Stopped drinking 2 days ago. Decided today to start getting in shape for the first time in years. Only managed 50% of the workout plus the 5 min warm-up but that is more than I did all of this year and the last two combined so I am happy with that. Made some healthy breakfast muffins this morning too, cleaned out my fridge and cupboards or junk, made a meal plan for the week. The hardest part was starting, no way I am stopping now.
I had to take a ton of breaks because my legs were shaking so hard I could barely stand but didn't give up and did the whole workout! I'm so proud of myself now!

After having done the rest of EPICs programs twice, I am now re-starting EPIC I. When I did this workout 2 years ago I was holding 5kg weights, today I was holding 12kg ones. This shows how strong Caroline made me in 2 years!
I started today the 2nd round of Epic I (I did all her programs and series and standing alone workouts within 2 years) and I also increased from 5kg to 8kg this time 💪
When everyone says this is the worst year ever, but Caroline gives us the gift of a 10 week program. What a blessing and inspiration! Smashing workout btw. Put on my weighted vest and let me tell you 😅😅😅. Thanks Caroline!

I never thought there would be a day where bodyweight holds and pulses were the breaks for me in a workout... Does anyone else love that feeling after you do a movement with weights and then with bodyweight where you feel so LIGHT and you barely even feel your muscles working? Doing close squats after weighted close squats is so nice.
Honestly, the bodyweight exercises were more challenging than the weights, and I felt my muscles working more with bodyweight than doing them with weights.
I know this comment is old but yes!! It was such a wild change of pace. Shows just how much the body is capable of and how well it adapts to changes in stimuli. Fascinating!
I finished day 50 yesterday and came back to try day 1 again. I remember struggling so much with this workout the first time around. All I can say is that the progress I have seen in myself is amazing and I have officially completed my first workout plan. Thank you Caroline! For those who are just starting out, please be encouraged that it is worth it. Go at your own pace and focus on progress. Off to start Epic II on Monday. 🙌🏽
Honestly the fact Caroline isn't afraid to take a break, reset her form or just look as if she's struggling is super motivating. I'm just here like "ahhaaa it's fine, it's not that I'm super unfit, she's dying too!!" 😆
I totally agree. Every once in a blue moon I loon up at her resting and rubbing her leg and a brief smugness rolls over me as I think “Ha- Im more fit than Caroline, I don’t even need a break yet!”. That smugness dissipates quickly though, as she promptly puts me in my place and by the next set Im in tears, gasping for air like a fish on the beach.

22 minutes into this workout I had to pause and quite literally cry on my mat. It's been more then 2 years of regular exercise. I've tried classes, running, gyms, diets, fasts etc. My body finally lost 3kgs after 1.5 years of hard work. But gained it all back and more within 5 months despite consistency. I am currently struggling to lose any weight despite exercise. It feels like I'm losing control of everything in my life, and now even my body. After 15 mins I picked myself back up, wiped off the tears and finished this workout. I'm going to commit to these 50 days as a reminder that I can take control of my body and my happiness. Leaving this comment here to force myself to stick to this and add milestone updates. Thank you Caroline for keeping the workouts challenging, but also keeping it real! You're a real burst of positive energy ❤️ Day 1: 60.1kg, not feeling great but pulled through. Day 5: 59.75kg, finished the first HIIT. Definitely still need breaks, going at a slower pace and doing modifications for some workouts but feeling much better! Day 10: [no weight in, scale broke] YAY 1/5 done. BURPEE hiit killed me because I can't do push ups for the love of god. But proud to have finished it! Day 15: could probably only do 2 out of all the moves properly. T-T. But at least in still going? Day 20: HOLY. SHIT. Did it with superlight 2kg weights and I cannot believe I'm almost halfway there. Day 25: I MADE IT TO HALFWAY OMFGGG after taking a break because I sprained my ankle, so taking the moves slow but i did it 💪 Day 30: EMOM WAS A TOUGH ONE. given I already struggle with push ups, the last 10 mins were hell. A slight update on measurements: I've lost 1cm on my waist and 1cm on my hips

I struggled to keep up with EPIC 2 which i stopped at Day 35, and also Iron where i stopped at Day 19. And slowly i stopped my regular routine. I started to gain weight rapidly, and am now even heavier than my starting weight a year ago, and sadly it's not from muscle mass. It's been rough. But this comment reminded me of why I workout - it was to feel strong. I'm currently back at it and attempting Epic Heat! Hopefully i complete rhis one.

