Tile throughout the whole home looks dated and dirty.. and octagon transition tile 👎 Fireplace tile looks dated, and the sink bowls on top of the counter’s 👎👎 kitchen countertops 👎 Master shower very dated and marble looks like 1990.. needs a lot of updating!! Prob a full home demo, 250k +
