If you watch the Knox interview Ren intellectually and logically knows there wasn’t anything he could have done that night but emotionally is another thing… the empty cup. But notice there is a bottle of light (lights) to fill the empty cup. The previous produced video was dark and filled with pain and frustration. This starts with that pain but continues with what Joe and all his actions has taught and given Ren. That bottle of light to fill the empty cup. Not only a crafted masterpiece but preformed extremely well with the help from Sam.
This is why #RENegades are some of the best. I am struggling, been struggling and I battle every day but so many of you have reached out to me or commented on other people's post but still here! Your cat sensed you were upset and came to comfort you. That's what my dog does. Well he was my moms dog. A Chihuahua named Bear. He's the most gentle soul and he truly saved my life after I took care of my mom on home hospice care for two and a half months before she passed. Actually we saved each other's lives. He was really depressed too. So I would do everything to make him happy. And by doing that it took my mind off of the overwhelming grief I was experiencing. It was made worse because ten days after my mom passed away, my best friend and singer of my band Lou passed away at 36 of a massive heart attack. They was in 2018. I'm still not OK. But I live for this little 8 pound life saver who is currently next to me under his blanket snoring away. Don't know what I'm going to do when he passes. I'll make that decision then. He literally is all ice lives for these last six years.
This is such a powerful song. It hurts to listen but, it also makes me remember friends that are no longer here. I get to remember their laughs and good times, which is a special thing to hold on to. Ren has a wonderful gift, in being able to reach out and connect with all kinds of people. We can all relate in some way to his words.
If you are moved to authentically cry then do that. It is Ren's authenticity that makes his work so powerful. The authenticity is what touches your heart, not just the lyrics but his sharing his heart with them. An 'ugly cry' is beautiful when you share your heart because I will cry with you. It's OK. Let yourself feel the feels. Being moved in the heart and crying is not necessarily sad. As a culture we do no service in the lessons we teach about crying. Thank you for sharing your heart about the person who bullied you.

True fact ive lived through so much things that people sometimes wonder why i am how i am since i keep being happy. I mean my parents were told when i was born that i wouldnt see my second bday cause i have an untreatable incurable illness, im now 36. Ive been bullied every way possible: physically mentally, emotionally. Ive lived through 4 close relatives offing themselves. One of my friends mom was killed by her own husband in a horrific way. Ive been around alcoholics, people in my family going to prison, incest. Having to be told at 34 my kidneys were at only 10% overall.

I love that you are a new fan of Ren, and that you reacted to this song, I truly am, so this is some advice, not throwing shade. I'm not sure of the quality of your headphones, or if you're still getting used to Ren's accent, which is a unique blend of Cockney and Estuary with a little Welsh sprinkled in, but it's a good idea sometimes to have lyrics pulled up on your phone or another device, and to re-wind a tad before ya hit play again. The lyrics tell ya very early on it's a song about suicide. Also, and this is not me speaking as a Renegade or for Ren, this is totally separate from your reaction, that I really did enjoy overall. This is from someone who spends a lot of time advocated for taking care of our mental health and being a mental healthcare professional. Saying "deleting oneself" instead of saying someone committed suicide is a bad trend that's been starting. I understand it can mess up algorithms and what not, and you can approach saying that act however you want to. I'm just telling you and anyone reading this, by saying "removed themselves from the planet", or "self deleting", is just another way we bend the knee to the corporate overlords, because they don't find the word palatable for their platform. Unfortunately it unknowingly puts a cloud of shame around the word that literally describes the act, and eventually the act itself, and discussing it. And pushing suicide back into a shameful closet will not help things much. Just an FYI, thank you for reading, I look forward to more of your Ren reactions!!! ✌💚

I’m working on using stream labs but unfortunately I’ve had so much trouble with their system for some reason. I’m hoping I can get this fixed as soon as possible. 😇 Also, I appreciate your explanation on how you feel about the words I used. I also feel like this is such a sensitive subject and most everyone has been affected by it in some way. Personally I don’t think the words are insensitive. I think it still accurately explains what has happened… Also, one of the reasons UA-cam restricts the language is to protect minors or people who have been affected by that one word everyone chooses to use in real life. I know people who have lost someone to this act and they use the new terms instead of the old one. I think it’s just a personal choice. Someone can use the original word and be super disrespectful. I think it comes down to your personal experience and what your intentions are. There are also very twisted people on this app who post people taking their own life. That’s also why UA-cam restricts the language. It’s the same thing with the word “grape”. I appreciate your perspective and I do think it’s valid 😊 I think it’s great that people are discussing this. @@joannasnedden According to Sreamyard support this may help: " adjust your settings so that "Echo Cancelation" is OFF, "Reduce mic background noise" is OFF, "Stereo Audio" is OFF, and "Automatically Adjust Mic Volume" is ON. This combination of settings will remove most audio processing." The first two make the most sense to me, might be worth a try??
The last portion is from Freckled Angels, the song he wrote for and performed at Joe's funeral. There is not a recording of the song where Ren doesn't break down by the end. Fun fact, there is also a cafe on Anglesey called the Freckled Angel, named in tribute for Joe after Ren's song.

I understand it can mess up algorithms and what not, and you can approach saying that act however you want to. I'm just telling you and anyone reading this, by saying "removed themselves from the planet", or "self deleting", is just another way we bend the knee to the corporate overlords, because they don't find the word palatable for their platform. Unfortunately it unknowingly puts a cloud of shame around the word that literally describes the act, and eventually the act itself, and discussing it. Hello! Thank you so much for your constructive criticism! I agree! The audio isn’t the best with streamyard. I’m working on using stream labs but unfortunately I’ve had so much trouble with their system for some reason. I’m hoping I can get this fixed as soon as possible. 😇
Also, I appreciate your explanation on how you feel about the words I used. I also feel like this is such a sensitive subject and most everyone has been affected by it in some way. Personally I don’t think the words are insensitive. I think it still accurately explains what has happened… Also, one of the reasons UA-cam restricts the language is to protect minors or people who have been affected by that one word everyone chooses to use in real life. I know people who have lost someone to this act and they use the new terms instead of the old one. I think it’s just a personal choice. Someone can use the original word and be super disrespectful. I think it comes down to your personal experience and what your intentions are.
There are also very twisted people on this app who post people taking their own life. That’s also why UA-cam restricts the language. It’s the same thing with the word “grape”.

@@joannasnedden According to Sreamyard support this may help: " adjust your settings so that "Echo Cancelation" is OFF, "Reduce mic background noise" is OFF, "Stereo Audio" is OFF, and "Automatically Adjust Mic Volume" is ON. This combination of settings will remove most audio processing." The first two make the most sense to me, might be worth a try??
The last portion is from Freckled Angels, the song he wrote for and performed at Joe's funeral. There is not a recording of the song where Ren doesn't break down by the end. Fun fact, there is also a cafe on Anglesey called the Freckled Angel, named in tribute for Joe after Ren's song.