I have been doing Caroline’s workout routinely since end of June and I just finished this workout drenched in sweat, with my heart rate up (158 max HR!😳), and definitely feeling the burn in my glutes, quads, and hamstring!! Plus, this workout highlights Caroline’s signature style - She plays with different tempo and the sequence of moves are carefully thought out. Caroline, thank you for this beautiful video! OMG I DID IT!!!! I was so intimidated by Caroline Girvan's workouts because they seem so intense and impossible for me but, I did it! I did skip like 3 exercises and messed up some, but whatever, what matters is I did most of them right! I will for sure continue this series even if this is the hardest workout I've tried. After 7 weeks of repeating and straight up fighting through the epic beginner, I am FINALLY semi strong enough to start this program, not only that but I just completed this workout with my heaviest weights to date - 7kgs!!! patience and consistency!!
Hi! I'm new with this and I don't know if I should be starting with the beginner's program or just this one right away. I used to exercise and lift weights before but I wasn't great so that's why I have my doubts.
@@marysoto1309 hi Mary, I would recommend starting with beginner, if you have no trouble with it, then definitely start with Epic 1 afterwards. Caroline doesn't play around with her workouts (but they'll make you feel great afterwards), so maybe use beginner as a way to assess where you're at first. Uhm, I recall Caroline saying .. somewhere.... that if you can complete the beginner HIIT workout and do one regular push up without going on the knees, you should be ready to start with Epic 1 workouts. There may have been another criteria but I'm a little hazy on it (check her description fields on beginner videos, it might be on there) all the best and hope you have tons of fun, the workouts are amazing whether it's beginner or not.

This was my first ever weighted workout program I completed......fast forward two years of following CG programs 6-7x a week rarely take rest days and I am revisiting this one after finishing Epic 3 for the 2nd time...and I did this Epic 1 day 1 with 30lb dumbells and never had to drop the dumbells whereas two years ago I barely made it past 30% I feel fantastic thanks CG

This was legitimately the hardest leg day I've ever done. 1st, she kills the leg, then she kills it again. Then she kills it some more. Can I walk? Debatable. Did I die? Possibly. Am I gonna do it again tomorrow (please not my legs, though)? Yes. Lord help me.
Honesty time: I workout pretty regularly (4-5 times a week, typically with full body circuits and I add in 1-2 15lb dumbells atleast 2 days a week) and I’ve started/attempted this day one 3 times before. Today I finally completed it the whole way through. And when I tell you I barely made it- I barely made it lol I couldn’t do a couple of the side lunges and modified a couple other exercises as well, but hey I made it. 💀 this was a tough one. I felt a little discouraged at first struggling so much but decided not to let it get me down. It should be motivation for just how much stronger I would like to grow. To anyone out there feeling the same as me, just know you aren’t alone. Sending love and strength your way. And just know if you’re muscles are shaking and trembling through the burn, that there are people doing the same somewhere around the world right alongside with you 💛

I was in the gym 5 days a week before lockdown and running the other 2. The lockdown has been having a major impact on my mental health because of this and I had been struggling to put together challenging workouts for myself due to lack of motivation. Most of the UA-cam workouts are just 20 HIITs or in that range and after being really tired of those, finding this program has brought back some motivation! I don't follow the program strictly but I am using the workouts and this has been the first time in weeks my legs have gotten sore again! love it!! 🤩

I was in the middle of the Iron program over a year ago when I was in a cycling accident and broke my femur plus opposite foot. Starting back with Epic now. Other than being crazy sore, the 85 million squats are just what I need to get my strength back in my bum leg. Thanks for these great workouts!

