You can't imagine the reactions I have every time I hear him sing. Yes, disembodied, I cry I shake. Over and over. This is a great song for you to do as the second song. Maybe the most beautiful song of all.
That melisma bit in the middle was something done at funerals and Dimash put it in the song in memory of the original singer who had died, apparently.

The best singer in the world and just a wonderful person
I have not yet found anyone in history that has a 7.7 octave range. Dimash is not a once in a century singer, he is a once in a millennia singer/talent. The 22 second (one breath) vocal run at the end of this song is wonderous. Singing in Spanish makes it the 14th language he can sing in.
I'd give anything to see Him Live! But, I'm broke. He has Performed in America, I've heard...
That funky vibrato is Mongolian throat singing. If you rewatch The HU Wolf Totem, you'll hear it - though much quicker than what Dimash does. Dimash uses it as a funeral lament to the man who originally performed the song. Love your reactions!
