I think is my favorite reno so far! I’d love to see you do reno’s of some of the spellcaster and vampire homes too. I’m getting ready to play vampires for the first time and although the world is small the build buy is really cool!

13:56 there's something so satisfying about this bathroom after you added the bump out. It just feels really cozy, which is a weird thing to say about a bathroom 😂
I adore these renovations and yess paintings and rugs we have so little of in basegame, its either super posh or "cheap" ikea furniture, and no in-betweens without DLC imo and who has multiple copies of the SAME painting in 1 house? we should be able to furnish houses without having to repeat objects imo

Build suggestion: off grid anything! Been a while since we've seen anything off grid, I believe.
Love the transformation - I too get the woes of lack of paintings or art - I find myself in the gallery constantly grabbing others created content for paintings.

Since this is a starting house, the repairs need to be done with the money that the character has left after moving, and not with endless money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can always renovate it yourself, how you would like it done 😊. This is how Gryphi wanted to renovate it though.
This is not a starting home, anyway. It's nearly 40k by default.

You could use the money cheat to get this home.
