Saucony has become my favorite trail shoe brand and I have a bunch of trail shoes from many brands. I have two pairs of Xodus Ultra, which is my favorite all-round trail runner, the Endorphin Edge for speed on smoothened hard-packed dirt/gravel trails, and the new Peregrine 13, which is great for technical trails with its lightweight nimbleness as well as all-out speed.

More videos like this! I love the concept. Ready Set Go music made it feel like Mario Kart a bit. Cameraman was super stable with a gimble presumably. What were they wearing? Please share the electronics used!
More "Test Runs" are definitely in the works. As for gear, our camera guys have quite a bit but I believe a DJI gimbal with a Sony fx3 was used for most of the moving running shots. The real close up shoe follow shots were all shot with the GoPro 10. -Connor

Next time maybe get some b-roll of how well the mud rinses off the shoes and how torn up the soles are after the rocks. Saying "They dry really quickly", then showing a shoe covered in very wet mud just seems a little canned.

How about Topo Ultraventure 3?
I had a pair of Saucony Peregrine 10s, and didn't like them at all. I found them totally dead and heavy and lifeless. The grip was good though, and they fit my feet well (better than Hokas). So my question is, is the 12 a lot different and better than the 10? I know it's lighter, but is there at least some energy return and liveliness now? Because I'm thinking of trying them again.
Our tester Erik has ran in them all and agrees, he felt the 10s felt dead. The 12 was an improvement over the 10s but he feels the 13 is where the biggest improvement was made. He wasnt a huge fan of the 10 but is now all in on the new Peregrine 13. -Connor

I had v1 of the Salomon UG and would give this shoe a 4 in the hills, on rocky and muddy sections maximum a 3, guess shoe choice is so personal, therefore this doesn't give much output...
Sauconys are underrated I guess.

Ive done several races in the saucony endorphin elite edge here lately on lots of different terrain & i have no cons at all

The cushion in the Ultra Glide under the toes is atrocious!! I have 9 pair of the Salomon SR4 and love Salomon but the whole trail lineup is a garbage fire this year

The Zegama is one of the most disappointing shoes I've ever bought. Such a great cushioned midsole, but a completely useless outsole.
This test is absolute nonsense that brings confusion rather than any objective comparison. The runners were each a different type, undoubtedly with different performance, running styles and pacing. The fact that each runner tested a single model ( and still of their own choosing), each freely choosing their rating (without any clear scale or at least minimal assurance of comparability of ratings between testers) does nothing to help the audience or potential buyers at all. I would expect a better information output from a dedicated e-shop.
Best part of the video was the intro. Rest was trash and not very informative.
