I love how at the end he goes “can you get this. What’s it gonna take for you to afford this. It’s attainable. You can get it” and it’s like I’m watching this video literally thinking the SAME THING. One day, when I’m big grown, watch me be living in a BIG HOUSE LIKE THAT hosting Christmas thanksgiving cookouts ALLTHAT. Man, you are in inspiration. I love it. Thank you.
Whoever designed this home hit the nail on the head. They really got it right As far as the layout and functionality. One thing I would def want to add is stairwell access to the upstairs balcony, so that that area is connected to the grounds and that you wouldn’t need to go through the main home area to get there.
I didn’t know Cedarhill had these type of Gems this home is spectacular. The staging is outstanding, the light fixtures are breathtaking. Wow well done 👍🏼
Man honestly, I was looking at Cedar Hill way before the pandemic bc those homes over by the lake were damn worth the money. It was just Cedar Hill has this eerie feeling to it. There’s also that house at the top of the hill. I think there’s a mansion that still on the market too. This is dope tho.
I moved from a mid rise apt in downtown Dallas to Cedar Hill where I bought my 1st home. Absolutely love it and nothing "eerie" about it, not sure what u mean by that. One poster said it was "congested." It is not so Ion know where she gets her "supply" from...lololol. CH is the highest elevation in DFW so views abound. I've lived here 20 years, a testament to how much I love the area.
@@CedarHill-i1i well I guess it was that new town feeling. I still might consider cedar hill but in that lake area. It awesome in there only problem is takes a while to get out that neighborhood. Do you know of that mansion I’m referencing? Last I heard they had a hard time selling it. I think it was 10 bedrooms.
One home similar ( without pool) before covid lockdown sold for for about 200 thousand under the 1.5 million and it's still gorgeous inside& outside also!
I love watching these videos, because even if I can’t afford them!! The ideas I can get from them, and To add on to what I possibly can afford one day 😂🤣🤣🤣!! Makes my dreams a little more realistic 🤣🤣😂😂!!
Good video. I think you should add more detail explaining what the different countertops are, what brand appliances and things like that. 💪🏾 keep on pushing
Greetings Jamaree, I liked the video for you. You did a great job of showing this house. Right speed, right amount of verbal description (some videographers talk too much), and great job capturing the features that viewers want to see. The only feedback I would give is watch the 360 spinning (slow it down). Thank you for showing this house. I was born and raised in Dallas and lived in Arlington for 20 years. I live in Seattle and was determined not to move back to Texas after retirement. Your video reminded me of the housing options in DFW. There is a big difference between a Dallas million and a Seattle million. Nice job!
what a dream home! breath taking. I wounder how good one would have to be for Santa to bring this for Christmas? asking for a friend :) Thank you Sir for the tour
Yeah it’s dope definitely would have to add French doors to the party room next to the balcony the home is elegant without it but it gives it a family home vibe rather a bachelor or bachelorette who maybe with kids. Great layout though
The crazy thing is, it’s over priced for Dallas area. Average homes right now in this area are $400,000…. I’m going to watch this to figure out the price point reasoning. I’m very curious. Edit: If he had said LAKE RIDGE, it would be more accurate and sensible. THAT particular area is higher dollar. It's sort of like the Park Cities area of Cedar Hill. Where are the rich people with money to burn buy there houses.
I'm not sure why developers expect buyers to crane their necks to watch a TV that will likely be mounted way too high in the main room. Otherwise, this place is sweet!!! However, I would definitely want a high brick wall built all the way around it for more privacy and security!
This house is 🔥, I think it’s worth the price. If I were to change anything to it it, it would be to add smart home tech for example the sliding doors could be controlled by my phone and smart watch along with the lights.
I THINK THIS HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL JUST TO MUCH GLASS I PREFER TO HAVE MY WALL'S 🧱😂..... I LIKE THAT YOUR VOICE IS OVER THE MUSIC. I DONT LIKE HOUSE TOURS WITH LOUD 🔊📢 MUSIC YOUR DOING A GOOD JOB SHOWING THIS 🏠. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
It's nothing wrong with watching homes you can't afford it sets a drive in your head that can't be stopped or slow down visions I believe they are called
The key to big returns is not big moving stocks. It's managing risk in relationship to reward. Having the correct size on and turning your edge as many times as necessary to reach your goal. That holds true from long term investing to day trading. This can only be done by a professional financial adviser.
I've actually been thinking of reaching a portfolio-adviser, my 401k and stocks been losing everything it's gained since 2020, mind if I looked-up this one coach you use?

Yet... That you can't afford yet

Love the house ! If anything, a media room would have made this house a dream.
In Los Angeles, this home would be $15,000,000 to $30,000,000. Texas and Georgia similar: so both homes will cost about $1.5 in each market.
Pretty House but missing
A couple of room for that are really need.

This is the nicest home I've seen so far. Good job!
This home is beautiful, thank you 🙏🏾
Amazing home! 👏
Wow. Cedar hill has come a long way, I was raised up in cedar hill back in 1990 and it was more like a country town.
It's Lake Ridge, Cedar Hill. Not regular Cedar Hill.
Yes it has. What state are you in now?
❤️❤️
Awesome tour showing a Beautiful Home
For a family

$1.5M? In LA this home would be no less than $4-$5M easy. Makes me want to move to Texas- Stunning home great vid!

socialism CA. wherever Democrats rule, they run every to ground, soon to hell like China is the model.

Only thing I don’t like is Cedar Hill foundation problems specially if this house is in the lake ridge neighborhood .
Fabulous home. Needs a pool and media room.
Beautiful home!!
How can I get this plan sample from the architect who designs this house please?
Love it, beautiful home and tour.
Thank you so much!

@@jamareebeasley Thank you very much. Sorry working just look at my phone
Who is the builder of this home and what is this model called?
I'd put a resort-style pool and spa in back. Pool for hot days. Spa for cold nights.
Great idea
This was wonderful and beautiful.
Thank you

I couldn't find this house.. could you let me know how I can get additional information
This is why I will retire in three years and move to South Africa. I could purchase something like this for about 400,000.
That’s amazing!! I need to move there!
This is pretty good for 1.5 mil!!
So how much is the avg mortgage for 1.5 million so I can start making the money?
I really like this channel. Keep up the good work!
