  • Finally success, after months of trying to install this LED kit onto my 2015 BMW K1600GT through the Canbus system (honestly BMW don't make it easy unlike the Triumph I previously installed, see link below), it's has been a complete success, so take a look and I welcome any and all questions, comments, likes and please subscribe...

    Did you have any issues with installing the standard harness Admore lights to your beemer? You say months - I'm interested but concerned by your implied necessary troubleshooting.... thanks for the vid

      jiefuster no, no issues but just very cautious as this was the first time I had wired directly into the CanBus system and wanted to make sure it all went smoothly, since then I’ve done about 10 installation and never once had a problem but I would suggest looking at some of my recent installs on YT as I give a detailed description on the wiring loom and how to tap into these for a great result 😁👍

    Thought this was going to be an "installation" video.

      Installation is pretty easy depending on your can-bus system, if you need any assistance, please let me know... :)

      Thanks man. I got it after a looking through my service manual and a little forum search to make sure. The only thing I had to fix was the damn sticky led's weren't sticky enough even after prepping the surfaces. Had to add double sided tape strips.

    From Canada:
    .....yes......but can the 'roo's see it ?...........-I was advised that I would " bounce off a Boomslang and onto a Tai-pan "
    Dunno what they are talking about......but North Canadians are in Demand for every endurance record.....
    We are brain-dead and nerve-damaged from living in a continual ordeal...
    Looking forward to your South Pacific beaches.

      If the roo's can see the LED brake lights then there behind me and if there coming towards them, then we're all in trouble 😂

      That's funny....but it's not:
      I've been getting the strangest accounts...from Americans.......on critters that are chasing their cars
      ...and more......-and they ain't no 'roos or wallabees.........I have a few friends who are 'researchers' :

    lol wtf. having one of the most expensive bikes and installing givi on it instead of OEM case? :D
    nothing agains givi as I have it by myself on k1300s, but on k1600 it looks weird

    • @RMK67
      @RMK67  7 років тому

      Angryfury the OEM only has a break light and the top case is bloody expensive- therefore the Givi with the admore did the job and I don't think it looks half bad either 😀

    • @Angryfury
      @Angryfury 7 років тому +1

      well, can argue with that :D dont know where do you live, but in Russia it's possible to order that case for ~900-1000$ (if you order from auto/moto parts shop, not dealer with huge markup) which is of course more than givi case (~350$) + mounting (~50-100$). but still looks more awesome :D and finished
      but saving 600$ on 22-25k$ bike is funny :D

      Angryfury well I'm in Australia and the freight costs alone from Europe are extremely expensive and the BMW top box only has a break lights, the Admore / Givi is a far better package so the decision was easy 👍

    • @RMK67
      @RMK67  7 років тому

      Angryfury oh and your costings are wildly inaccurate, the bike cost is AUD $32,000.00, Genuine BMW box is AUD $800.00, BMW LED brake light AUD $395.00 and installation cost of AUD $295.00 😱

      and where am I wrong? 32000 aud to usd is ~23900 usd now. same goes with case price. Yes, it's very expensive and I get it. but I guess you bought k1600gt coz you had few spare bucks ;)
