I do like how that woman next to him is disgusted and leaning away from him. Body language says a lot.
Hell, she is still human! And probably a mother!
give me a break bro. everybody’s an expert. welcome to the clown show.
She's tired. She's been working all day. Do you expect her to be excited about each hearing?
@@theothersongsonthealbum2598 pointing out the obvious is being an expert?. Seems like you hate your life and search for things to get mad about. Good luck. Get some help
@@Pohonesty is that really what you got out of my comment? You need to work on reading comprehension. Also she hasn't been working all day. First appearances don't last all day. She was obviously disgusted with the guy and his charges.
He may have no criminal history, but, based on the gravity and detail of the charges, it ain't his first rodeo.
based on the gravity he fell down and hit his head (get it) :P
LOL "Gravity"
I can't believe anyone finds this guy amusing in any way. 😢
There is no way this guy has gone this long without harming a child. At some point in time, he has done something.
Yup. Reality is that many people who've been harmed in their childhood/teen years end up taking those things to the grave. The ones who come forward are the minority. I can just look at people in my vicinity who I know have been victims in their youth but have never reported it or even told their family. And all those predators just keep on living amongst us
Without saying where exactly, I have worked at a place for a long time that had a high profile employee abusing kids for a long time. Decades. Many victims.
Even with multiple complaints from a concerned parent in one case and a witness in another (but no victims coming forward, I should point out), it took us and law enforcement 13 years to catch the guy.
It tore our entire community apart at the seams and it still keeps me up at night more than 10 years later. Not because I was in any position to do something about him but because of an incident where I saw something mildly suspicious and didn’t follow up on it with someone who later got caught for CP. I dismissed it then because I was early in my career, doubted if my suspicions were valid, and would have had to violate an “immediate termination with cause” company policy to investigate further.
The day this absolute monster got caught, I walked right into my boss’s office, looked him dead in the eye, and told him, “Just so we’re clear, I don’t care what the fucking policy says. I see something and I’m taking action on it. You can fire me.” He just nodded and said, “You’ll be right behind me in the unemployment line because they’ll have to fire me first.”
Holy crap! Thank God it was actually an undercover officer!
The problem is that the officer was impersonating a whole class of monsters who sell their kids for sex in real life! The only reason this little sh1t was caught was because, for once, it was fake.
This guy was clearly used to making this kind of deal for many years - he is no teenager.
I agree. But how many times was it not?
He's panicked, because he knows as soon as he gets that back to the jail, and the inmates see his charges (paperwork), it's going to be all bad. It means one or more of the imates already figured what he was in for. They are just waiting for the proof.
them cheeks are fried chicken.
Let’s hope you’re right
Since jail is a better opportunity for justice I hope your assessment is correct. Once he hits the prison yard, he'll be in protective custody. Chances for justice are greatly reduced. In my opinion we need to get rid of protective custody for anyone. You get sentenced to prison it's gp for everyone. We didn't protect the victims, we shouldn't protect the criminal.
not really he will not be housed with gen pop from the start, i know it goes against what we would hope but ultimately these guys are much safer in jail and prison than most inmates. also he is very likely to be able to make bail
They don’t put people with these types of crimes in general pop. Not to say it never happens but this seems extremely serious it would most definitely be a life threatening thing for the state to do.
If he's not self-employed, he can probably kiss that $95,000/year job goodbye. I'm sure he'll have a lot of fun in jail and meet many new friends!
Safe bet that he is unemployed but thinks that if he sounds successful he'll be treated lighter.
Even self employed he'd lose all his clients, esp if found guilty and put on the s3x offenders register.
He's done. Authorities must have been monitoring him for a while.
Im sorry.... did he say a 9 year old and a 3 year old???
Yep
at least they were fictitious!
@@OSGCourtWatch THIS TIME!! It sounds to me like this guy has experience in this area and just hasn’t been caught before! That’s the horrifying part!! That public defender didn't want to be anywhere near him, the way she crosses her arms and leans away.
