Dr. Glennys Farrar: Ultrahigh Energy Cosmic Rays and Binary Neutron Star Mergers

On Nov. 14-17, 2024, the Weinberg Institute at the Department of Physics at UT Austin held the first conference in honor of the late and dearly missed Dr. Steven Weinberg, Nobel laureate, UT Faculty, and mentor to many. Esteemed speakers gave talks on a variety of topics that feel Dr. Weinberg's influence even today, including cosmology and particle physics.
