NCC isnt the same as UAAP.
UAAP is consists of 8 big universities here in the philippines while NCC is open to the entire universities here in the phillippines. Before NCC finals, there is NCC Regional Qualifiers. During qualifiers only those who ranked 3rd,2nd and 1st will proceed to the next level which is the NCC finals. :)