Poor defense attorney has that "I really hate my job right now" face 😄
Absolutely. Her body language only helps to accentuate that sentiment.
Look at the defense attorney. She is absolutely repulsed
I would look disgusted as well!
Yes she was, but she wasn't impressed by the judge's 'No, I'm finishing this I don't care if he's conscious'.
yeah I feel bad for them sometimes. They have to defend the worst of people to the best of their ability.
He doesn't even qualify for a court appointed attorney. She looks positively thrilled to stand next to him.😒
That blonde deputy is pretty smokin’!!
That judge does not give a damn, LOL. He can see him just as clear, LOL.
Agreed, Judge 100% didn't care and was gonna roll forward even if he bled out. I get why the judge doesn't want to continue the next day - he can't even look at the defendant, he's so disgusted.
I actually think the judge was looking down at his paperwork when he dropped. The way he hit his head on the bench was a medical urgent situation no matter the offense.
The way the judge is speaking, he clearly thinks this medical emergency is a ploy. But, seeing how it happened, I think it would be exceedingly difficult to fake that.
The judge didn't look up, and didn't seem to understand he had briefly lost consciousness. Truly, I believe the judge has seen many fakers, but this was legit. Not a big deal, but it would be a poor choice to continue
@@Youre-Welcome I know he didn't see it. The problem is that the prosecutor, the defense attorney & court officer, all told the judge that the defendant was having a medical crisis, yet the judge still tried to continue.
@@Youre-Welcome I hope the judge went back and watched the recording, because there's no way that guy faked his medical emergency
@@Zaddy-Lu I was thinking the same thing
I am pro fake, but the way, he fall down ,was very dangerous, to break his neck ! May be, this were not fake?? I dont know!😢

Wow, you know so much and you ain't even in the court room. How do you know and understand so much so well? I wish I was as smart and insightful as you obviously are.....
The judge clearly didn't realize he took a header into the bench
Thanks to Zoom calls… LMAO. Amazing system we got here.
Also I don't think the attorneys knew the judge didn't see him fall so they didn't clearly explain what happened thinking the judge knew what happened and was just playing hardball because the charges were so heinous. Flippin comedy of errors here.
The judges usually have their head down in a mountain of paperwork
Its laughable that this guy passed out while in court for attempting to molest children. What did he think he think was going to happen? Hes ridiculous!
I wonder if he ever considered that the children he was intent on "injuring" (I am of course avoiding the use of the real verb that starts with an r) might pass out from the pain he was planning to inflict upon them?
From the video, I think he locked his knees. Rookie mistake. You see it all the time in everything from the military to high school graduations, any situation where people who don’t know better are under even a mild amount of stress and have to stand for any length of time.
It looks like he went out a second time and that’s concerning because the way he went down he might have easily hit the back of his head or neck on the bench. From his behavior before the fall, I think might have been on something or coming off of something.
I’m not a medical professional. I’m just someone who’s seen it happen from time to time. First thing I told my kids when they joined marching band was to not lock their knees and how to flex your legs a little without visibly looking like you are.
I think those are some of the most horrific accusations I have heard on this channel yet.
I sat on a Grand Jury once. We had to watch the video testimony of a little girl. Her own father was molesting her. We had to take notes and sent the DA out of the room to calm down before making a judgment. It was rough.
@@TreeFreak I have also done jury duty and those are just the worst cases. Nothing stains your brain like this.
Poor lawyer is trying to lean as far away from him as possible without falling over
Thankyou to the Law enforcement for bringing this creature to the courts. Keep up the great work protecting the defenseless children. This monster will get his justice in jail.
This is a bad, bad man!!!
Rush to judgement. There is a lot of it on this video... This country is in a lot of trouble if the commentary is typical of these vicious, nasty minded people.
@jonnsmusich A person doesn't get those kind of charges by accident!?! He has done some disgusting, diabolical things to children to be standing there with charges of wanting to rape a child under 5 years old!?!
@@bonnienelson7373 Definitely. Who knows how many times he has done this before. Takes a very sick mind do go as far as he did even with a decoy.
