Thanks Jan. My question is how do you get the Teams and Webex invites to show up on the TC8? I set it up for Zoom Room with O365 but don't know how to get it to work for Webex and Teams
Hi Doreen great question. You need after getting a Zoom Room license you need to configure a mailbox to receive and show those invitation on the TV and TC8. This needs to be done in Zoom Admin Portal. See here a reference. bit.ly/3KWGboG. Further you need to enable 3rd party meetings (as shown in the video) which will make sure Zoom is able to recognize those Teams and Webex meetings.. all important steps which need to be taken to make it work.. hope that help.. Hi thanks for your comments! The Enhanced Microsoft Whiteboard is available in Studio X in Native Teams latest release (single and dual screen). Now the Studio X can work in two modes "Personal" and "Shared". In Personal Mode you can initiate the Whiteboard from Studio X but in Shared mode the only way to use it is that a user in a Teams meeting starts Whiteboarding from a Teams PC client. In the future I expect this also something that you can initiate in a "Shared" Mode from the room make sense.. but its a feature that Microsoft would need to enable .. I got some new videos in the works to show Personal vs Shared mode with StudioX... hope that helps..☕🎥 keep an eye on my channel for updates...

Hi Tomas thats a great question. I am using OBS correct and mirror (hdmi splitter) the Studio X hdmi output to my touch screen and to a simple hdmi-usb video capture device (10 euro Amazon) into my laptop. Its quit easy to build as you said for online training and workshops purposes very effective.. does that help?🛠📽☕

I added Teams invite to my G Mail calendar and it's linked with Zoom. The meeting pops up on control panel but doesn't give me the "join" button to join. Any ideas?
Thanks Jan. I have the 3rd party and MS Teams enabled on my zoom admin portal but when I invite a zoom room to a MS Teams meeting, I only see "Join Audio" instead if Join. Did you have to run anything in Powershell to get yours to work in the zoom conference rooms? Thanks!
Thanks for your comments. This behavior could be correct if you have not enabled "support teams web client...." enabled in ZDM (01:58) , you need to turn that on to make sure the WebRTC Teams client is used to start the meeting. Looks like it falls now back to CVI gateway functionality to audio only which happens if you dont have a CVI license... hope that helps. ☕⚙
