I love how Howard is just like "dude, how did you kill them" and is super chill the whole time. same with the killer. it sounds like 2 dudes having a casual conversation
Idk I got more of a one guy probing the conversation, fucking with the killer, probably a lack of respect for him as well. And the killer just doing whatever he was doing, bragging I guess or trying to break some lonely spell.

As someone who works as a 911 dispatcher the only way we can find your phone if you are no longer on the line (while hooked into our location system) is to call the phone carrier and ask them to ping it. Phone carries will only do this if a person's life or safety is in danger. All you have to do is shut your location off and that no longer works. I'm sure there are fancier systems in play for high profile things today. However this was an unverified random person calling a radio show in the 90s. He absolutely could have called from a pay phone. In the 90s they were EVERYWHERE.

I live in Delphi and we had a nation wide story of 2 girls being killed, I was on the trail they died on a week before they were killed there, and the man who did it was the manager at the local cvs and lived in the same neighborhood as me, the amount of times I’ve talked to him and walked by his house, very very scary

Yea there were certain points in the video where Howard kind of rapid fired certain different questions. Or repeatedly asking about his mother being a whore. I think he was trying to break through the killers facade of being strong, powerful, in control. Also the repeated question of so you’re a pretty strong guy or you’re really powerful guy huh.

I wish they would have asked more questions and deviated from just family maybe bullying or if a girlfriend broke up with him in a strange way. Maybe asked if cheating on women was a habit or if he had opinions on women. Had he ever had violent thoughts towards family or girlfriends and what is his self esteem like. Even if his mother wasn’t a hooker maybe a grandmother or aunt, sister, Etc. I also wonder where he lived was it in a place where hookers commonly resided? Did he have sex with hookers before he started killing them? Even if he ever thought of his mother in a sexual way or wanted to hurt his father. They really didn’t dig deep into his thoughts and that phycologist was bs. I would’ve started with those questions too but to just stop at fires and say “well I guess there’s no motive, kick him off”. Ask if he was feeling remorse or if he started killing after his baby mommy. Maybe he had a person make sexual advances or his ‘first time’ wasn’t great and those lead to an anger towards women. Does he like rough sex really anything. Any diagnosis for psychopath or narcissism. Anyways I wish I had a chance to know these and dig deeper into his thought process 🤷🏼♀️

that could even explain why he targets prostitutes, to him they are ignorant people who don't know any better than selling their body's for money. killing them gives him the sense of power which could be translated to him feeling that his actions are right and his above others because he simply makes no mistake.
