Nopes nothing like that. just come out of such baseless doubts. Stop seeing periods and women as something bad and opposite to positive and Purity first. And Sadhguru himself has clarified this questions, saying Rudraksham can be worn at the time when things happen naturally. Like sex, periods, eating non veg (whem one is used to eat it as a part of their life they can, but not wantedly eat it to test or mock Rudraksham).
