I don't think its ONLY an American problem. It's just most prominent in America. Over 400 million firearms in the country, you're bound to have some bad eggs. But what's going on is a little insane. Seems as if there are a lot of people who own firearms that really, probably shouldn't. Im all for the 2nd amendment in this country. But we need to use our brains a little. People are shooting first and asking questions last. Makes no sense to me. I like to be prepared as much as the next person, but shooting first isn't the best approach in my mind..
