  • Invented in 1888 by Henry Charles Ramos in New Orleans, this classic cocktail has been a bartender's challenge for over 130 years!!! Lucky for us, the secret recipe was revealed in 1919 during Prohibition and later sold to The Roosevelt Hotel, where you can still enjoy it today.

    Ramos Gin Fizz Ingredients
    • 2 oz gin
    • 0.75 oz simple syrup
    • 0.5 oz heavy cream
    • 0.5 lemon juice, freshly squeezed
    • 0.5 lime juice, freshly squeezed
    • 3 dashes orange flower water
    • 1 fresh egg white
    • club soda pr mineral water, chilled, to top
