wow, i had my meditation interrupted but came back to it at the heart chakra cleansing (almost at the end). I was surprised how relaxed and with a feeling of floating i had in this very short time. I felt in particular that i was being drawn up by my cheeks, by a piece of string that went vertically across my lips, etc. My upper face felt puffy. Thank you Curious Yogi. that was amazing. xx
