Best Pizza ever plus BONUS Tomato Garlic Bread recipe and my job interview story! I got the job!

I love pizza me. There is only one thing better than pizza and that's pizza with my epic tomato garlic bread. I absolutely hate toffee apples though - and candy floss. If somebody gave me a pizza with toffee apples or candy floss on it my head would probably wobble off.
That's still not as bad as putting pineapple on a pizza though. Whoever came up with that idea is worse than Thomas Midgley IMO - and it was his idea to put lead in petrol and CFCs in fridges. So yeah, I'd rather have no ozone layer than the sleepless nights I have knowing that pineapple on pizza is a thing.
I'm getting a right nark on now just thinking about it so I'm gonna go to the Lidl and knack a pineapple.
Anyway the recipe for the Pizza base ;
500g pizza flour
2 sachets of dried yeast
1 and a half teaspoons of salt
350 ml lukewarm council pop

Nice one mate. Nowt like a bit of homemade Pizza like if it's done properly. Getting yer oven as hot as it will go is the key and get it straight on to a hot baking sheet. Practice makes perfect with this I reckon. You'll be an expert after a few goes and you'll save a fortune. Haven't seen many Teessiders on here meself either. There's a gamer called Plumbella who's absolutely smashing it though. She's got nearly half a million subscribers.
