This is my 1 Bedroom plus Den apartment tour, I moved at end of the summer last year so more furniture is still arriving, although this is a progress video.
This is my University home for the year, it's 680 square feet, I live downtown! So enjoy this tour of my home, I hope you enjoy seeing my place:).

Rent there is probably 2300. 1600 will get you a basement in the downtown

I can't imagine living in 680 sq ft. for $2200 a month. Depressing. That's why I bought a 4 bedroom/4 bath detached just outside the city. Cheaper per month for the mortgage and 6 times the space.
it's smaller than 680 for sure...now the rents are even higher
