That momma is a very gentle natured raccoon. 🦝😇
Oh my God I could cry everytime I watch one of these videos the love for her babies
You are pretty hot yourself LOL
I esp enjoy watching the moms return for their babies. TYVM
No doubt those tiny babies are very cute, momma looks fluffy and chubby, hopefully she found a warm, safe place for her newborns ♥️♥️
Tú crees? La pobre sabrá a donde fue a parar 😕
Mom is so pretty 😍
Love how she touches her baby with her tiny grabby hands ❤️
Mom is very feminine!
Love the new boxes...you've thought of everything!
I'm always surprised the mother doesn't decide to move into the heated box.
At least one has tried! 😂😂
@@Nikyv786 I have to find that video
@@infernofireboy6861Did you find the video?
- 7:26 She's like "I just got evicted, I don't wanna go though!! I was comfy"
Love Mama racoons.💕💕💕
Mr. Gates is certainly a very nice gentleman & love his kindness shown towards all the animals! Hope his daughter follows in dad’s footsteps! A great company, indeed 🐾
I love wildlife rescuers, rehabilitaters and rehomers
I still don't understand how critters tolerate insulation. My brain is itchy just thinking about it.
Survival.
I’d guess that their fur prevents it from irritating the skin
@@Edlar89 that's what I'd think
Same
@Steven Young that's the thing though, yes they have thick fur and skin, but the eyes are big, front and center for Opossum and raccoon. Its irritating to think about. 😖
Looks like mama was exposed to ppl before cause she seemed more curious than afraid. But great job everybody!
I hope you follow your dads path and do this work for a career and, of course, enjoy it.
Please don’t stop posting! I love y’all videos🥰
I had a racoon on my house roof. Before she had her litter, she was in the chimney making a nest. I used Boss Buck Shark Teeth strips on each of the downspouts so once she was down she couldn't get back up. Then after knowing she was off the roof, I had the chimney screened.
I am learning here that animal parents are protective and want their babies. Many years ago as a child, I would constantly hear that animal moms would abandon their babies at the first hint of human presence or scent.
Love what you do and your channel!❤
Raccoons are good mommas. I once saw a family run after their daytime refuge was cut down in the daytime. They cry almost like human babies. Thanks for making the time and effort in reuniting momma and babies rather than euthanizing them. Raccoons do serve a purpose in the food chain.
What you do is priceless. Love ALL your videos. Merci beaucoup 👍🏽.
NICE WORK!! WIN, WIN HOMEOWNER IS HAPPY, MOMMA, & BABIES SAFELY ENCOURAGED TO RELOCATE...& YOU DID A GREAT JOB SECURING THE PREMISES!! ♡☆♡
Wow animals are so lovely, cute, sweet and such an adorable😍. Do you have a pet?
You all are super careful with mamas & all their babies! Great job everyone! Always love watching your awesome channel!! 🦝🥳❤
Wow animals are so lovely, cute, sweet and such an adorable😍. Do you have a pet?
Awesome job. You and your father provide a wonderful service. Please keep doing what you are doing even after your dad decides to retire.
Your videos are so awesome. You and your dad are great. Thanks for posting.
- 15:24 I like when you guys actually have the time on the screen so we can see how long it took her in between to take each baby. That gives an estimate of how far she went.
You got balls going up there. I wouldn't go up there with a possibly pissed off raccoon 😅
thanks sharing video Mother Raccoon is Eager to Retrieve Her Babies friend👍
If humans were as dedicated to their babies as wild mamas are there would be no such thing as child abuse. Yay! Wild mamas you are great🦝🦝🦝
You work safe, well equipped and organized. Gloves, strong ladders. Safe baby boxes. 😊
Nice!!Raccoons are really cute.
You and your staff are amazing.
Man, she’s great at all aspects of this job!

I'm almost sure the mom already knows the Gates and is thinking: "Oh no, here we go again. I finally found a real nice place to grow up my babys and the Gates show up, remove my kids and I have to find something else to move in"
How often do you all get bit, I love watching these videos, I'm sure it can be hard to work with a camera crew, since they go to such small areas. But I do really enjoy watching, almost wish I could do this too! Almost.
it is amazing, that she did not put a fight up. She must have sensed you were good people. I thought when you put that thing to get her babies, I thought she would have went crazy.. You are wonderful people. enjoyed watching your videos. Keep up the great work.
- Dang mama made some serious damage 💔 😢 🦝
Raccoons are Beautiful ❤
Super interesting stuff!
What cuties! Bad water damage at 2:35 and not sure how I feel about all those new roof penetrations even with sealant 😬
Their job is to remove the animals and cover the holes to keep out the water, and prevent the animals from returning, not replacing the roof.
That’s the owners responsibility to get a roofer up there to replace those bad shingles and make a more permanent repair.
Thank u for all this helpful information! Currently have a
One in my attic.
Love the raccoons and the girl 😍❤️🌹
She’s again here ☺️
I love the videos. Love how you are so kind to the animals.

