#2 Easy and Fast Recipe for QUINCE JAM On a Snowy Day In Iran😋 Iranian Village Vlog

Hello my dear friends 😍 This is my Second video and I hope you enjoy it!
Today in this cold and beautiful snowy day, I am going to make some Quince Jam. the recipe is very easy and quick. and the result is a delicious and in a pretty color. quince jam that you can use as a dessert or eat it with butter for breakfast and you can also make confectionaries using it.
I live in the countryside and I hope you enjoy this snowy day video in my peaceful life as a country girl. I also have a cute cat named Asal who you can see her in my videos. I live in Iran and I love my village life style, and I try to share with you my life including cooking and food recipes and sweets recipes and so on. Quince Jam in Iran is very popular, and people eat it as breakfast.

Ingredients:
Quince : 1 Kg
Sugar : 1 Kg
Lemon : 1
Cardamom : 2
Water
Recipe :
At first peel the Quinces. Then chop them into thin slices. Keep the chopped Quinces in a bowl and pour water on them to keep them yellow and prevent from turning their color into black. Then put the Quinces into a pot ( copper pot is the best for it).Then add Cardamom seeds, Lemon juice, Sugar and Water.
Water should cover the ingredients. Close the pot's door and put it on the oven. After boiling, it must cook for 2 hours. Now we have a good looking pretty color Quince Jam. Let it cool and it is ready to serve. Enjoy It!
