last year's summer update. After you get the rudimentary upgrades, one ingame day will degrade club popularity and $50k is added to your safe. The value won't decay until after 3 days, at which point you will instead be given $45K. The club popularity missions are not that difficult, but that's not even the best part. After 15 minutes in a session, walking into your nightclub will give you an objective that will increase your popularity, which can be as hard as "drive this guy to a hospital with no time limit without going too fast." or as easy as "walk up to this guy and press right on the D-pad." IT'S THAT EASY! THESE MINI OBJECTIVES RESTORE FOUR DAYS WORTH OF POPULARITY!
The 1 thing that really sucks about all the MC and special cargo, RAIDS. Almost all my special cargo has been raided long before I was ready to sell every time I tried to fill any mid or large warehouse. The only sales I ever made full capacity was from a small warehouse only.
A tip for u is that you should never register as a ceo or mc president. If u never become a ceo then u won’t be raided only become a ceo inside ur businesses then only u won’t get raided
@@Kabeer-bq6xr I just gave up on special cargo. Not worth the time. Every time I was doing PvP on the other side of the city or island I'd get raided right when we were exchanging kills. Oh you died and your warehouse was raided. Ps. It's too late to head across town now it's gone when you died.
For people with most of the good businesses, the extra 10-20k from bail bonds agents isn’t that bad. Another stack to our mostly passive income that will pay back in about 5-10 play sessions.
i was wondering what would suggest the submarine or agency i pretty much got everything else i was level 100 when quite 2 years ago and had alot businesses and cars already i got mark 2 and dulexo free out casino long time ago

Make sure that you don't fill your warehouses up too much. There's a chance they can't get raided. I like to fill them up just below the raid chance timer and then finish filling them up when they're double money is a good way to avoid being raided
u in about special cargo? if so don’t bother they’re the most boring missions and at most on par with most other businesses profit wise. Much better buying supplies for a few drug businesses using master control terminal then cycling heists or one off jobs at different businesses

for the cayo precio heist is the setup necessary as i have done awfully in them like the missions that i have to destroy planes which i did not complete well enough and now can’t retry.
Faicility is bad?😂😂 Mate its doomsday heist is by far the most fun AND rewarding thing to do in this game, saying you do them as a duo for the first time with 70% pay you would get around 6 mil
the auto ship is mid very mid, the workshop is also very very bad i mean come on 50k an hour? you pay half of that to customize the cars and deliver them without a scratch if you decide for your staff to deliver the cars you will LOSE profit because most of the time they crash the cars and bring you less money, just do exporting goods at this point you spend 0 money and you get the full 50k an hour for free. The agency is also very mid i mean come on you buy one for 2 million and your going to waste your time doing the same "heist" over and over again to make profit? just buy a kosatka at this point, the contracts are pretty good but also NOT going to be fun just grinding them buy a hanger and make twice the amount in an hour. The bounty contracts are i guess okay they are pretty good but they will get stale pretty fast. The coke lockup is pretty horrid i cannot stress this enough if your a solo player and you buy this business and UPGRADE IT than you are wasting a lot of valuable time, this business usually requires you to drive 3 vehicles to 15 different spots and they usually give you the slowest the most painfull of vehicles you could ever imagine these things drive 10km/h on hills it's very painfull. Now the acid lab is ONLY good if you had done 10 fooligan missions yeah you need to put in work who would've thought, no but seriously if you want the best passive business than you will have to do the 10 fooligan missions to unlock the equipment upgrade. The executive office is very good for beginners if you own the premium edition you can get one for free and buy a warehouse for 250k you make your money back after selling your first 16 crates, use that money to buy another small warehouse and continue to grind but this time you can supply these warehouses back to back meaning that you will get NO cooldown and work twice the speed filling up both warehouses in 1 go you will make around 400-500k very profitable if you put in the effort. You also get exported goods mission every hour or so from that you will get 50k fee free it's very easy and simple it takes like 5 minutes you just drive a truck to point a and your done. Moving on to the hangar if you love planes you will LOVE this business this business is so profitable it's insane it's like the special cargo but on steroids it's way better way cooler and way more fun for people who love flying planes in this game. But overall the best way to make money is of course just to buy a kosatka and do cayo perico back to back and yes you will make millions but i mean come on what's the fun in that, i don't often play cayo but when i do i usually join someones hosted heist and make myself 200k in 7 minutes i mean come on it's the best way to make money period (also for the people who keep complaining about raids and griefing just play in an invite only session man jesus christ)

Hell yeah,im getting the auto shop so can fully customize my rides haha
What’s the best way then?
@@prometheus6853 duplication glitches and director mode bird glitch. There are new methods every now and then. You just gotta find the ones that are easy to do and reliably work
@@jolosarmiento7382or if no glitch just do cayo
@@jolosarmiento7382damn that’s a really good way of taking all the fun out of the game
@@jstudios6427that depends on what you consider fun about the game. If you like to farm, it obviously does, if you are a PvP player or prefer tuning, it's a lot better to glitch the money so you don't have to waste your time doing something that is boring to you.
I think the arcade belongs in s tier for the pretty good vault, the heist, and the terminal
I don't agree with the rating of the vehicle warehouse. You can get roughly $600.000,00 every hour with it if you do it just right(I know it because I do just that). My method is as follows:
First I start my timer to one hour and then;
1- source a vehicle and sell it on a full public lobby giving me $150.000,00
2- then I use the agency to grind both a contract mission and a payphone hit, yielding me around $100.000,00 + 1 source mission to get the vehicle back (the one I sold)
3- by the time I finished the sourcing mission 20minutes have passed and I can restart the whole process.
1 sale takes around 5 minutes, then you have to wait for 20minutes = 25min total
2nd sale takes another 5 minutes, then you wait for another 20 min= 50 min total
3rd sale takes 5 min =55 minutes.
I've made a little over 500million using this method, having got only over 700h of gameplay
Be aware that you need a MK2 oppressor to make it work as cars aren't fast enough
By contract you mean dre contract or security contract?
@@handletunda hi mate, security contract

