I was sick last week! 😷 So we had just 1 video,and I have to appologize,but now I am getting much better,this is my new video 😊
In this episode,I showed you how to make Abdoogh Khiar or in English,Cold cucumber yogurt soup!And ofcourse it doesn't contain of only yogurt and cucumber!You can read the full ingredients down below.This delicious Iranian meal,is a popular Vegan food between persian people specially on hot days of spring and summer.And you can also add some ice to it to make it even more freshing!Because of its ingredients it also acts like a detox!We serve it usually with dried breads.Today I also do some more things in the yard of my country house.As you expect,village life comes with a lot of handy works.Like gardening,planting flowers...Today I plant my garden with cucumber and pepper and bell pepper and sunflowers and...Also you can see Sumac the cute baby kitten that is growing fast.I also make a perfect herbal tea with mint and Omani lime that are from my garden!I hope that you enjoy this video,Love you all 🥰🥰🥰

Dear Saina, I recently found your channel and love watching your videos. They remind me of my childhood in Bulgaria. The calmness, the beauty, the fresh food from the garden, the animals, the vilage noise but most of all the delicious food my grandmother used to cook. In the simplest most authentic way. That is what you capture in your videos! Thank you for sharing! I love Persian food and find this yoghurt soup very similar to our Tarator soup. I think probably it came to Bulgarian cusine through Persia anyway :) we don't put as many herbs but I would try to make your version of it.

Im Poland we have similar soup. We call it: chłodnik. You can translate it like something cold. We boil some fresh, young, chopped beetroots with leaves and when it is cold, we add some cucumber, raddish, chives, sour cream and yoghurt, garlic, salt, pepper. We eat this soup with boiled poatatoes and boiled egg. It's real delicious dish. Especially in the Summer 😉

@@countrylifediary Pretty important Saina, we serce boiled potatoes with dill on a separate plate. After boiling you can also slightly fry potatoes. It's up to you. Chopped beetroots should be boiled first and then we can add its leaves and boil it few minutes more. And egg we chop into quarters and to soup direct before serving. During warm days it's absolutely piece of cooking art. Simple, easy to prepare and really tasty. I made it two weeks ago 😉♥️🌹