Back to where it all began (for me anyway). This was my first CG workout, around 2 years ago, I’ve been hooked ever since! I wanted to do this one again today just to show myself how far I’ve come, and I’m proud that my weight has doubled since then 😊. That’s the beauty of these workouts, they are always going to keep me challenged and excited. Looking forward to seeing how far I’ve come in another 2 years 👍

Today I am starting this program. I completed the beginner series and they were TOUGH! My muscles were good and sore. Already my shoulder muscles are beginning to make their appearance. It's been about two years that I have worked out consistently. The pandemic took a major toll on me, like many others. I gained alot of weight, lost muscle, started therapy for my mental health, and now, I'm ready to be disciplined. Thank you, Caroline for your awesome programs and thank you for making them accessible to us all. Goodluck to everyone on their journey! I'll be cheering you on!
You know when you're in school and there's a subject matter you dread but because the teacher is nice, friendly or funny, you show up and do your best? This is how I feel about sports but Caroline motivates me to show up. ❤️
I made it through Day 1. I can't believe it. It was the first serious exercise I've done in years. It took me 5 different sessions over the course of about 5 hours to do it, and I only did about half the number of reps Caroline did for each activity, but I still feel a great sense of accomplishment and plan to do Day 2 tomorrow. Don’t know about Epic certainly feeling Exhausted now - and I was only using dumbbells half the weight you were! Next time probably will avoid the 45 minute warm up I foolishly did on a bike and cross trainer beforehand. Thank you very much for this Caroline I hope to be able to stick with it. I enjoy following your workouts because they are challenging - and occasionally (well quite often actually) you will do a move completely beyond my ailing arthritic body. I am a 40 year old mother of 4 sitting here on my bedroom floor bawling HAPPY tears because after 3 months and several attempts I FINALLY COMPLETED THIS WORKOUT!!!!!! @@yuria9179 Two months would still put you at a beginner's level whereas Caroline's EPIC series is more tailored to an intermediate to advanced level. I have been consistently working out for 8 months now (started at the beginning of quarantine) and Caroline still kicks my ass big time. Have you seen her series "EPIC for beginners"? I think you would be happier with that one.
I’m 53 and workout 3 times a week and have struggled with some areas , so I started this workout to help with structure and have a guide . I was exhausted after and I hope I can walk tomorrow lol . Im excited to see where this journey takes me with endurance and lose some inches , thank you so much for giving this for free !!!!
Just discovered Caroline's workouts this week and love them. Have been struggling with self motivation recently and have been slacking with my exercise but these have given me the motivation I need. No nonsense, to the point and well demonstrated. Will spread the word.
Can't wait to start this workout! I love the fact that the color of the flowers in the background changes in the regular workout videos versus the beginners. Its the small details😊 Edit: I just finished the workout and it was intense! Favorite parts: - Learning new moves like the Pivot lunge and Glide lunge Difficult parts: -All the hamstring movements especially the Hamstring march. Looking forward to getting stronger with these moves.💪 I did the warm-up beforehand. And read her PDF guide where she gives instructions on nutrition🍎 and when to do the cardio 🏃♀️portion. Today was day one of EPIC 1 and it went pretty fast for 45 min!!! I was scared to do it since doing some of the shorter 35 min videos like iron, fuel and epic heat. Thank you Caroline you’re the only form of exercise I have been doing since January and I’m not stopping anytime soon! I have not lost much weight in the scale but I love the way my clothes fit now!! I’m a buff a** b*tch! Most of my coworkers all do your workouts too and we feel amazing! You have helped my anxiety so much! Thank you!!!!!

I’ve been weight training in the gym for the last several years and even though I have a decent amount of equipment at home, I was so bored with my home workouts and unsatisfied with some of the other fitness channels I’ve followed. I am revisiting Epic 1 after two and a half years of Caroline workouts. I was able to get through this with DOUBLE the weight I started with the first time!! I don't remember exactly how much of a struggle it was the first time around, but I'm certain I did a better job this time, with more weight, and less shaking. I still needed some extra breaks, but I am so proud of how far I have come, all thanks to you Caroline!
Started this challenge a bit late so just completed Day 1 today but omg I love!!! My legs are in pieces (nearly fell over simply walking in a straight line!) - cannot wait to see what's to come tomorrow :) Thank you Caroline

