How about a Day of the Dead build? There's sugar skulls in the base game and Reaper's rewards, Life and Death comes out two days before it and it will be so cool to mix it with Lovestruck
i would love to see a more high end werewolf build! one that isnt so run down. as much as i love the build items and such in the pack its like all i see LOL. i super love how cozy this cottage turned out though
October ideas: Runaway occult teens home, werewolf and vampire couple, pastel/girly spellcaster, human parents with occult children?, autumn/very pumpkiny farmhouse, pumpkin-obsessed cottage (grows giant pumpkins), Agatha/Wanda-inspired builds if you watch Marvel, single parent/grandparent with death-obsessed teen, life-living obsessed vampire, Halloween werewolf home. Hope some of this helps! :)

(or any of those shops individually) - autumnal bakery specifically for the life and death ep - funeral home - church with a funeral setting - church with a wedding setting - undertakers home
I would love more witchy builds like maybe a household with some different types of witches (different aesthetics and maybe practices) I would love that! Loved the build as always have been loving watching your builds!
Build idea: dead renaissance sim. A house that’s eclectic and used to be colorful but lost its spark, rundown but all of the skill building objects are left behind after this mysterious death

In my current save file, I’m playing with a sad clown sim that wants to be a ghostbuster. That sim is roommates and in a very ace relationship with the grim reaper (meanwhile that roommate label makes Grimm bring home a new partner ever day or so) I’ve rebuilt their home over 5 times and nothing *feels right*… but I’m so paranoid about what would happen if you dump Grimm during the reaper rewards event, so sad clown is way too accurate for the consequences of my actions 🤣 Anyway, they need a new home and I love your seasonal builds. I hope this inspires you 🤩

I don't really comment suggestions on your videos but this is an idea I would build myself, but I think you would do a better job: Twin houses our townhouses which one of the neighbors decorated the house for Halloween and the other one it's already decorating for Christmas. Maybe it could be nice for a early November build.
