I love them all. I was sewing down some Rick rack on a 1950's apron I am making for Halloween. I am having trouble with my right shoulder crocheting today.
All of them turned out so cute! I think the spider is my favorite, but that Leshey is also super cute. I think I'm going to go buy the pattern book you found at your library just by looking at the cover.
Omg, just randomly binging some of your videos while making granny squares and I actually have that exact cryptids book and have done a couple of the things in it. My favorite has been the mini kraken
Loved your pattern selections! Thanks for the spooky inspiration. The cryptids pattern book is one of my favorite pattern books. Highly recommend the kraken pattern in that book - so fast and easy! I agree there is a lot of felt application in the book though. I will try your suggestion on hand sewing the felt instead of the glue.
the spider was my fav! i may actually end up making a few bc theyre so cute. also i was -fighting for my life trying to figure out how to pick up sleeves- working on my first knit sweater while watching😂
Definitely recommend that cutie. Ooo best of luck on your knit sweater. I have never crocheted a sweater before but I think I’m going to for a video soon!
@@Tfwcrochet You definitely should! I've crocheted a few and theyre so fun, my one tip is to use dk or sport weight yarn for it bc i've found anything thicker ends up feeling kinda weird and bulky
I have the Creepy Cryptids book. I have limited craft space so I may try to do what you did and try to substitute the felt with crochet. But the spider is really cute. With the mushroom in the pumpkin could you keep the mushroom the same size but like double or make the pumpkin bigger? The pumpkin just doesn't look big enough. You should definitely post when you make the bat with the bigger wings. I agree the wings do look a tad on the small side. 😊
@@LyraStitchery I agree that the proportions are a bit off on the bat and mushroom. Sometimes it’s hard to know til you actually make something how it will turn out.
@Tfwcrochet oh yes for sure. It is like following a food recipe. You have to make the original first to see if it needs any tweaks to match your preferences.
I came for the spider but the leshy is the perfect blend of cute and creepy! At my house we go for “spooky not scary” at Halloween.
Can definitely recommend the leshy. Cute and creepy is my Halloween theme haha

@@barbaraleaweaver-mercado1820 Awh I’m sorry your shoulder hurts 😖
I love your yarn choices! I think the spider is my favorite 😍
the beat you used during the bat-making was so good in my headphones lol
Hehe! I’m glad you liked it. Picking out music is so fun.
Great video! I love that you actually make the patterns you are sharing.
Of course! That’s the only way to give a good review imo

The pattern book is so darn cute. I hope you have fun with it. I am quite partial to the spider as well though. It’s hard to pick between those teo
They are all cute! I loved the bat and the spider!
These are all cute. I was so looking forward to seeing the mushroom one and I’m sad that it didn’t come out properly.
It’s still very cute! Just would make a few adjustments next time.

The kraken is so cute! I might have to check the book out again to make him

I have been eying that bat pattern for a while. I'm definitely going to make one after seeing your review.
Have fun!!! 🦇😁
I just found your channel and I love your videos and your energy! I’m a new crocheter(?) and I now have a ton of great content to watch!
So glad you’re here ❤️ forgive some of my older videos. I have gotten a lot better at filming the past few months!
The spider! I'm so gonna try and make one! Ooo I'm working on Halloween cats. Mummy first ❤
Have fun! I have made 3 spiders now 🥰
@@Tfwcrochet i need to find the right yarn. You know the color makes the project i have this granny square red heart i have in mind for the spiders!
So cuteee
Love the spider. I was making a pink seahorse.
Sounds cute 😍
Love those patterns, i have the book too :) I'm making Crochet Me Zaddy's Little Baphomet Buddy in red and black.
Fun! I’ve had my eye on that pattern a while!
I’m dying over everything in that first book. I might just straight up buy the kindle version.
Also, I’m making a Pierogi Pillow for my mom 😂
It is such a cute book 😭
That sounds so cute!
OMG THE SPIDER IS SO CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you can't tell from my pfp I LOVE spiders

@@Tfwcrochet thats okay! if the pattern called for it im sure theres a way its gonna work :)
I have that exact book!
I was working on a penguin, with black velvet yarn, while I was watching this video 💜
Sounds so cute. I love velvet.
I'm currently making dinner but there is a rabbit 🐇 upstairs waiting to be put together. My vote is for the spider. I really like the colors you chose
Have fun with your bunny! I love the spider too. I really want to make more 🕷️

My go to for free patterns are blogs. If I do watch a video tutorial I watch the tutorial and write down the instructions first then make the pattern.
How do you keep that fuzzy yarn from falling apart?
This yarn doesn’t come apart while sewing like other chenille yarns. It does shed a little but it doesn’t fall apart.
Ur leshie looks like a pokemon called Q-bone I think is it's name
My library’s crochet collection is all of 3 books…. In print. 0 hits in ebook format. 🤨 Sent an email to librarians asking for more crochet books!!! 🩵
Good idea! Got to let them know. Have you tried hoopla? That one has more in my experience