Just completed Day 1 and I feel so good! My legs started shaking 12 minutes into the workout but I took breaks and kept at it and completed it! I've been working out for some time now but I didn't know how to go about building strength. Thank you so much for providing this whole program free of cost. College students like me can't really afford to spend a lot on workout programs and it's why many of us just keep putting it off. So I sincerely thank you for being so generous. I started working out with Caroline about two months ago and I have seen significant improvement in my overall physique, strength, balance, and flexibility. I just love love love love Caroline. I finished all the Caroline Girvan's Epic Programs and now, I am back to Epic 1. I am very happy of all the many changes in my health and fitness. I sleep very well these days and I have learnt to control my form. I got to know my dumbbells and could carry them with confidence compared to when I started. It is not easy but with determination, perseverance and confidence, it is possible. Just look at Caroline, she can do it so why can't we.
This gave me my first ever five day muscle soreness. Have to start the program over next week because I was literally unable to walk, let alone exercise. And I'm not even a beginner. Please be cautious and if you aren't used to Caroline's workouts, do her beginner program first.
Ok Caroline I am back with Epic 1 even though I have completed Epic 1,2 & 3 and Iron Series but I really like how Epic 1 works for me. So thank you again, again and again to have this workout available.

Started this journey 6 months ago, bit hit and miss but I have kept at it. After the 10 weeks I started kickboxing and walking but nothing serious. Now I have come back to EPIC one with the aim of going all the way to EPIC Endgame and then getting the app for Beastmode. Epic one day one today and completed the whole thing with few problems, loved every second of it. Still not drinking, diet has improved, sleep greatly improved, feeling...well...Epic. Keep at it, don't stop, take breaks but always come back. You got this

Im going to write a Journal for myself ( after 10 weeks Im going to do Epic 1 again ) Day 1 done! 07.09.2021 sometimes I didn't use the dumbells ( 2x 3kg ) because I focused to learn the techniques and to stay balanced at all. My legs are weak that's why I wanted to stop @ 31%, but congratulations to me I went through it. Update: Guys you have to give it a try! Believe me I started with 2x 3kg and couldn't work 3 days after. But now after this 10 week workout Im using 2x 7,5 kg and asked several people to look to my techniques. I can say controlling my body is easier and better than ever
Great idea to keep a journal through this. It's so easy to tell yourself you aren't getting better or it's not working-but when you can see little improvements it really motivates you. I'm going to start doing that today!
I started these in 2020. I took a 2 yr break from working out. Too many changes in my career,home, and local communities kept me doing less and less. I’m doing these workouts again and they are kicking my butt! Thank you for sharing your expertise and videos with us. ❤

Hi Caroline! I just finished the Iron series and started Epic. SOOOOOO good! In addition to menopause, I have gone through some big changes in my life that have had a negative effect on my body. I recently moved in with my elderly parents to help them out and going to a gym isn't a great option for me anymore. Finding you and your work outs has been an absolute God-send! I feel like I am finally getting my body back! What a joy to get a great work out in and still be available for my parents. I love your work outs! Thanks so much! You are a total rock star and inspiration!
Stopped drinking 2 days ago. Decided today to start getting in shape for the first time in years. Only managed 50% of the workout plus the 5 min warm-up but that is more than I did all of this year and the last two combined so I am happy with that. Made some healthy breakfast muffins this morning too, cleaned out my fridge and cupboards or junk, made a meal plan for the week. The hardest part was starting, no way I am stopping now.

Same, legs were shaking and I did get sick. I’ve completed endgame and this kicked me.
After having done the rest of EPICs programs twice, I am now re-starting EPIC I. When I did this workout 2 years ago I was holding 5kg weights, today I was holding 12kg ones. This shows how strong Caroline made me in 2 years!
I started today the 2nd round of Epic I (I did all her programs and series and standing alone workouts within 2 years) and I also increased from 5kg to 8kg this time 💪

I never thought there would be a day where bodyweight holds and pulses were the breaks for me in a workout... Does anyone else love that feeling after you do a movement with weights and then with bodyweight where you feel so LIGHT and you barely even feel your muscles working? Doing close squats after weighted close squats is so nice.