@@helmzz419 cool man, try investing your hard earned money on the things I described above... At first try using the buzzer as it is faster than any car and the MK2 oppressor will be too expensive...
I alternate cayo, casino and acid lab then throw in the club every two rotations… A LOT of money
acid lab, night club… on my list 🙏🏽
Personally, I'd put the vehicle cargo a bit higher, while special cargo can be done entirely solo, the tedium is a bit much for me.
Also, the vehicle warehouse can't be raided, whereas the cargo warehouse can when they're past like 70% capacity.
Solo cayo is still goated even with the 2 hour cool down, grind that and Vincent you’re looking at 1.5-2.2 million every 2 hours 🤷🏾♂️ and I get an extra $250,000 in my nightclub safe. I literally made 12 million in 10 hours 🤷🏾♂️ I’m level 162 and I’m up 😭
good list but i think auto shop deserves S tier
The acid lab also has a boost, wich produces product faster
People are SEVERELY looking over the Arcade. The Diamond Casino heist is the easiest heist in the game if you ask me. guaranteed 1 mil per heist and the setups can be done in an hour if you know what you're doing. Passive income is great too. it aint much, but it does prevent you from every going broke
Bunker and biker businesses are absolute top IF you have many active friends to play with, but that's not the case, unfortunately. I sell bunker and nightclub in-between cayo pericos. That's the least annoying grind I could come up with.
The best one is the bogdan heist, done every 15-20 mins ;))) if you know you know
Acid lab is the best for getting started.
LKG for some reason I always get the tequila in the Cayo Perico Heist do you know a way to never get the tequila
If you wait 3 days you will have a higher chance of getting something better
There isn’t a way to avoid the tequila but your chances of getting a different primary target increases the longer you wait between doing the heists.

I would have put weed and cash in trash and meth and coke in bad, for 2 reasons, they rarely give you single vehicle sell missions and the amount they get raided makes them not worth running at all imo.
Just don't stay in a MC
Just use it for the nightclub warehouses
@@Soup_and_lotion that's all I use them for, I don't run them at all.
Don’t fill up your product past 1 bar if selling solo and don’t stay in an mc if you aren’t doing sale or sourcing missions.
Just use em like everyone else does sell to dealers or use for nightclub
Another factor that should be considered is upfront cost to start
Man I haven't played since like cayo perico or area war came out, they've added a lot of "new" stuff
I know it's a small part but what most people forget is that if you complete the doomsday heist finale Leater will not charge you any more money for calling and removing the heat!
14:30 i mean the raiju is a must-own anyways 👀
Agreed.
I do the exact same thing
@@ghostasmrp You will actually get slightly more money from selling Nightclub product to street dealers at the premium price than if you were to sell the same product in the sell mission in a fully populated lobby.
What the hell D: i didnt know street dealers took stuff from your nightclub 😮 @ghostasmrp
the facility also give access to TM-02 Khanjali(tank)
I really wish there was a legit private military contracting business that you could operate. Maybe have your own military contractors that go out and protect/neutralize assets and come back every in game day to make you money. It would really fit my character. Lol
Friendly reminder that the Oppressor Mk2 is only the best vehicle if you're bad at the game and want to farm your K/D on noobs for some reason. Otherwise the sparrow is better for PVE (mostly because it makes Cayo Perico preparations easier) and most aircrafts that can be equipped with weapons and a lot of ground vehicles are better for PVP.
🐐
The segment on the Nightclub is also just glossing over the single best aspect of the legitimate club business.
It is stupid easy to manage. Especially after last year's summer update.
After you get the rudimentary upgrades, one ingame day will degrade club popularity and $50k is added to your safe. The value won't decay until after 3 days, at which point you will instead be given $45K. The club popularity missions are not that difficult, but that's not even the best part. After 15 minutes in a session, walking into your nightclub will give you an objective that will increase your popularity, which can be as hard as "drive this guy to a hospital with no time limit without going too fast." or as easy as "walk up to this guy and press right on the D-pad."
IT'S THAT EASY! THESE MINI OBJECTIVES RESTORE FOUR DAYS WORTH OF POPULARITY!
Go into passive mode before the event pops up n u will get blue dot every time
The 1 thing that really sucks about all the MC and special cargo, RAIDS.
@@curtisweber5257 yeah just focus on nightclub, bunker (2x money currently) acid lab. And that’s it…
Do u got to be a Mc president for the business to run ?
No, but you’ll need to be an MC president to buy/steal supplies and to do the sell missions.
For people with most of the good businesses, the extra 10-20k from bail bonds agents isn’t that bad. Another stack to our mostly passive income that will pay back in about 5-10 play sessions.
Véhicule warehouse is actually very good for me…. I sell 3 too 4 cars whit people in a full lobby and if its mid range cars I get atleast 300k-350k

the auto ship is mid very mid, the workshop is also very very bad i mean come on 50k an hour? you pay half of that to customize the cars and deliver them without a scratch if you decide for your staff to deliver the cars you will LOSE profit because most of the time they crash the cars and bring you less money, just do exporting goods at this point you spend 0 money and you get the full 50k an hour for free.
