Meshuggah - Future Breed Machine (drum cover)

As some of you know, Meshuggah is one of my favourite bands. This is my fourth drum cover but this time I'm playing my favorite album and my favourite song, not only by Meshuggah, it's my favourite song EVER.
"Future Breed Machine" is PERFECT for me, a true masterpiece. It blew my mind back in '95 when I listened to it for the first time and still does no matter how many times it pops out in my player.
It changed the way I perceive music, after that I've been always looking for that unique twist and personal approach in other bands, a line that separates musicians from artists.
This song is a demonstration of how to write technical and experimental music without compromising melody, groove and structure.
Although the song always scared me (technically) as a drummer, I enjoyed so much the whole process from the firsts transcriptions, the tough beginning playing it slow and sloppy, to the refining stage emulating the little nuances and dynamics of every fill. Tomas Haake did a hell of an engineering job here, and the rest of the band are in the peak of their musicianship as well.
It took me A LOT of hours to play it fluidly, but finally I've ticked this personal lifetime milestone...enjoy!