Life is very hard for a mama raccoon.
"literally my favorite youtube channel." - My girlfriend
Thanks a million
Love this
Daddy racoons must be deadbeat dads 😂 I never see them in these rescues
Thanks for the great video.
OMG .... I love her
Good stuff.
A calm articulate attractive woman that works for a living? I cannot speak gentlemanly on how much my geezer self missed out.
Have you ever had to remove the same raccoons from 2 different houses in the same neighborhood?
How would they be able to tell.!
Awww
How many alternate dens do raccoons have in case one is compromised?
None. They basically kick them out in the street with no where to go, I’m guessing most babies don’t survive after this. All because some selfish human couldn’t tolerate their existence in a roof for a few weeks. These poor animals have no where left to go because humans have devoured their habitat and can even be gracious enough to share the roof of their home for a month
I believe they have explained this in me of their older videos that they always have one alternate den
@@michellehart6780 Unfortunately, in this scenario, open holes on the roofing would definitely contribute to water damage, that's not really an acceptable scenario.
The owners need a new roof
Hello 👋 Cheryl, how are you doing?
You guys are a great company. I had to pay my mouse and rat mitigation company extra to go up on the roof and see if there were any holes up there.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊
She wanted someplace warm and dry for them. Maybe we could make little housing boxes for them to go into put there . You know? Like doghouses but off the ground.
I dunno. I'd have them inspect, but I'd feel guilty evicting them in so young, so I'd probably just tell them leave it til they are gone and then we will patch up the hole. Or I'd build them one of those boxes lol I love those.
I think they should nickname you Ellie Mae Clampett.💕
It's sad that Wildlife has to Resort to living in our attics and sheds as there's no old holy rotten trees anymore because they cut them all down
Caulk under the washers.
Joyful Channel.
The daughter is definitely more rough with the animals than the dad.
Could just seem that way because she tries to work faster than dad.
That raccoon sure did a lot of damage to that roof. Mama raccoon is lucky the owner didn’t use a firearm or poison to evict the raccoon family. Raccoons are a food source for some humans.
Where are you located?! Far I bet,!
Where do they go after they get kicked out though? Have you ever relocated them to a forest?
You took her home, where do you expect her to take them to?????!!!!!
if i aint got nowhere else to go was a person

Can the animals keep the Gates T-shirt?
Does the mother ever try to make the release box her home?
To mom, it’s not a safe area anymore so no
Is there someway to build shelters around so they don't enter into homes: it is sad they have to be moved - but it has to be done.
I wonder if the insulation hurts the raccoons.
Deberían llevarlos al bosque, no dejarlos ahí mismo que busquen al vecino del frente 🙄😡
Hello, leaky roof
where will she move then too, someone else house ???
Im hanging in watching it- yall supposedly know what youre doing, but for the life of me, I cannot figure what you think she can DO suddenly, w/ 4 babies & No Home?? It just doesnt seem ideal. Especially in a fenced in area in the suburbs.I know she knows her surroundings, but it just seems so cut & dried & sad.Stuck- like so much wildlife here the building will not ever stop until its all taken up w/ houses (personal note, why Im moving, my Fla beach towns being over run w/ Northern Retirees, building their 3 story Dream homes, instead of buying OMG- a USED HOUSE! - They come & Destroy, what it was that made a place special. )
That is a valid question. However, they do explain in their earlier videos that they always have an alternate den. For various reasons. So when she comes to relocate her babies she is taking them to the secondary den. They are not just leaving them in the streets to figure out what to do lol. This is what they want people to know and become aware of because a lot of times people will take the babies to a rescue or something when all they had to do was leave them for mom to come back and care for them
Do you ever see where the mother takes the young.?
What happens if she cannot find a suitable & safe nest ends up at neighbours house ? .. How often does that occur
If you watch their videos from the beginning they explain that they always prepare a secondary den for various reasons. Wildlife are prepared for these things.
So where will they go now?
As they explain in many of their early videos wildlife always prepare two dens when pregnant so this momma will be relocating her babies to her secondary den
What are the odds she ll just live into that baby box with its heat and dryness and up safe form predation like that? She could leave them to find food... well until their eyes open and they roam...
Why not build something in your backyard so they can nest in there with moving them
Cheap mushy stuff. A newborn could get through too.
You can easily mix out that ridiculous wind sound. That’s obvious
The solution to this problem is to build a raccoon condo that will house all the mommy raccoon's during maternity.
the music you use isn’t the most pleasant

4 Babies
Other than being professional criminals that specialize in breaking and entering raccoons do not seem to be overly aggressive in your videos.
I would be livid if these animals we’re tearing up my property, they are obviously not having a problem with them being extinct so I’d say pp take care of the situation themselves and you can’t blame them.
There are a lot of raccoons because humans took their habitat and eliminated most of their natural enemies. Not the raccoon's fault.
Why didn't you take the mom and babies far, far, away from a residential neighborhood? I had 16 raccoons in my barn, I took them 65 miles away.
Dumb laws in the area.
How do we know she took them to a safe place....
because that’s what mothers do…..
They have several den sites
@@catwoman4580 ya at some ones else’s house
