I just picked up a new 1307 (750). Very nice carb, Very smooth power compared to the double-pumper its replacing, I attribute that to the very nicely done Annular Boosters. The only thing that was way off was the transition, it went from idle 13.0AFR (1 turn out) to 15AFR, causing the motor to cough and stumble until the primary booster came in. I had to change the idle bleed from a 70 all the way down to a 42. I also tried a 36 IFR (from the stock 31), which basically had the same affect with the standard 70 idle bleed jet. I also changed the standard 4.5 Power Valve to a 8.5. The engine (445 Ford FE Stroker, Edelbrock Al Heads, RPM Performer, Comp Cam (230/236@.050, .530 lift) pulls clean and hard thru the power band at 12.5AFR, but at light load (cruise) it is pig rich at 10.5. I'm not sure what dial to turn to lean 'cruise' out? I've called Edelbrock Support twice with them telling me they have no literature on these carbs, so they have no idea what to do. This is pretty concerning and disappointing. Edelbrock? Anyone who has knowledge? Advise would be greatly appreciated.
Hope you get it figured out. You sure it’s not possibly staying slightly open somehow or maybe the air filter needs cleaning? Just spitballin since it seems as if you’ve crossed your ‘t’s’.
It has to be tested and trialed in the streets so we won't know till enough people try it and hopefully share their wisdoms and experience to the rest of us
The most badass carb on the market. AWESOME!!!!!👍👍👍👍👍👍
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! SOMETHING TO CONSIDER FOR YOUR PROJECT.

Nice 👍
Worst customer service I ever experienced. Stay away from their products.
