This episode we are still in Rome, and lucky enough to get tours of the three Rocco Forte properties in the city! Hospitality at its finest. Let's start our look at Hotel de la Ville, Rocco Forte House and Hotel de Russie.

We really enjoy your videos, especially the Rome series, thanks David. Rome is our all time favourite city to explore but this video brought back some very fond memories. We first visited in 2014 and also visited in May 2019. We were nearly going to put it off until 2020, thankfully we didn't considering all that went down then. Anyway, we had the buffet lunch at the Hotel de Russie @ €45 each, seated in the rear garden. What a gourmet feast they served. I am sure that the cat in your video was also there in the garden that day. Would have been very helpful if we had seen videos like yours before going as there is so much more we could have seen. Thank you so much for the lovely comment Mark and Mary! I'm with you in that Rome is my absolute favourite too and it's such a joy being there experiencing all it has to offer. I never had the time to have a proper meal at Hotel de Russie but I'll give it a go the next time I visit! So glad you liked my Rome series as well; it was important for me to cover as much as I could!

Stayed a week in de la ville about 1975 ,,,was beautiful even then was I think part of Grand Metropolitan chain
