I'm in the middle of creating a lesson on discourse markers for advanced students and I came across this video which made me think, "Well, I should just show them this lesson!" 😅🤣 Such a FANTASTIC lesson! The explanations, conversation examples and editing are 10/10! A perfect example of what ESL teaching on UA-cam should be 👏

Do you use discourse markers when you speak in English?
Which ones? Or which ones will you try after watching this lesson?!

Hey Emma! I use these expressions a lot in my daily speech. And I'm so glad to hear that these expressions are used by native speakers. It gave me lots of courage. Thanks for the lesson ! You're the best, always ❤️

Hi, Emma. You are the best from the best the in teaching Australian English. I've just finished to lean phrases from the phone conversation videos. They are brilliant and very informative. While I was watching I had thought that I sometimes stuck in phone conversation, because I don't use such small words like "so, right" as natives. Wow, it's fantastic I got a notification about new video with an explanation of them. I really appreciate your work that you're doing.

    Hi!
Actually, I used to use " Uh huh" very often, and I really wanted to learn some new words to use instead of it.
Today, when I got notified that your new lesson is about Discourse Markers, I felt thrilled, because it is what I always wanted to learn.🤩

I usually say: I'd need a piece of advice. Anyway, good job. But your adviser is a bit short of words. lol, Three days straight. ( three days in a row) Fantastic. Every day some phrasal new. Your voice sounds outstanding. I got you 85 to 90% without cc. of course. Carry on, go ahead. You have a good accent that is easy to understand.