Honestly, the bodyweight exercises were more challenging than the weights, and I felt my muscles working more with bodyweight than doing them with weights.
I know this comment is old but yes!! It was such a wild change of pace. Shows just how much the body is capable of and how well it adapts to changes in stimuli. Fascinating!

I finished day 50 yesterday and came back to try day 1 again. I remember struggling so much with this workout the first time around. All I can say is that the progress I have seen in myself is amazing and I have officially completed my first workout plan. Thank you Caroline! For those who are just starting out, please be encouraged that it is worth it. Go at your own pace and focus on progress.

I totally agree. Every once in a blue moon I loon up at her resting and rubbing her leg and a brief smugness rolls over me as I think “Ha- Im more fit than Caroline, I don’t even need a break yet!”.
That smugness dissipates quickly though, as she promptly puts me in my place and by the next set Im in tears, gasping for air like a fish on the beach.

22 minutes into this workout I had to pause and quite literally cry on my mat.
It's been more then 2 years of regular exercise. I've tried classes, running, gyms, diets, fasts etc. My body finally lost 3kgs after 1.5 years of hard work. But gained it all back and more within 5 months despite consistency. I am currently struggling to lose any weight despite exercise. It feels like I'm losing control of everything in my life, and now even my body.
After 15 mins I picked myself back up, wiped off the tears and finished this workout. I'm going to commit to these 50 days as a reminder that I can take control of my body and my happiness. Leaving this comment here to force myself to stick to this and add milestone updates.

Day 1: 60.1kg, not feeling great but pulled through.
Day 5: 59.75kg, finished the first HIIT. Definitely still need breaks, going at a slower pace and doing modifications for some workouts but feeling much better!
Day 10: [no weight in, scale broke] YAY 1/5 done. BURPEE hiit killed me because I can't do push ups for the love of god. But proud to have finished it!
Day 15: could probably only do 2 out of all the moves properly. T-T. But at least in still going?
Day 20: HOLY. SHIT. Did it with superlight 2kg weights and I cannot believe I'm almost halfway there.
Day 25: I MADE IT TO HALFWAY OMFGGG after taking a break because I sprained my ankle, so taking the moves slow but i did it 💪
Day 30: EMOM WAS A TOUGH ONE. given I already struggle with push ups, the last 10 mins were hell. A slight update on measurements: I've lost 1cm on my waist and 1cm on my hips

I did end up finishing EPIC 1 and I felt great after! I struggled to keep up with EPIC 2 which i stopped at Day 35, and also Iron where i stopped at Day 19. And slowly i stopped my regular routine.
I started to gain weight rapidly, and am now even heavier than my starting weight a year ago, and sadly it's not from muscle mass. It's been rough. But this comment reminded me of why I workout - it was to feel strong.
I'm currently back at it and attempting Epic Heat! Hopefully i complete rhis one.

Hi! I'm new with this and I don't know if I should be starting with the beginner's program or just this one right away. I used to exercise and lift weights before but I wasn't great so that's why I have my doubts.
@@marysoto1309 hi Mary, I would recommend starting with beginner, if you have no trouble with it, then definitely start with Epic 1 afterwards. Caroline doesn't play around with her workouts (but they'll make you feel great afterwards), so maybe use beginner as a way to assess where you're at first. Uhm, I recall Caroline saying
.. somewhere.... that if you can complete the beginner HIIT workout and do one regular push up without going on the knees, you should be ready to start with Epic 1 workouts. There may have been another criteria but I'm a little hazy on it (check her description fields on beginner videos, it might be on there) all the best and hope you have tons of fun, the workouts are amazing whether it's beginner or not.

