For diabetes, eat 2 meals that u have with rice or roti along with protein (nonvegetarian, or dal beans paneer) keep the protein part heavier than the rice or roti.. eat these 2 meals with 2 types of vegetables that’s NOT root vegetable like potato. For the third meal, eat a salad with some sort of beans and vegetables 🥗 .. avoid fruits of all kinds for a while for 2-3 months .. drink 2 litre of water everyday and sleep early and deeply … also try intermittent fasting (eat all your 3 meals from 9-5 within an 8 hr window and do not eat anything before or after this window, no tea coffee) .. remember that protein for every meal is a must. U need to avoid fried food and sugar of all kinds and avoid milk as well. Avoid sooji, maida too. This will definitely help your diabetes problem.
For back pain, look up ‘back pain relief exercises’ in UA-cam and you’ll find many many videos. Select a simple one that you can do without much pain and do it .. do it morning and night ..not immediately after eating
