Going to do all of them. Aren’t these moves too gentle to reduce baby fat ? I am 8 months post partum. I still haven’t lost my flabby belly that looks so bad. I am not breastfeeding a anymore (sadly). Any workout videos that burn fat and can be done at home ? I am 5’, 140 lbs.
Hey, I have severe muscle separation.. 4 years since i had my youngest of 6. Haven't done any exercise And I'm here in lockdown trying to slim up. I'm gonna start with these.. Thanks :)
I’ve looked up so many postpartum work outs and you really just inspired me to to get it together. My body has changed so much after having my baby, you really just given me hope.
Hi Elissa. Thanks so much for watching and congrats on your little one and the journey to mama-hood. I'm so glad my journey has been a positive source for you. You got this mama!
Seeing your before and after is so encouraging to me. I started this morning. I chose 6 of the moves, wrote a list and set a timer for a min each (2 mins for the side bends) New post-coffee morning routine. I need to stick with this! (My youngest is 3 and I've birthed 10 babies)
My mom also has had 10 kids, and she’s in better shape than me! I’ve only had one child, but I’m only 3 months postpartum. I still look 6 months pregnant though. You’re a strong woman, I can’t imagine. 🖤
I have clicked on your video first. Today is the day I finally have the courage and shame to admit I need to do this. I don’t love my body and I want to be proud in my own skin. Your 5 minute video on its own has given me the strength and dignity to do this. Thank you. I can’t wait to create a then and now video in time to come. Thank you 💗
I'm 4 months post partum (coming up to 5 next week) I can't believe how different my body is!! Was not reviewing the belly to stay for so long. I was very thin before and my 9lb baby stretched me out good and proper
Will definitely be starting today! 3 months postpartum and I didn’t even know where to start until now. There are so many videos about waist training and such which is great and all but there’s not enough videos on how to heal and strengthen the mommy tummies. Thanks for sharing your story and demonstrating how it should be done.
Thank you for sharing this video. I’m two months postpartum. I was 145lb pre-pregnancy, 230lb during 9 months of pregnancy and 190lb now. I was kind of sad no one seemed to have gained more then 20lbs after giving birth so their advice seemed irrelevant to me. I really appreciate your honesty and even posting the hard pictures to show how far you’ve come. It’s so helpful and inspirational to me ♥️
I didn’t gain weight during my pregnancy... I am a chubby short woman anyways.. But I gained TONS of weight after my pregnancy like crazy! Pre-pregnancy I was 137 and now I’m 185 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺 we can do it! There’s still hope for us♥️
I've been trying for a year and I'm back to my pre baby weight but I still look pregnant. I'm leaning toward a tummy tuck I just never thought I'd still look pregnant 3 years after giving birth 😅
Found you after I had my son in 2020 and started following this workout. Now I just had my daughter and I’m starting to follow this again 🤗 Just showing you some love! Can’t wait to see more content from you!
I used to watch your videos when I was pregnant just itching to use these tips and get similar results. Girl I gotta say you were not lying, all of these work and have my stomach back tight and I’m feeling confident about my body again! Thank you sis you are a blessing ❤️
@jadeshaw why did u just find you??? 9 months postpartum and this is the best I’ve seen, especially owing to the fact that I was never a workout kind of girl! Motivation to get my body on track!!! Thank you!
My wife start to do this exercise today .she is 6 month c section postpartum and to having confidence to do this exercise. I am also hope.thanks jade 👍👍👍👍
Thank you so much for posting this. I’m 2 years postpartum and 1 year and a few months post breastfeeding (not sure if that’s a word lol) but I’ve always been in shape and fit but my belly was overly stretched during pregnancy (petite woman very large baby 😂❤️) so it’s hard for me to get my belly back plus someone I spoke to said not to do crunches and etc because it would make my diasis recti worse so that made me not even want to workout because I was a belly on flat flat girl and I knew was crunches 😩. So now I feel like me again ready to get it back going and this video helped with that a bit so thanks sis. FineMommySummer💕
1 year post partum here, and your video is the probably the easiest for me follow along to while actually motivating me. Thank you! You look amazing, mama❤️
Oh thank you for this! This is the only video I felt is not overwhelming and I can actually do it. Please post more content like this for mum tum mommies :)
Hi Sanam, thank you so much for watching! Glad that this was helpful to you on your journey. I will definitely be posting more soon. Sharing a video on what I eat in a week for breakfast / healthy breakfast ideas this morning!
Hi Amara 💖 Congrats on your little one. Yes I completely understand. It takes time but doing what feels safe is the best gift you can give yourself! You're so smart for taking it easy.
Hello Jade 👋🏽 New sub, I’m loving this video, I’m 8 months PP, haven’t worked out since a month before I found out I was prego! I’m a small framed lady, 4’11, prebaby I was 115, post baby 155, this video has given me the hopes to be at that healthy level again, Thanks for the content! ✨
You are motivating me so much. Started your exercises. Seeing a big difference already within 6 days as I am 18 weeks post partum but had a TIA 3 days post partum. Blessings always!
15 months postpartum here and just now starting to feel like myself again. Ready to take some time for myself and feel strong again 💕thank you for sharing these

Your exercises are so awesome. I'm very out of shape lol and I get fatigue easily. Trying to build up my stamina after years of drinking and poor diet so I need something "easy" and light to ease me into my health journey. Thank you!
So, I am 11 years postpartum....lol. I’ve had four kids and three were c-sections and I’ve never heard of DR. So you can imagine what my tummy looks like. 😭🤣 I’m anxious to try these exercises. I’ve been doing a variety of set ups and six up for about 6 weeks but have noticed a bloating or more bulging feeling instead of a tightening. I didn’t understand why until I watched another of your videos. So thank you! I’m going to start the exercises you’ve recommended. ♥️
Great tips, can you pls do a video that can be followed along including the exact sets/reps that you do. If you can include a timer, that would be helpful. Thank you. 🙏🙏
I am 3 months PP with my 5th child. I had vaginal after c section delivery this time. And lost all my strength in my body and 214 now 3 pounds bigger from my last weight check before delivery. Your such an inspiration
Thank you for the video ! The results are encouraging! 😍🥰😘 how often did you do these exercises? How many reps are enough? And did you just do these exercises for your abs the 10 months or is there other things I should do too? Thank youuuuu💕💕💕💕
Very excited to have found you! Your before picture looks very similar to how I currently am(the indents on the side). I’m 7 weeks postpartum and just recently got the “ok” to workout without restrictions. you look absolutely phenomenal!

First off I just want to say that you really are giving me hope I am 3 years post partum I have tried so many different workouts and I even went to physical therapy I am definitely going to try your workout. When you first started did you use a belly band during your workout and also are you holding in your abdomen when working out?

I think I’ll do these workouts. I haven’t exercised in 5 months after having my 4th baby. My stomach looks big like a pregnant belly. 😂
it also doesn’t help that my husband and I go out to eat often 😅
Omg. You’re such an inspiration ❤️
💖 Thank you so much!