This was my first ever weighted workout program I completed......fast forward two years of following CG programs 6-7x a week rarely take rest days and I am revisiting this one after finishing Epic 3 for the 2nd time...and I did this Epic 1 day 1 with 30lb dumbells and never had to drop the dumbells whereas two years ago I barely made it past 30% I feel fantastic thanks CG

Honesty time: I workout pretty regularly (4-5 times a week, typically with full body circuits and I add in 1-2 15lb dumbells atleast 2 days a week) and I’ve started/attempted this day one 3 times before. Today I finally completed it the whole way through. And when I tell you I barely made it- I barely made it lol I couldn’t do a couple of the side lunges and modified a couple other exercises as well, but hey I made it. 💀 this was a tough one. I felt a little discouraged at first struggling so much but decided not to let it get me down. It should be motivation for just how much stronger I would like to grow. To anyone out there feeling the same as me, just know you aren’t alone. Sending love and strength your way. And just know if you’re muscles are shaking and trembling through the burn, that there are people doing the same somewhere around the world right alongside with you 💛

I was in the gym 5 days a week before lockdown and running the other 2. The lockdown has been having a major impact on my mental health because of this and I had been struggling to put together challenging workouts for myself due to lack of motivation. Most of the UA-cam workouts are just 20 HIITs or in that range and after being really tired of those, finding this program has brought back some motivation! I don't follow the program strictly but I am using the workouts and this has been the first time in weeks my legs have gotten sore again! love it!! 🤩

I was in the middle of the Iron program over a year ago when I was in a cycling accident and broke my femur plus opposite foot. Starting back with Epic now. This was one of my favorite leg workouts ever. Caroline is so adorable with her silent explanations on form. It helps so much.
Back to where it all began (for me anyway). This was my first CG workout, around 2 years ago, I’ve been hooked ever since! I wanted to do this one again today just to show myself how far I’ve come, and I’m proud that my weight has doubled since then 😊. That’s the beauty of these workouts, they are always going to keep me challenged and excited. Looking forward to seeing how far I’ve come in another 2 years 👍

It's been about two years that I have worked out consistently. The pandemic took a major toll on me, like many others. I gained alot of weight, lost muscle, started therapy for my mental health, and now, I'm ready to be disciplined.

I made it through Day 1. I can't believe it. It was the first serious exercise I've done in years. It took me 5 different sessions over the course of about 5 hours to do it, and I only did about half the number of reps Caroline did for each activity, but I still feel a great sense of accomplishment and plan to do Day 2 tomorrow. Thank you for creating these, Caroline!
Don’t know about Epic certainly feeling Exhausted now - and I was only using dumbbells half the weight you were! Next time probably will avoid the 45 minute warm up I foolishly did on a bike and cross trainer beforehand. Thank you very much for this Caroline I hope to be able to stick with it. I enjoy following your workouts because they are challenging - and occasionally (well quite often actually) you will do a move completely beyond my ailing arthritic body. However, I am sure your growing following of fans appreciate as much as I do the time, effort and resources you have put into doing this and to offer it all free to users is marvellous. @@yuria9179 Two months would still put you at a beginner's level whereas Caroline's EPIC series is more tailored to an intermediate to advanced level. I have been consistently working out for 8 months now (started at the beginning of quarantine) and Caroline still kicks my ass big time. Have you seen her series "EPIC for beginners"? I think you would be happier with that one.

I’m 53 and workout 3 times a week and have struggled with some areas , so I started this workout to help with structure and have a guide . I was exhausted after and I hope I can walk tomorrow lol . Im excited to see where this journey takes me with endurance and lose some inches , thank you so much for giving this for free !!!!

Just discovered Caroline's workouts this week and love them. Have been struggling with self motivation recently and have been slacking with my exercise but these have given me the motivation I need. No nonsense, to the point and well demonstrated. Will spread the word.
Can't wait to start this workout! I love the fact that the color of the flowers in the background changes in the regular workout videos versus the beginners. Its the small details😊
Edit: I just finished the workout and it was intense!
Favorite parts:
- Learning new moves like the Pivot lunge and Glide lunge
Difficult parts:
-All the hamstring movements especially the Hamstring march. Looking forward to getting stronger with these moves.💪
I did the warm-up beforehand. And read her PDF guide where she gives instructions on nutrition🍎 and when to do the cardio 🏃♀️portion. I'm going to keep track of my progress over the next 10 weeks and do a review video.

