Women should meet together and ask each other why doctors say there's no cure for anything?????? When there is.
Also ask them why male humans can take estrogen like candy, but for me when I'm low, it's cancer causing. Why aren't all these transgenders suffering from cancer?
@@SelfCareBear who says they're not and won't in the future? I heard a commercial (I think it was Umzu advertising it's testosterone increasing product) that says estrogen is KILLING MEN. It wasn't referring to trans folks though but men are men even trans dudes trying to look like women. Males were not meant to have an overabundance of estrogen. God didn't design them for that. All these trans folks might end up terribly ill from all the fake hormones they're taking over a lifetime. Who knows, but I don't think anyone is studying them and documenting things like that. I could be wrong though.

Keep going it’s totally possible to shrink fibroids through a plant based diet. I would be careful with potatoes and fried foods even plantains.

Have you requested a transvaginal and vaginal ultrasound? I was in the same condition. They found that I had a hemorrhaging polyp in my cervix and 5 fibroids. Had polyp removed but fibroids still there. You may need a DNC. Make your doctors work since you pay for insurance.

And I asked my OB what food to eat and avoid. All she says is NONE u can eat anything u want 🤨😲. And the back of my head ill do my research on youtube and tiktok for the right diet. She just gave me food supplements. Btw I have pcos, polyps, and fibroids. I'm devastated

Some seeds have or increase oestrogen (worth checking which, thought pumpkin seeds were on that list?). Apparently, soy should be avoided and any milk products including cheese as you obviously know. Good luck. I’m just starting my journey.

Hey . Sesame seeds affect women who have fibroids differently. How u can tell us when u get done eating something and u feel bloated or fibroids feel irritated don’t eat them . Some women can have them some can’t . Do a test if they mess with you you know you can eat them . But mostly dairy meat and processed foods are bad for ALL women that have fibroids no ifs ands or buts

You can try adding vegan protein powder of hemp seeds to your meals. I havnt lost weight since I started this journey. Have lots of banana shakes and avos aswell
