I’m going to have to get a new coil and have a swing at the places I think I done to death. Great video Pete! It’s pretty awesome conditions out there ATM! Good to see your amongst it👍👍
The Goldhawk has impressed me and I wouldn't be surprised that you would pull more gold out, it's also pretty sensitive for a 14x9, I do like it. Conditions are great, but they will soon turn hot. Cheers mate
I guess the NF has been the go to coil, as coils in past years from CT I just did not like and got great results from the NF, but the Goldhawk is doing very well. Cheers Guy
I was getting seriously amped about that deep hole gold, dang old mate, that’s crazy those little things can get that deep in pretty compacted ground, how frustrating that has to be.The heart of gold is a really cool find and it’s gold, right on.The video was shorter but still awesome Pete, thanks buddy.
So was I Morgan, I all but had it pegged for gold, but it wasn't too be. The little heart shape nugget was a good one, i started strong but couldn't trip over another, therefor a shorter video than normal, I guess you have those days. Cheers mate
It's good and gets the gold. It's as quiet as the NF, but the good thing is, it's bigger and covers more ground and I'd like to think it's going deeper. Go get one mate, I'm sure you'll like it. Cheers Chappy
Yes I think it’s a better coil for bumping into rocks Seems to be quieter to me and maybe more sensitive too A nice bit ❤️ heart shape cool What a dam shame that deep one was not gold dang it Great stuff Pete cheers for the tour CrouchOz
I do really think it's out performing the Nugget Finder, and I won't be taking it off any time soon or until I feel like a change. Some of that lead shot gets down, it gives you hope and then kicks you in the nether regions, but that's how it goes. Cheers mate
Thanks Andrew, on the board early takes off the pressure. Your keen hearing is doing the job on that tiny gold, but it does all add up, so take them all mate. Cheers
As a test of the coil, it seemed to sound off in a different way too, it was perhaps unexpected, and that you persisted on the grounds you'd been over made sense. The nugget was a sign which says "gold loves you", too, Pete! The camera perspective, as it does, flattening the terrain, makes the 14x9 seem only as big as your old Sadie coil, let alone the 12x7, so covering more ground, add the greater depth ranged down with the coil, a double coil. So, mono coils get a little bit more depth but less so the smaller sized targets in the threshold range of notability? Seems the old mates agree, on a good new patch they should be nearly all gold, good luck and hope so, cheers. Gabi of Prospect Hill, Narre Warren.
It was interesting to run over ground that had been worked well and I was surprised there were several more targets there, including the little heart nugget. I have seen the camera does have affects on the terrain and coil perspectives, the go pro's more so than the phone cameras, which I feel are a far better device for filming. So in the end I feel the Goldhawk is a nice coil and may just out perform the the Nugget Finder, but more testing on old ground will prove that. Cheers Mate
Thanks for sharing another adventure Pete. Nice way start to the detecting session. Which coil do you think is the better one ,the gold hawk or the nugget finder or are they pretty much the same. Keep up the great work and see you on the next one. Cheers mate 👌👌👌👌👍👍👍👍🤜🤛
It was a great start, but only lead and rust from there on. The Goldhawk appears to out perform the Nugget finder, every field I have returned to has produced more gold, especially that one, I have worked it hard. Cheers mate 👍

I think I might know of a spot James.
Interesting thoughts on the coils Pete. It certainly performed well for you 👏👏
It's done well and I won't be taking it off anytime soon, so I'm pretty happy with it. Cheer mate
I’m still amazed that the NF is sold as a premium coil over $100 more than the Coiltek Goldhawks.
I guess the NF has been the go to coil, as coils in past years from CT I just did not like and got great results from the NF, but the Goldhawk is doing very well. Cheers Guy
HEARTY BIT" WAY 2 GO from 1c Idaho! CHEERS" MATE!
It's a nice shape that one, a big heart would be nice, but I'll take anything, big or small. Cheers mate
We got the Idaho penny bit, old Abe and bison. Has Idaho celebrated it's bisontennial?!
Beautiful heart-shaped nugget. Always learn something from each episode.Cheers Pete
It was a real nice piece, it was a shame it was the only one, but that's fine. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Cheers Pete
Awesome mate, good to see the old patch is still producing🍻
Thanks Lee, I think it's getting a bit cooked now, best move on, and hopefully to somewhere with gold.
Cheers mate 👍

Great video Pete. Thanks for sharing your adventures 🌄 Cheers 🍻
Cheers Steve, thanks for that mate, you'll have to get yourself a Goldhawk and go clear up some old patches.
Yep best coil for the 6000 for most detecting for sure 😊
I can't complain, it's doing the job and still finding the tiny ones and at depth, so that's a good thing. Cheers Glenno
Nice take on the coil differences mate, does the coiltek run as quiet as the NF? Do I need to upgrade already 😮

As always Pete great episode and nice gold!
Cheers mate and that's for watching.

@@PetesGoldAdventures he’s it does hahahaha ouch my nether regions ooooo
Well done Pete. At least you got a bit. I would normally have to find 3 bits to get to that weight. Take care mate 😁👍👍

Well, you didn’t walk away broken hearted mate lol
Nice, not at all mate, it was a cracker of a little nugget. Cheers
Good day out
That's it mate, any day out bush is great. Cheers
Hard day at the office pete at least you got on the gold have to hate them little turds lead shots 👍
It started well, but then only junk targets, but you get that and you can only hope that next one will be gold. Cheers mate
Peaked early. Lol
Yep, been known to do that, all good mate. Cheers
35 is better than an australian test opener score!
It is looking a bit that way, best not play the B team. Cheers mate 👍
Well….! Another sub grammar to add to the tally.
Cheers 👍🍻⛏️
They seem to be where gold is at these days with the odd plus gram, all good, still fun hunting them down. Cheers mate 👍
