Nice final 2 battle. Love the side by side back n forth racing. Fighting those steering wheels driving the hell out of those cars. Great job to both and thanks to all the racers. Thanks for posting!
It's really cool to see how this event has grown!! I've been watching the Spectator Drags since it came out and it's always a great show. Keep it up Seekonk Raceway!!!
The first lockup was from hitting a bump while on the brakes, he let off brake and recovered but when front started pushing he should have backed out of throttle instead of brake to slow a bit. Once the front wheels broke traction again at that angle they won't start spinning again and it goes against instinct to steer right to recover with the wall looming
I couldn't agree more I like watching them all pushing their vehicles to the limits these guys here are the real Racers they have that passion they are the real ones that put their Blood Sweat and Tears into their vehicles they don't have million-dollar sponsors to sponsor them these guys actually have something to lose THIS IS THR REAL RACE... the only thing I don't like about these races is that it only comes once a month I Can't Get Enough
I think this is one of the best small tracks in the country, I can’t wait to get back east. This will be the reason for me me to return but it’s worth the cross country trip. Not only great racing , the fans back east are really into the sport. Where I live there is nice little track but come race night on the 4th of July the track maybe 1/2 full? It’s sad because it’s a well maintained track . No problem getting a good seat though. Anyway the the fans at the Seekonk track enjoy what you guys have back there.

As a spectator we also enjoy watching the donuts and burnouts in their entirety before and after the race . I know it would probably extend this clip by possibly as much as 20 minutes , but it may also increase views by 20k ? It takes a special person to enjoy a burnout ,...those people usually watch racing . Thanks for your hard work , I am enjoying the racing
thanks for the mention! budget set up..swifts springs / kyb struts, F&R strut tower bars, sti rsb, stock fsb , endlinks, fender bracing, wheels and tires plus its still has the original factory clutch
I think that's because most people with corvettes going in there are completely stock, including tires. They feel that by just having a Corvette that's good enough to win.
@@OhcoChildPlease aside from that, I feel it's a severe lack of knowing the car and it's limits. How many vette owners you see with garage queens versus the ones who not only drive their cars but know exactly how the car behaves when driven past it's limit.
@ChurchBoy0487 Pretty much every Chevy behaves the same past its limit - oversteer and smoke ! Most cars do.....lol, you meant: "at its limit". Part of being a real driver is knowing cars have limits and pushing them near but not past them.
By watching it alone I can see maybe a procharger and the suspension maybe the exhaust. Possibly rear end gearing and posi traction either way he was keeping with them all it was Keeping Up with the rest of them I have respect for that guy all he needs is some really good ripping tires and he can win couple of races out of it..

If the government really wanted to crack down on illegal street racing, they'd build tracks like these nationwide and have them open for public use. Maybe make the lap length 1/2 mile instead of a 1/4. Honestly -- the only reason people race on streets is because there's no place close by for them to settle their scores legally. If a question comes up one idle Friday night, _"Which Mustang is faster? Yours or mine?"_ , it's far more convenient to find a secluded strip of road and get the answer than to drive dozens, if not hundreds of miles to the nearest track and make sure you do so in the window of time it's open for public use (which is usually Friday night test-n-tune, for a few hours).
Teamster Jeffrey- yes unless you do some suspension work, my 89 lx turns ok with whats in it, but my 05 gt handles great with all the upgraded suspension parts in it
That Crown Vic was awesome. Winning with a barge. LOL Camaros a dime a dozen, back yards in the weeds, along side garages up on blocks, and junk yards are lined with them. Ugly rattle trap junk. Even the name sounds weird, like something women smear on their faces, or a douche powder.

The rear ends of both seems to either be too loose or too light what do you think maybe if he sandbagged a little to the left side and might be able to hold on to the track just saying on the Camaro I mean
Rob Carey his mistake was he locked up the brakes. If he just kept in the gas he prob could have kept it out of the wall, or at least it wouldn’t of been a head on hit. Just my opinion
@@chainsawmanny or did the brakes lock up? It looked like when he got on the brakes they instantly locked up. Then he let off. Then when he hit the brakes again, they locked up for good. I could be wrong.
Colin Levasseur Lol thanks for watching, think about it...youtubers making huge money by putting multiple ads in their videos, least I can do is put more than 2 to get a small profit of my hard work sharing with you all.
