I struggled to get a doctor who would not advise me myomectomy and recently I came across a good doctor who is giving proper treatment without making me anxious about my fibroid size
I have pcos so he asked me to lose some weight and given me medication for ovulation
He asked me to try this for 3 months and if it didnt workout he will investigate further
So I'm just waiting and praying 🙂

I agree, some factors influence fibroids. the size of mine increase by 2 cm in 3/4 months (it was winter) just because I stop walking and any physical activity. Also, increase of any kind food high in sugar. When I discovered my fibroids, my vitamin d level was too low. Thank you for sharing all your research and experience. Could you update with how was your last month of pregnancy, any pain and if it was normal birth or cesarian?
Hi and sorry for the late reply! I gave birth naturally, not even the epidural :-). The last month was not so much different from my first pregnancy where I did not have fibroids then. One thing was different was that I could not walk for long (even 10 min then I had to sit down). Other than that, I did not have much more complaints than the usual (uncomfortable sleep and frequent toilet visits)

Hi i also di have fiborid 5cm posterior wall but unfortunately my babies heart beat couldnt heard by doctr and they aborted my baby😞 can i het pregent again?

I made cabbage and garlic juice and got pregnant. I only drank it about two days because it tastes horrible.

Sorry to hear that! The video seems to work fine and there are no specific restrictions on the video! In a nutshell I am talking about vitamin D3, sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy eating being being the three things that emerge as common in uterine fibroid patients. I tell a bit more on how I tried to combat that by supplementing, eating better and trying to walk more to be less sedentary. I ended up being pregnant with fibroids some time after focusing on this natural path. I also mention that this might all be casual and there might not be any relationship between natural path and pregnancy, but that it might be worth trying. I also caution you against paying for any supplements promising to reduce fibroids as that is not the message of the video, nor I think they are effective.

hi.. what you ate during ur pregnancy? Did you do your fibroid surgery?
I ate our normal Mediterranean diet (we eat Italian style at home). No surgery yet.

Other than it took a while to conceive, fortunately I had no issues pregnancy-birth or baby wise. Not all the doctors however were happy to follow my pregnancy as two of them, in my early pregnancy, told me that I should not have gotten pregnant.
