On monday VR stream you should play ghost of tabor, it is a multiplayer loot and shoot type game. You either can be dropped of in an underground bunker facing of players and NPC guards. Or you can be dropped of on an island scaveging for loot and guns and then exfil to put all of your stuff in your hideout. It is really realistic.

Honestly I think if a place is abandoned it shouldn't be illegal to explore it. Its like y should it be illegal to explore something that is just sitting there falling apart with no plans to fix it or replace it? Also yes it is illegal to arrest and hold someone hostage who wasn't even involved in any way. Like it is definitely illegal for the cops to arrest his girlfriend and tell him they will release her if the guy turns himself in cuz she had no involvement and the police basically violated her civil and constitutional rights.