I woke up and felt so ready to start EPIC I this morning. But my legs started shaking when we did the Curtsy Lunges...Lol... From there, my legs shook till the end...What a 1st day!!!
Today was day one of EPIC 1 and it went pretty fast for 45 min!!! I was scared to do it since doing some of the shorter 35 min videos like iron, fuel and epic heat. Thank you Caroline you’re the only form of exercise I have been doing since January and I’m not stopping anytime soon! I have not lost much weight in the scale but I love the way my clothes fit now!! I’m a buff a** b*tch! Most of my coworkers all do your workouts too and we feel amazing! You have helped my anxiety so much! Thank you!!!!!
Thank you for saying this! My scale hasn’t changed much, and it’s tempting to be discouraged by that, but I know I’m tightening up and gaining strength!

My whole body is sore, but you only need one rest day to make it better.

I am revisiting Epic 1 after two and a half years of Caroline workouts. I was able to get through this with DOUBLE the weight I started with the first time!! I don't remember exactly how much of a struggle it was the first time around, but I'm certain I did a better job this time, with more weight, and less shaking. I still needed some extra breaks, but I am so proud of how far I have come, all thanks to you Caroline!

Just completed Day 1 and I feel so good! My legs started shaking 12 minutes into the workout but I took breaks and kept at it and completed it! I've been working out for some time now but I didn't know how to go about building strength. Thank you so much for providing this whole program free of cost. College students like me can't really afford to spend a lot on workout programs and it's why many of us just keep putting it off. So I sincerely thank you for being so generous. Did this today and it was hell. 😮💨 I had to pause several times(today is my first day starting back CONSISTENTLY exercising after…well, not.🥴), but completed it. Proud of myself for starting again. Definitely showing up tomorrow. 💪🏼 we got this!! One day at a time, and just keep going! Even if you need to do a 20 minute workout one day instead - do something! Can’t wait to see where this goes. I finished all the Caroline Girvan's Epic Programs and now, I am back to Epic 1. I am very happy of all the many changes in my health and fitness. I sleep very well these days and I have learnt to control my form. I got to know my dumbbells and could carry them with confidence compared to when I started. It is not easy but with determination, perseverance and confidence, it is possible. Just look at Caroline, she can do it so why can't we.
This gave me my first ever five day muscle soreness. Have to start the program over next week because I was literally unable to walk, let alone exercise. And I'm not even a beginner. Please be cautious and if you aren't used to Caroline's workouts, do her beginner program first.
Ok Caroline I am back with Epic 1 even though I have completed Epic 1,2 & 3 and Iron Series but I really like how Epic 1 works for me. So thank you again, again and again to have this workout available.
I tried this workout before then I completely gave up, because I was literally shaking 🤣. I tried it again now and I finished it and I’m so proud of myself!!

Started this journey 6 months ago, bit hit and miss but I have kept at it. After the 10 weeks I started kickboxing and walking but nothing serious. Now I have come back to EPIC one with the aim of going all the way to EPIC Endgame and then getting the app for Beastmode. Epic one day one today and completed the whole thing with few problems, loved every second of it. Still not drinking, diet has improved, sleep greatly improved, feeling...well...Epic. Keep at it, don't stop, take breaks but always come back. You got this

sometimes I didn't use the dumbells ( 2x 3kg ) because I focused to learn the techniques and to stay balanced at all. My legs are weak that's why I wanted to stop @ 31%, but congratulations to me I went through it.

Believe me I started with 2x 3kg and couldn't work 3 days after.
But now after this 10 week workout Im using 2x 7,5 kg and asked several people to look to my techniques.
I can say controlling my body is easier and better than ever
Great idea to keep a journal through this. It's so easy to tell yourself you aren't getting better or it's not working-but when you can see little improvements it really motivates you. I'm going to start doing that today!
I started these in 2020. I took a 2 yr break from working out. Too many changes in my career,home, and local communities kept me doing less and less. I’m doing these workouts again and they are kicking my butt! Thank you for sharing your expertise and videos with us. ❤

Hi Caroline! I just finished the Iron series and started Epic. SOOOOOO good! In addition to menopause, I have gone through some big changes in my life that have had a negative effect on my body. I recently moved in with my elderly parents to help them out and going to a gym isn't a great option for me anymore. Finding you and your work outs has been an absolute God-send! I feel like I am finally getting my body back! What a joy to get a great work out in and still be available for my parents. I love your work outs! Thanks so much!
