this was a very weird analysis to watch. the guy with the darker pfp was very clearly set against arlo from the beginning and was intentionally interpreting what arlo was saying in the worst ways possible while refusing to even consider that arlo’s points had any merit. I’m appreciative of the other guy for holding his ground on the fact that Aonuma’s quote carried an inherent negative connotation while the darker pfp guy tried to spin it in a way that made arlo seem as unreasonable as he could. Good job not submitting to your co-star’s bias. I’m not saying Aonuma is a bad guy for wanting to innovate on the series, but I don’t see how arlo hoping for that innovation to include the return of that classic Zelda feel is an outlandish thing to want. Next time you do something similar to this, try to put your biases aside and don’t assume you know better than someone else because of the avatar they use. The amount of disrespect you gave arlo for using a puppet was off putting and honestly quite distasteful.