Sounds like John Coffey talking about Wild Billy in the Green Mile
This may be a ‘one strike and you’re out’ case.
I'm really gonna want to see the follow-up on this one.
The judge did not see him fall, he only saw him when he was sitting up after the fall.
His award awaits him in jail.
Judge didn’t even notice defendant bouncing his head off the bench and just kept rolling😂😂😂.
Love how everyone else saw it and were like “no judge this is definitely a medical emergency”
Such horrific accusations. Not a bright future for this guy if this is true. OSG thank you for all your work in getting these to us
That HAD to hurt!
I love that the judge said " he can sit down". LMAO. And then nope gonna continue. lololol. Then the lady who is disgusted with the guy says we can continue.
Somewhere around the four and a half minute mark, his eyes open wider. As someone who used to faint a lot, I could probably tell you what is going on from there. He's getting tunnel vision, for me, it's like instinct to open my eyes wide to try and see better, it's not on purpose and before that point, his eyes are not so wide open. He holds the table and locks his knees, which isn't good, but again, it's not a really conscious thing, your knees want to lock. He probably can't see much of anything, the blacking out and fuzzy buzzing in his head are confusing, especially if he's never fainted before. He looks down at his hands, but I doubt he's seeing them. Then he's waking up on the ground, wondering WTF just happened. They should have laid him down flat, but got him up and sat him on the bench, so he passed out again. It looks like a seizure, but you recover really fast, which doesn't happen with a true seizure. As long as you wait until the buzzing in your head and blackness goes away, you can go on as if nothing happened. But if you try to get up, you fall back down. It doesn't hurt, which is weird, it's numbing. I've hit the back of my head twice in a row, falling downhill (because someone got me up quickly) and I never felt any pain until the next day, then it was my neck that was sore.
It's a really fast moment, from conscious to unconscious and back to consciousness. And it's really confusing for everyone involved. I felt so bad for the public defender, I've seen people looking at me like that when I've come to. It's gotta be scary for them.
U can have microseizures.. I get them when I haven't slept for like 4 days.. also when u detox from benzo if u don't take antispasmodic drugs. Sure u can get big seizures too, I've had that happen too one time.. after thst I never detoxed without antispasmodic.. but u usually have microseizures leading up to it when u just hit ur forehead on stuff bcoz u pass out for like 50-100 ms or something.
That was an excellent analysis and description of what he likely experienced. As an EMT paraeducator working with special needs children, I saw this exact situation many times with one child. Every unexpected situation started an over-the-top reaction of freeze, fight, or flee, and the freeze always turned to faint. Nickname was Possum.
I got a glass coffee table and am terrified of fainting and falling on it. Nearly passed out several times just standing up. . . Then again, I'm in my mid- 60s, so. . .
@@davidripley2916 do you have low blood pressure? I did when I was a kid, if I went from outside on a hot day to inside, I'd faceplant in a snap. It happened into my 30s, then I had a child and my blood pressure normalized. It only rarely happens now, usually if I'm overheated.
Might want to talk to your doctor about it, in any case. It could be BP or clogged arteries or any number of other things. Please don't dismiss it as age related. ❤️
Apart from the fact that he should be locked up for life if guilty, that was not faked he could have broken his back on that fall.
And we care why?
The way he went down on that bench he wasn't faking it. It must have just hit him that he ain't getting out of there, and his entire life, including the 95 grand a year has just flown out the window. Once the other inmates find out that this involved attempting to have sex with a 3 year old, I suspect it won't be long before he is covered in bruises, and probably more.
His fault.. he practiced bad judgment to potentially hurt children.
There's No Help For These Monsters. Sick ⚖️💔
As soon as prosecutor mentions children defense atty. crosses her arms in front of her!
I just can't help but to think he's done something similar to this in the past. I hope during their investigation they find real victims from his past, so they can get justice. This is someone who obviously doesn't care about the pain of another person, as long as he gets some sort of gratification.
