The mic movement is to prove that he isn't lip synching - this is from The Worlds BEST which Dimash walked away from as he was left competing against 2 children - he was vilified by Faith Hill and Ru Paul - he left, head held high and walking away from a million dollars - Faith Hill's conduct was shocking
This was a talent competition called “The World’s Best” on tv in America. Dimash walked away from the show because he was in the finals with two children. In his country, adults don’t compete with children. Dimash stepped away from the show, giving up one million dollars. On the show, they actually cut the song. There is a different Dimash performance of the complete song on UA-cam! There’s a video from Bastau 2017 and one from the New York concert in 2019. With these you’ll hear the whole song! Of course each time it will be a little different. Dimash changes his songs a little bit each time because he’s been accused of lip-synching and auto-tune. 😊😊

From what we were allowed by the editors of that program to hear, his performance was astonishing. Sadly we didn't get the whole song from any of the episodes that he did. They cut all of them down. At least the studio audience heard the whole thing though even if we didn't. Nope, please don't do any more from the World's Best. If you want to know why, you can find clips of what happened online when Dimash respectfully requests to withdraw from the competition. I doubt Ru Paul will ever be forgiven for how he treated him, at least not by the Dears. However in some ways it was good to see the truth in plain sight. Better than not knowing what happened anyway. Dimash said he would do no more competitions in future. Most likely he did it to get known in the US, and theillion dollar prize money would have come in useful. But he has no real need for money. His principles were more important. Later that year he did a sellout concert in New York. People came from all over the world to be there.
I was a fan of Rupaul. Never again. He showed his true colors. Reprehensible behavior. Dimash deserved so much better.
I promise you I am in no way a "Karen" or a "keyboard warrior"...I just want y'all to know the real truth and the reasons it looked like it did. I'm actually a very good person with a huge heart and I wasn't trying to start anything with anyone 🙃 ❤
This was a singing competition Worlds Best. I had never seen judges as rude and mean as the ones on this show...especially "Rude" Paul. Dimash apologized for the fact that he was backing away from the show. Toward the end, he realized he would be competing against two children, and that is something they do not do in Kazakhstan. They nurture and encourage the talents of their children, not compete against them. Yes, I know he goes by Ru Paul, but for me, he is now Rude Paul. You can also listen to him perform this on The Singer 2017. He was still amazing. How much more did she think he was supposed to give. She cannot touch Dimashs' talent with a 100-foot pole.

Dimash started doing that waving of mic by his mouth, because some pple started saying he wasn't singing n probably synced. Hence Dimash waves micro to ensure everyone can see n hear it is live.

Worlds best, rotten show ! Used to love Rue Paul, not anymore, he dissed Dimash badly ! Dimash is a gentleman ! They lied to Dimash saying there were no children in the show. He resigned for them to have a chance.

I am so sorry you were not warned about this show. 1)A lot of this performance is on the editing room floor. 2) Celene has heard him sing this before, and sent him a very nice message congratulating him. 3) When Dimash was approached about being on this show, He pointedly asked that there would be no children competing, He was LIED to. For the final round, he was competing against 2 children, and although it was evident that he was going to walk away with the 1 million dollar prize, He excused himself for the sake of the children. The response of the panel, was so horrendous and entirely embarrassing. No one on that panel had any professional reason or ability to be there. I had never heard of the dumb blonde before. So I looked up a performance by her. Put some clothes on her, wash her face, and turn off the auto tune, and you have nothing. The mic shake came about when the average Bozo could not believe that he wasn't lip syncing, the effect was fun, so he continued using it. Yes his mic use is extraordinary. Far, close, always just right.

Please do not react to any of Dimash on the worlds best. Not only do they cut out half the song but they were very disrespectful to Dimash and us dears will not watch. There are other versions of the song. They lied to Dimash and said no children would be competing they kept competitors away from each other the finial 3 Dimash learned the other two were children. He humbly bowed out to let one of the children win, it’s his country’s custom that adults do not compete against children since adults are supposed to teach. Well the three American judges belittled him live on television it was a disgrace what they said. So please do not react to that show with Dimash thank you

Mejor no saber la experiencia de ese concurso...al final Dimash abandonó el programa. Y esos que ahora lo estaban elogiando...se pasaron de la raya. Mejor míralo en yutube todo lo que ocurrió. Dimash es ante todo un hombre de palabra y se marchó con muchísimo honor. Sin duda es el mejor cantante del mundo. No hay ninguna duda. El mundo 🌍 lo ama.

