I played this song at my husband's funeral. Zero 7 is the reason we met, and I owe 12 of the best years of my life to Sam, Henry, and anyone that's performed with them.
New to Zero 7, not my day to day music style but these guys are masters, another beautiful haunting piece, gorgeous voice, nice lyrics, beautiful melody, love the trumpet, a perfect touch
zero 7 have always made me feel deep nostalgic emotions that comfort and cradle me.... it transports me to a place in my head that only exists when I play this music, thankyou for helping through my 16 years 🌛
I found this when it came out. Good luck finding it anywhere in the states then. Found an import and it was like finding the Golden Ticket. Tina was an instant crush.
Tina, Sia, and Sophie are three of my all time favorite voices. They all transend space and time for me. Every time I hear any of them it takes me to a space that's awesome.
@@marcogarbin2977 Care to tell me about it? I'll share mine. I didn't know who Zero 7 was until 2006, when I moved to Bozeman, Montana to live with my Aunt and Uncle. I was 19 at the time. Everything was new to me. I moved from Pennsylvania where I was getting in trouble a lot. I explored the mountains surrounding Bozeman, I skied, fished, and was learning so much about myself at the time.
@@unsungwindham Well, I lived and live now very near to Milan. Those were the days for me. Still married but free to go out twice a week to club in the coolest way....fantastic music clubs, drinks. Of course I went with my wife and some other couples of friends, specially on Thursday and Saturday, all together in a pleasant restaurant ( JustCavalli Cafè, Exclusive japanese restaurants ) and then to club till early morning....
Magical!!! In that video is like I'm watching an overcast day in London, Tina Dico has a lovely voice!!! This is a classic and I love the song from Zero 7!
I would love to have this video playing on a picture on my wall. Looping back every three and a half minutes. Turn the lights off and enjoy how it shines light on the walls
I found Zero 7 via EDF energy on hold music (give it away) when I used to work for them many years ago, I discovered the album it was taken from and fell in love with the music 4 years ago. This song, For me , Is the greatest and most emtional piece of music I have ever heard, I soon started listening to Tina's own music, Which I heartedly recommend. This music i could die to.
chickpaints yes, she is great, A beautifull voice, but my personal underrated favourite of zero 7 is Sophie Barker, she also has a solo career, heavely underrated ua-cam.com/video/UgXIUA6fRLQ/v-deo.html highly recomend it
Wonderful Take me somewhere we can be alone Make me somewhere I can call a home 'Cause lately I've been losing on my own Wrapped in silent elegance Beautifully broken down As illusions burst Too late to learn from experience Too late to wonder how To finish first
This video is amazing, I love how the coloured blobs are unrecognisable, but as the video progresses they take on a recognisable form. On the second viewing the blobs are instantly recognisable...deep!
I’ve been listening to zero 7 for around 12 years after I first heard their soundtrack on the Sex and the City show and I’ve always liked them but I’ve never heard this song before now.
If you're ever feeling miserable, try and find a quiet place to lie down and put this album on with a pair of decent headphones.....Just like magic, it'll take you to a place where all your problems cease to exist. Therapy for the soul!

A perfect tribute xx
We don’t search for old songs…
We search for old memories. 💞👌😊👍
Tina Dico is legendary. Zero 7 is legendary. Give them their flowers.
ロサンゼルスに向かう機内でこの曲に出会いました。サンタモニカのレコード屋ですぐに買って、日本に持ち帰りました。ロサンゼルスでの思い出がこの曲に詰まっています。

TINA!! she may not have superstardom, but she’s iconic to me. Her entire vibe is down to earth and she will never sell out!
Unlike Sia I'm sorry I hate her solo songs like titanium ugh I wanna puke and chandelier ughhh I hate when I listen to it in mall

What I love about Zero7 is they are are atmospheric in sound so when you add strong vocals and lyrics it’s a different level of brilliant.
This sounds to me like a song David Crosby would have written... Thus is just incredible.. 🎶❣👍

Amazes me when I find an album like this that is so good but has eluded me for so many years. Timeless songs ❤

Still one of the best music videos ever. I get chills every time.
If they had made more great collaborations together like this, both Tina and Zero7 would have become much bigger artists. Wonderful song.

AT LAST SOME HIGH RESOLUTION MUSIC VIDEOS TO ACCOMPANY THE BEAUTIFUL MUSIC OF ZERO 7.
I love you guys
That was one great musical team.
Posted before and once again I must state this should have been theme song for Skyfall! Lyrics and drama of the music 🎶 fit right with the movie 🎥
Una de las más canciones más hermosas que se han escrito
This should be the opening theme music for the next Bond Movie!
This was the song that got me hooked on Zero 7 back in 2006. All because I was playing around streaming radio on my Sony PSP.
For me it was a cover of the song “Destiny” I had to find the real artist
Tina is perfect for this song!
INSTANT bliss.
Wow.a voice like sandy deny and I mean that as a massive compliment.
Gold! And "Simple Things" song with Mozez blows my mind. Want to see video or live version ...
This video is like flashing back and forth between Besźel and Ul Qoma.

Great track. I'd buy the vinyl album if it was available from a Canadian distributor.
This beautiful song reminds me so much of Joni Mitchell.
