Palm and Eucalyptus Tress were part of my youth in Riverside Ca. so I loved seeing these up close! Easier to pay someone else to do a job but the satisfaction of completion is the reward. however, Ronny brought up a good point in "Gambling" with those few palm trees you have left! Made me think of that old movie slogan Clint Eastwood said perfectly..."A Man's Got To Know His Limitations"! Last thing you want to be is The Piñata! LOVE the nicknames you give to your vehicles and tools and anything else that comes into our view! I'm guessing Sketch's name is now "Lil Dude? In any case I'm hoping he is getting acclimated! You ALL do your Homestead Proud Inside and Out! Cheers To Gage and Kaylin and Animals! Blessings From Ohio🙏
Yes, those Palm Trees have reached our Limitations! About 3 years ago we cut down a bunch of Palms, these were left then... They are feet taller now and gambling isn't an option. You are correct, the reward will be the completion of having them down, regardless of how they come down! The new Rams name is still Sketch, but for now a nickname is Lil Dude. He's the baby on the homestead, but is already getting bigger and stronger! He wont be little for long. Thank you for your kind words of encouragement! They mean a lot 🥰
That was a job! We have 2 huge Eucalyptus in our front yard. Had them trimmed by years ago and I was thinking it was time again. It ain't cheap though. My hubby is 79 now and has no business getting into tree trimming now! LOL
Trimming trees definitely will put a dent on your pocket book. I was so thankful to be able to trim these ourselves! But those Palm Trees need a trim too. Those will need professionals! 😉