Oh for sure he's done this before he had a whole fuckin kit for it. Unfortunately this behavior is extremely common in gay men
No proof has been presented to the court that this person is, in fact, guilty of the crimes with which he has been charged. He is presumed to be innocent at this time.
@@donthompson7889- in theory
I mean they usually don't do sting operations unless they already suspect you're up to something. It's not like they have cops messaging everybody on grindr to ask if they want to film cp.
@@FrenkTheJoyThat’s actually not true. Because that would be entrapment. They setup profiles and they do not message anyone first. Messaging first is entrapment. Once someone messages them, they say their age and go from there.
Rest of the Western World: Even the worst criminals have the right to actually be fully conscious at their hearings and not have convulsions during the Judge's orders.
American judges: Hold my beer.
You probably sympathize with the pervert for a reason
Judges miss so much while looking at paperwork, not paying attention to the courtroom or the camera. The defendants show us so much that they miss.
He's not the trial judge. He's just determining bond. It's different.
Not all Judges, If you see Judge Boyd - she doesn't miss a thing even while multitasking. This judge, whew - he is definitely not a multi-tasker.
Damn! There are some really sick people around.
I get it that the guy is just O U T of luck, but I have a problem with the judge being so inattentive as he is even after being told by a deputy that they want to kill the video …
Agreed. Yes the guy IS toast over his charges, but the judge's lack of care or concern in his potential head injury/seizure (since he didn't see it), ignoring the concerns of both counselors who did and continuing to press on is disturbing...just like the charges he was disgusted by. Judge was pissed he had to back off.
@@LadyAdakStillStands
yep … and he was very verbal about not wanting to “lose” the case to another judge ..
it wasn’t a good look, and I hope his lawyer gets ahold of the video of that appearance …
Innocent until proven guilty, but based on the state's assertions of their evidence I wouldn't bet on this guy's future.
The inmates will deal with him with these charges. Protective custody isn't going to protect him. Sick 💩
The Prosecutors non reaction yet subtle mouth tweak like “Yikes” at 6:05 after the man fell was hilarious. Like he didn’t care but thought “That had to hurt.”
Followed by "... well..., coffee break is over, guess we have to go help him back up. 🤷♂️"
I DO NOT care if he has no criminal history. If those allegations are true, he needs to be under the jail. I am so thankful that he was speaking to an undercover agent.
Maybe the judge should pay attention to what’s going on in his court.
That would require actual effort.
And have him burst out laughing?! That is undignified.
You are watching from a camera trained directly on the defendant, very different from the judge's point of view.
A nine and three year old?!?!? He would have ruined their childhood. Omg. If they were real, they would have so many physical injuries and maybe even death!!
Lol, "he can sit down, i dont care"😂👍🏻
No f**ks given from the judge 😂
Oh this guy sounds like a real upstanding citizen! This is the kind of person that once they're in the jail and other inmates find out their charge the jail guards take a see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil approach with all the inmates
"upstanding" for a minute or so...
The judge didn't see him hit his head on the bench.
Ouch!
He's going to do real pretty with Big Jim and the boys 🎉😂
What's sad is Chris Hanson did this on a TV show, catching tons of predators. Then a local attorney was caught, he killed himself so it was canceled.
People cared more about a predator offing himself than children being SA'd. That's sad.
You can visibly tell how appalled that woman is to be standing next to him.
Ok the comments I’m reading seem way off.
1. I’m guessing he just locked his knees. Passing out due to overwhelming news is incredibly rare despite what movie’s show.
2. No, the public defender did not appear to be annoyed or disturbed by the defendant’s alleged actions in this case. She remained calm, collected, and defended him as well as she could despite the judge wanting to continue at the end.
Well I don't think it's the charges themself.. he must have know that. But it might be other stuff .. it can be so much.. he might have epilepsy.. he mayb hasn't slept for days in jail.. mayb he was a benzo junkie that is now withdrawing.. or he just have mental health problems and had a panic induced seizure. There can b so many reasons.. and yes.. faking is one. But it's one of the best faked one I've seen if ut is.. he didn't try to catch himself in the slightest.. thats hard when u know ur falling against a hard surface that might crack ur skull.
