On the mineral extraction issue DH raised, I understand the reason why during the Biafra war, both the West & East weirdly supported Nigeria against Biafra, was because Ojukwu wanted more accountability from Shell on oil exports. For scholars of Cold war, you'll know that most civil wars in the 1950s, '60s, '70s & even '80s were typically split down to East/West i.e. Iron curtain, divide, however, in Nigeria's case the Soviet Union supplied the MiGs, which the West paid for, and Egyptians flew to bomb the living day lights out of Biafrians.

Mr host do better next time with questions you ask and the characters you involve, overall I'm happy to hear from David hundeyin, i have learnt so much from him and I appreciate his honesty
Truth of the matter is Kenyans are more educated than Nigerians. That's one factor that everyone misses about the Kenyan protest. They are far educated. Check their literacy rate. There was an international news agency that covered Kenyans for their ability to do ghostwriting research for university students across the globe. Kenyans are very enlightened but suffers similar factors in Sub-Saharan of underemployment, unemployment, and host of other issues. So it was easier for them to understand the finance bill and act swiftly.
It was more of a mobilization to the grassroots level..We used translators to translate the bill into local languages so that even the common man in the village and also the old who don't understand English could be able to understand what it involved. The whole thing was more strategic than most people would want to put out there. It was not as organic as people think.
@@chriswamahiu8751 and that's the brilliance and intelligence I talk about, being educated and enlightened. Wisdom is the application of knowledge. How that is applied brilliance. I give kudos to Kenyans. Understanding that finance bill spurred many to act and each, old, young, clergies etc. supported the protest. The bravery of the Gen Z in Kenya is admirable. In Nigeria majority are nonchalant, will complain online and continue suffering and smiling. They're waiting for who will lead and looking for a messiah. They ask you, why not lead? Can you die for Nigeria? And blah blah blah. But people are dying every day as a result of evil leadership of politicians in elected and appointed offices, weak institutions. Even if you cone out lead, they will attack your tribe, then religion and then discredit you. Nigeria is complicated for the worse. Both our elders, super rich pastors and imams, judiciary judges, all in bed with evil politicians. This is what the Kenyans are able to look past and majority of voices overshadowed those who support bad policies. It is opposite in Nigeria.
@@noeltheliberalmillennial4886 I agree. I'm a Nigerian, a West African, a patriot through and through. And I agree with your statement. I want my country to go through a revolution and change things for good.
"The air transport infrastructure is prohibitively expensive"; sadly so true. I was amazed when my bro proved to me that it is more expensive to travel by air from Lagos to Porth Harcourt(converting naira to its dollar or Euro equivalent) than from UK to France. He did it by attempting to book flights for both routes.
Nigeria is an entertainment-centric, celebrity-adoring society divided along ethnic, religious and regional lines. It's difficult to converge our teeming distracted youth population around an ideological common ground without d help of a socio-economic political catalyst, such as d proposed Kenyan Finance Bill or d EndSars mantra.

Very insightful podcast-kudos to the host and David! Despite its length, I didn't miss a second. Lastly, while I agree with your take on VDM, I don't think they're in the same bracket as David, Sowore, or Seun.
David, you missed a major factor about the protestors in Ke. 98% of them (the GenZs) were born and raised in the urban communities such as Nairobi, Nakuru and Eldoret. They grew up tribeless speaking only English and Kiswahili. They've now acquired other "identities" such as being leaderless, fearless, non-religious, and partyless. Only the older generations are still stuck in tribal politics and alignments.
Much as I appreciate what David Hundeyin says herei feel like most young African peoples who have no understanding of the importance of culture and civilizational worldviews to development.history is crucial which slavery colonization and neocolonization has virtually destroyed.look at Asia where each country is unique but here the mindset is to herd indegenous African peoples are lumped.

