This recipe snd video were just wow!! Everyone loved the dish and there were NO left overs!! That’s how good it was. I used 4 small lobster tails and 1 lb of Key West shrimp (med to large). The Key West shrimp is twice as expensive as foreign shrimp but the taste is twice as good. I used all the shells from the shrimp along with that of the mini lobsters and 5 garlic Cloves instead of 2 for the stock. It wasn’t clear how much lemon zest to use; I used the zest of one large lemon and it came out perfect. Additionally, I only used Parmesan Reggiano and a little more butter than recommended. The video presentation is spot on; all very well explained in the video and the hostess’ great personality comes through. It was a pleasure watching and cooking this pasta. It takes time but so worth it!!

I followed your recipe to the T and it was a HIT 😋😋😋 My husband whose not a fan of lobster was a bit skeptical at first but he was open to trying it and he love, loved it 👍🏽😀 I served it with a fresh garden salad, garlic bread knots, sparkling cider (so the kids can enjoy the champagne glasses 😁) and cheesecake topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries and blueberries. It was a magical night for me and my family. It was a joy to celebrate with them and I thank you again for sharing such a delicious recipe that I'll make again and again. Hope your Valentine's Day was as wonderful as mines was. God Bless ❤❤❤🤗

What you mean by half and half creme ? Am bit confused
Half and half is half milk and half cream. Can be found in your grocery store. I also used heavy cream as well.
