    Dear sirs,
How can I connect a phono for example through a Hegel V10 ? Without loss of sound quality ?
I have the MP-40 in a 7.1.4 B&W 801 d4 set up. with mono blocks for front and multichannel amps for surround.
    Thank you a lot !

As the Lyngdorf MP processors only have digital inputs, you need a RIAA preamp with built in AD converter, or you can use a separate AD converter after your favorite RIAA preamp. You can then use the SPDif coaxial or optical input on the processor.

What we need is USB in, room perfect, USB out…. This should be a revelation in hifi….

So what is latency on sda2400 amps? Surprised as so important I can't fine on the specs?

Remember it is only important when combining different types of amplifiers with different latencies. If the SDA-2400 is used for all channels, no need to address any latency. Furthermore in the SDA-2400 there is only a minimal latency when its digital input is used (0.6 mS), and none when the analog input is used. As you can see it is very low, and the setting is more important for example for active subwoofers, which sometimes have a DSP (adding up to 5 mS or even more).

Great video thank you very much .
One question please about the delays and gains. I have a MP50 , my Left, Right, SurL and SurR are powered by 2 SDA-2400 and my center channel is powered by the TDAI-2170 in power amp mode (with RoomPerfect turned off in the TDAI)
What should be the delays and gain? I look the manual but I am not sure.
    Many thanks and happy holidays

Thanks for asking, that is a good example for different latencies. The SDA-2400 is a pure power amp, and when using its analog input, there’s no delay setting required (0 ms). The TDAI is an integrated amplifier with much more Digital Signal Processing inside, which represents a latency even when no RP filter is active. When used with its analog input, the delay setting in the MP-50 must be set to 1.5 ms. Since such delay means a lot in the higher frequencies, this time-alignment will lead to a much better sound integration of your left/right/center.

      Very clear Thank you much!
What about gain difference between the SDA and TDAI 2170? Do I have to change gain setting?
(I ask here because I bought them from 2 different dealers with HiFi profile..)

@@icopal The gain difference isn’t directly comparable because it’s not two different power amps with different gains, but other factors, for example input sensitivity and very different output power (400W vs. 170W). RoomPerfect will align it in the measurement. Before RoomPerfect you can also estimate a difference in ‘loudness level’ when using the Verify Speaker function. Long term, it’s best to use similar amps for all channels.
