For instant rasam, make a powder from roasted toor dal. Add some rasam podi and tomato powder. Mix in some tadka. And when needed 2-3 spoons of powder in a glass of hot water and after it comes to a boil rasam is ready

Try making instant groundnut chutney. Roast peanuts, tamarind, red chillies and rock salt separately. Make into a powder. Store in fridge for more shelf life. Add hot water and peanut chutney is ready Can be enjoyed in rice as well like podi.

However organised they are they end up ordering from outside which is so expensive and unhealthy.