Great Interview. Ive seen so many snippets from Twitter, just had to get the full doze. Great Job guys.
Thank you 🙏🏾
Simply apt and pertinent.
Most intelligently delivered 👏👏👏
Thank you 🙏🏾
I enjoyed every single second of this podcast. David Hundeyin is a genius in my books, a brilliant guy and a true patriot. Well done Noble, you did a fantastic job with the interview but I think you should allow your guests do more of the speaking before dropping your two cents on any subject. I just subscribed to your channel btw.
Thank you. I’ll keep improving 🙏🏾
Now this is constructive. Thank you Jude and Big ups Noble!
This is the kind of podcast that I will always listen to..very informative and educative❤
Thank you 🙏🏾
Thank you for the interview. One advice, though. When you do interviews, just talk less. You know David has a commanding followership, and people want to hear his views. Don't overshadow your guests.
You invited them for a reason. You can make the interview conversational, but don't try to constantly interrupt and then dominate the conversation. Just have your questions, and give them time to respond. My opinion. Thank you.
Very nice podcast an eye opener to a lot of things and questions thank you David and Noble
I really enjoyed this
Thank you 🙏🏾
Mr host do better next time with questions you ask and the characters you involve, overall I'm happy to hear from David hundeyin, i have learnt so much from him and I appreciate his honesty
Thank you for your feedback. We’ll keep improving.
@@noblenigeria Beautiful ❤
We might be underemployed in Kenya to some degree… but trust me, no West African country beats us on the same. The just have big mouths and egos
@@SaCrownson Am trying to be modest, hehe
Very profiund conversation
Thank you 🙏🏾
David you inspire me a lot. This podcast has taken our zeal from point 2 to point 10.
I so very much love your courage David
More strength to your elbows
🙏🏾👍🏿
How many of us knew that David wasn’t really talking about a ‘Prom Queen’ 😅 He was talking about something else, and its rhymes with Poor
Great interview. Much improvement from the last one Noble
Thank you 🙏🏾
I agree with you David! It was not a protest. It was an extravaganza like you said. Nigerians always like fighting those speaking up for them.
The greatest challenge in the West African territory is the TRUTH vs Liars.
I definitely agree 👍🏿
The beneficiary of this our Country cannot save you including Obi we the youth need to organize ourselves.
@@TechEvangelist yes a very true statement 👍
No one will take you out of a situation they are enjoying
Nigeria is an entertainment-centric, celebrity-adoring society divided along ethnic, religious and regional lines. It's difficult to converge our teeming distracted youth population around an ideological common ground without d help of a socio-economic political catalyst, such as d proposed Kenyan Finance Bill or d EndSars mantra.
Thank you for the interesting content. Could you please create a books recommendation video? It would be greatly appreciated.
Oga noble plz learn to interview a person stop interjecting at every point in time..allow your guest to talk..the interview was tiring..please adjust
It’s a conversation.
@@chuksokoriekwe9619 Even in conversation, you allow the guest to give more information so he doesn't lose his line of thought.
Noble Nigeria, you are NOT PASSIONATE ABOUT NIGERIA, so drop that slang.
This interviewer is no where near David Hundeyin in intellect. Damn!
Aah ahh, do you have to speak like this???
Pulling something as insightful as this together is not child's play, so before you begin to type unkind things at least give the host his flowers!
@@AtamfonWilson
Give what flowers please? First time you're coming across his channel? The problems of Nigeria, in the real sense, aren't this dude's problems
Toh go and start your own podcast and be passionate about Nigeria
@@vershima69
I doubt you even watched the podcast till the end.
@@wonderfulera63490 I fail to see what that statement has to do with you starting your podcast and being passionate about Nigeria
Great podcast
Thank you 🙏🏾
Very insightful podcast-kudos to the host and David! Despite its length, I didn't miss a second. Lastly, while I agree with your take on VDM, I don't think they're in the same bracket as David, Sowore, or Seun.
Thank you 🙏🏾👍🏿
I like hearing what Hundeyin has to say on any issue.🎉🎉
David, you missed a major factor about the protestors in Ke. 98% of them (the GenZs) were born and raised in the urban communities such as Nairobi, Nakuru and Eldoret. They grew up tribeless speaking only English and Kiswahili. They've now acquired other "identities" such as being leaderless, fearless, non-religious, and partyless. Only the older generations are still stuck in tribal politics and alignments.
Great point 👍🏿
God will continue to protect you David🙏🏽.
Amen 🙏🏾
Much as I appreciate what David Hundeyin says herei feel like most young African peoples who have no understanding of the importance of culture and civilizational worldviews to development.history is crucial which slavery colonization and neocolonization has virtually destroyed.look at Asia where each country is unique but here the mindset is to herd indegenous African peoples are lumped.
Mr. Noble, you talked about alliance and you never mentioned Dele Farotimi and Aisha Yesufu. Next time, no mention Reno Omokri is a serious discussion
Ngozi Okonjo Iweala was the brain behind the success of Jonathan and Jonathan administration
Brain?.....NOI was one of the those who destroyed Nigeria's economy. We are not ready for that conversation yet
She wasn't even part of is administration.
@@digitaledu6624 what do you mean? Wch administration did she serve in?
@digitaledu6624 Olodo! When they tell you people to stay in school, una no go hear, she was very much part of Jonathan's administration as the Minister of Finance! Eh Olodo!
I pray we Nigerians can move pass being addicted to our elites/oppressors.
Whoever we want to lead us can it just not be people that are thriving in the oppressive systems we are trying to change
You’re making a good point. Thank you 👍🏿
