- Start the Neutral Grip Pull-Up standing below the bar. Grab the bar with a neutral grip and pull yourself up. Then once you reach the top lower yourself until your arms are locked out.

Me too! Wide grip pull ups would literally separate my my shoulder from the scapular
Yeah best to just separate neutral grip and then two different shoulder exercises afterwards so I can get all area of shoulder throughly