Damn we must have watched completely different videos.
With the first part I could get behind that... but people passing out when they hear their charges or their sentencing DOES happen like "in the movies". I agree with you that this defendant probably faked or exaggerated this to put off the hearing.
With number 2 though... I am not exactly a body language expert or anything. But I would bet any amount of money that his attorney WAS repulsed by what he did... you can see it on her face and she clearly distances herself away from him. It is clear as day. I mean I don't blame her one bit... he is a literal monster.
Locked his knees??? 😂 oh hun. People pass out from anxiety *all the time* Clearly, you watch too much TV if you think that's a reaction to "bad news"
I see a lot of people saying he faked it. As stiff as he was when he went backwards, not trying to brace his fall, that was a legit faint. He also showed some signs that he was going into a seizure after they had him sitting down. All of this was likely from hearing his charges and having a vasovagal response. I still think he deserves to be under the jail, but the judge was just nasty and ignoring the situation.
💯
I disagree. He knows what's waiting for him back in jail.
Yeah, most of these “fainting”defendants seem to be faking it for attention, but this looked 100% real.
When I've had vasovagal episodes a couple of times, I've basically gone all floppy, and dropped right down. When I have a few seconds of warning, I can crouch down and retain a degree of fuzzy thought. This guy's straight-body fall didn't look like that, but I wouldn't rule it out. I don't know that I'd go so far as to say that the judge was ignoring the situation. At first, I think he honestly didn't even notice. After that, he thought that the guy was just faking, or that the situation wasn't serious. When the people with the prisoner confirmed that there was a real medical issue, the judge didn't press the matter.
@@jpolowin0
He had 2 seizures. One before he fell which is why he went straight backward like a board. Then a second one once they got him onto the bench.
I was soooo not ready for the charges WHAT THE ACTUAL F?!?!?!?!?!

i get it and thanks bunny!
It’s hard to “like” a stream of something horrible happening. I have the same problem. I have to convince myself that I’m “liking” the fact that the content creator took the the and effort to bring this relevant news to me. It helps sometimes!
Even his attorney looks uncomfortable and is guarding herself with arms folded in the front of her chest. She also gives him the "side eye" when the ADA is listing the charges. POS!
thanxx OSG as usual
Judge was like, I have somewhere I need to be
Well, they do say Justice is Blind.
Judge needs to re watch this and reflect on how he operates in court. Total tunnel vision on what he wanted to do.
these guys in there going to make him pay for his crimes, he's not going to make it far in jail, his lawyer face was like i'm not ready for this
This judge was not paying even the slightest bit of attention, even after it was brought to his attention.
Why should he this guy is sick he needs to be in prison for life he deserves the worst in life
What a sick, sick man.
As soon as the judge said he could continue, the man picked his head up so quick. Such histrionics 🙄🤦🏻♀️
He should never be left out of prison if he is guilty. I think he was faking passing out.
he wasn't faking but shouldn't be let out of jail either.
I think he's probably played this game before, and I think he clearly didn't want to go back to the jail.
Talk about a stubborn judge. "I don't care!" we can tell.
Don’t lock out your knees predator.
Chippy, chippy, wood chipper.
The DEATH LOOK at 3:45, I’m sure she feels she can’t get away from him fast enough.
I didn't see someone fainting. I saw someone psyching himself up to play "stiff as a board" and fall back into the bench. He was awake and alert right afterwards, eyes open and moving, and communicating with the deputies.
I dont know... he didn't move at all in the fall... its very hard to not try and catch urself.. it was probably real. U can have very short lapses of contiousness. Mayb he has been keeping awake in jail bcoz ge is afraid of what will happen if he sleeps. I've had similar loss of contiousness when being awake too long or going off xanax. Like walking in the store with a cart and BANG my head hits the cart bcoz I just lost contiousness for 100 ms or something.
Not sure you've ever seen someone actually feint
I call fake on the fainting!