Dimash moved his mic like that because there are idiots out there that think he uses Auto-Tune. Auto-Tune can't process the signals as quickly as he moves the mic, so he does it to try and prove he has perfect pitch.... he doesn't need electronics to do what he does. He's done it in a few other songs, too. Faith Hill turned me off by her comment, saying something to the effect that Dimash could do better in his next performance. I think the rest of the room disagrees with her. After his next song there, he bowed out of the contest because in his contract he said that he would not compete against kids. The judges didn't like it very much (acted like real assholes), but Dimash bowing out was his choice, as was the legal reason why.
I am sure you have heard plenty about this show and it is not your fault you did this one, people should provide the link they want. I believe the show thought that they would be the ones that would introduce the US to Dimash as the winner of their show like they created his fame, and he messed up their plan, but they should not have lied to him.

Его отец при падении поднял на руках над головой и этим спас. Песня написана от имени этого ребёнка, автор песни его усыновила.

Dimash made it a condition of joining the contest that he would not be competing against children& the producers& panel maybe too all lied to him& so when it came to his competing against a child.which the producers knew he was not going to do,they did it deliberately to create maybe scandal& ratings of him walking off the show but Dimash was ever the gentleman & explained graciously but the very unprofessional ugly rude disrespectful judges panel were so nasty vile to Dimash when he said he had to exit the competition. The judges were horrible as were the producers. They made America look bad!
The original singer-songwriter of this song was Eric Carmen in 1975…..it’s not Celine’s song…..she does a cover of it. And Eric’s version, the original, is still supreme.

And a SOS Version at a gala dinner (also cannes) , which he mesmerized the audience during his performance. First the audience was talking and not listening, but soon they watched jaws open 😂. One of the rawest sos versions.

This song is NOT CELINE DION.SHE DID A COVER. Eric Carmen, former lead singer of THR RASPBERRIED, an early 1970s rock & Roll band. His solo career original is MOST haunting. Sad and so emotional ( no acrobatics).... it is WHY Celine covered it.
Alex, I think he pulled out of that show after that performance if not his next one because he didn't know he was competing against mostly children

I've watched and enjoyed your reactions to Dimash. In this video, for some reason your voice has a lot more Bass, is a bit distorted, and the video volume is maybe one number too high compared to your mic. Compare it to s couple of your other reaction videos. Just trying to help! I grew up in the same neighborhood and our band played the same club stages as the writer of this song.
There are better videos of this song. This show treated Dimash horribly. Normally Dears boycott Dimash performances from this show. How they treated him was dispicable. He opted to quit, even though he was winning, because they lied to him. He refused to compete against children. They put him on the spot to do so anyway, so he quit. Ru Paul was brutal. Dimash handled it with grace and class...but stuck to his principles. The best way to find good clips of Dimash is to go to his channel. Boooo Worlds Best. Boooo Ru Paul and judges! Boooo the show for cutting up his performances.and supplying lousy back up. Dimash won on pure charactor.

As everyone else has said, you have been misled here. This performance was chopped up to death by the producers and the whole show was a waste of time for Dimash. The judges embarrassed themselves as much as possible and eventually Dimash left (because he was lied to). Please avoid The Worlds Best at all costs ;-)
Esa es una version corta. No es la mejor. Ademas Dimash no tiene buen recuerdo de ese reality. El se retiró del programa, para que pudieran seguir concursando dos niños. No le avisaron de que iba a competir con niños y en su cultura, moralmente no se contempla esa opcion. Uno de los jueces criticó a Dimash diciendo que él se retiraba por su ego. Dimash se enfadó mucho

I like all the dears for right reasons hate this stupid and nonsense american tv show the world best and the ridiculous and idiotic judge rude paul..However this is a good version of this song sung by Dimash but my favorite versions are others..I suggest/recommend to you the versions of the concert of New York Barclay Center 2019 and of the concert of Moscow 2019..Are 2 different versions both wonderful..King Angel Dimash Forever
