Few things to say: 1. White outlines exist, but these are only really used to highlight things in a still image. UA-camrs do this in thumbnails all the time. 2. Yes, that violin at 4:01 is mine. 3. No cows were harmed in the making of this video (2:45)
I’m very late but Aseprite is free *if* you compile it yourself. There’s a great tutorial on UA-cam that walks you through the whole process, no programming skills needed. You do need to download some pretty big files, but other than that, it’s great. You *do* have to update it by doing the process over again, but after everything’s downloaded, it really isn’t that hard. And it’s legal too.
A great video, I love pixel art and want to push myself to do more than I currently do, I also want to make an amendment that minecraft blocks are 16x16 pixels, not 32. I would love for you do continue doing tutorials like this, maybe for your process of animating or how *you* use aseprite.
7:00 Ok So,The Free Products Are Fine But I Suggest To Use 1) LibreSprite ( At Least I Think It’S The Name ) Which Is An Updated Software From When Aseprite Was Free And Open Source 2) Pixel Studio,It’S A Bit Clunky And Doesn’T Feel Good At All But It’S Pretty Darn Powerfull,It Has A LOT More Options Than You Think But It’S On Mobile Only So I Suggest Emulating It
7:27 Can't believe he forgot to add #3 Krita, disliked, unsubbing, banning you from my discord server, banning you from my Minecraft server, decommissioning my music for you. Our friendship is OVER!

Libresprite is the free variant of asesprite
You can actually decompile it for free. It takes hardly a minute!

I'd love to! After making a MC texture pack, I had found that minecraft is in 32x32, the sprites are actually just 16x16 scaled up to 32x32

After making a MC texture pack, I had found that minecraft is in 32x32, the sprites are actually just 16x16 scaled up to 32x32
@@RiptideDev i mod it regularly. its 16x16, you can go directly into the games source files and find it for yourself.
@@goblingrowl Really? I remember having to scale my 16x16 pixel art up to 32x32 in order for it to appear correctly. Thanks for the info!