95k a year wants a public defender? 🤔
That was not fake
Definitely NOT fake. He'd started getting that glazed look, working his mouth and grasping the edge of the table, then he started to sway... I had just said, "Somebody needs to get him to sit - he's about to pass out and collapse in a heap!" when he went down like a building on a demolition site. I hadn't counted on his having a seizure on the way down and stiffening so he fell straight back, striking his head hard on the bench!
The judge is a jerk. He pretty much said he didn't care if this man was having a seizure or if he was unconscious, he wasn't stopping! WTH!
He didn't ask for a public defender for his case, just this bond hearing because he hasn't talked to his lawyer yet. Judge was making sure he didn't qualify.
That episode was not fake. When you see a fake fainting it is so obvious the person doesn't want to get hurt. This cat almost broke his neck.
@@Lucinda_JacksonTo be fair, the judge wasn't watching as he passed out and fell backwards hitting his head on the bench. To the judge, it would appear that he just got woozy and sat down on the floor.

In the words of one of my favorite UA-camrs, "Stab stab stab stab stab."
He had a panic attack when he was arrested so he’s clearly panicking about bail and jail…and if the facts are correct I don’t think I can be upset about that
He had also taken Viagra, so---
He had a panic attack during arrest because he had taken a viagra type pill in prep for his crimes against children. What a vile man.
The poor defense attorney’s side eye at 4:00 was classic. I’m guessing she’s got children in this community.
It’s called “syncopal episode”. Fainting.😂
He may not have history but he sure sounds like he knew what he was doing. My guess is he is definitely experienced. It’s a good thing nothing was allowed to occur but we all know that is simply luck. However, once that guy reaches prison the chance that nothing will happen to him is pretty much zero.
Or he requests adseg
Yeah no history just means he hasn’t been caught yet!! This judge is horrible! Yesterday he gave a very low bond to a DV suspect that beat his pregnant GF 30 times in the face with his fists - she was underage at that - and refused to issue the no weapon clause on his release paperwork. Granted paperwork doesn’t stop someone from doing something if they are determined, but it does make the penalty harsher and it can make it a crime if he is picked up with a weapon. But this judge refuses. He’s horrible.
The Judge - Nope, I don't care if he's dead, Im going ahead with this.
ATTNY Uh, we're having a medical emergency. We're going to disconnect

Agreed..he should be UNDER the jail, if what he is accused of is true. DisGusTing! The pass out looked a little fake to me.
I can't say that that judge was a good advert for the american legal system. Explaining the reasoning for his decisions and not giving a sh*t if the defendant was conscious - nice!
I don't think that guy was going to get a fair trial in that court - he was likely to be guilty but there was no way that judge wasn't going to make sure anyway.
He is welcome to a jury.
As the DA discusses the charges the public defender moves away from the "innocent" perv next to her.

This Judge a real one 😂😂😂

I’m a Paramedic, they at least should have muted the video while the nurse was evaluating him!!!🥺
I love the judge! Bet his victims wanted to pass out a time or two.
No way that this is the first time this perp has messed with young children, it is just the first time he got caught out at it. I bet if his computer and his other devices were gone through, there would be a LOT of stuff on there that would add BUNCH of charges. I imagine he passed out cuz he realized that he wasn't going to walk out of that jailhouse and his life is pretty much over. 95$k s year is pretty good income, but trying to come up with $40k for bond? Plus attorney who will take the case??? That aint gonna be cheap either.
They are overly protective of chomos in jail now. Nothing will happen to him in jail.

This makes me sick to the core of my being.
The defense attorney did nothing to come to his aid when he fell. She stood back with arms folded...who could blame her! She didn't want to touch him. I wouldn't have helped him either.
That was a hard fall!! I know the judge didn’t see but wow just wow!
He passes out because he’s caught and punished
The judge didn't skip a beat😂😂😂😂
For a judge I don't know that he shows very good judgement
I think he wasn't being callous, but he's probably just seen too many fakers to get alarmed at a sudden medical emergency.
There was no previous record only because the POS was never caught. I guarantee he won't have his $95.000.00 job anymore
