Manhattan, KS

Mark and I recently visited Manhattan, Kansas. First we stoped by the Aggieville neighborhood near the college campus. Aggieville is a colorful place with many eateries and bars. We ate at Nico''s an Italian style restaurant. Nico's has a large menu and offers generous servings - worth a visit! Next we threw hatchets! The setup is kind of like darts but with hatchets. This is a hoot give it a try. For supper we ate at the Tallgrass Brewing Company. The brewery offers some interesting brews, Mark tried their Yabba Dabba brew. Tallgrass is popular so expect a wait. Radina's coffeehouse and roastery for breakfast - another place worth a visit! My favorite thing we did in Manhattan was our visit to Liquid Art Winery and Estate! Liquid Art offers wine and ciders along with some food items. Mark and I were impressed with the quality of the wine. The owners have developed a line of wines that they use to tell a story of life changing loss and lessons learned. An amazing story and with an inspiring viewpoint.
