I would have PAID to be an extra so that I could watch the magnificent music performances by Austin Butler. They seemed so real while watching the movie.
Austin deserves all the praises and awards, such a magnificent embodiment, he is massively talented.
The split screens especially showed he embodied the different ages effortlessly.
Austin is sooo easy on the eyes. He seems to be genuinely kind and humble.
Elvis's presence was there all the time. He was challenging through Austin. That's why everybody was under spell, totally mesmerized. Austin did a great job. Elvis blessed Austin being him. Tom was compelling as well. A huge THANK to all the team for tremendous work. Thank you for immersing us into it. 💖

I would've loved watching all thst because Aus was elvis. yeah the crew had the golden ticket and they got to see Elvis near and personal. something that none of us have ever done. I saw Elvis in Vegas once in 1971 and i cherish it. and yes the man says "Elvis has left the building"/
Tom Hanks is not getting enough credit for his amazing performance. Just think,,, you can't recognize him, he speaks in an accent, he looks like Parker, he has generated emotions of contempt from viewers who routinely say they don't like him and many think it was not so much as a miscast but an irritating cast lol.... so he did his job perfectly, he got the reaction needed, he told the story and set the background for Austin to have a stunningly amazing performance..... Hanks the bad guy and Austin the hero. Frankly I believe Hanks should get an Oscar hands down by doing an amazing job surrounding "Elvis'" persona....... It was his job to be despicable and boy was he ever!!
I also think Tom did a great job. I don't know why anyone is complaining. someone said his accent is like Henry Kissinger trying to sound like he's from New Orleans. haha
He's funnier than 90% of Mel Brooks or Zucker Bros. An unintentional comic masterpiece.
I have a feeling they will both get Oscar’s for this one

I just saw Elvis.... Totally loved it.
I can completely see why they would have paid money to be there. It must have been incredible to witness in person, particularly if you're interested in performance. I have a feeling this will go done as a legendary performance in cinema and Butler deserves to be remembered for this.

Just because people are not that familiar with Elvis' work and/or private life - does not make this movie any better!!!The less than mediocre acting and very weak plot makes this
movie a huge waste of millions of dollars - I could not watch it to the end, it was so fake and phony and falsely portrayed Elvis with an actor who did not look like him at all
Any impersonator - including Andy Kaufmann - would have done a better job. True - Andy Kaufmann is dead- but still - this wimpy stupid producer could have found
somebody who looked more like Elvis than Austin Butler. Terrible actor with a huge ego - hope Hollywood eats him alive!

OMG. Jealous much? In the first place no one on earth has Ever resembled Elvis. You can't find anyone who looks like him except Chris Isaacs. Certainly not Harry styles who IS SHORT and full of tattoos. You are not able to remotely review this. This is not z documentary. You probably liked bohemian rhapsody which was a pile of crud.

Austin Butler's face looks like a truck ran over it - he looks like a wimp and did not meet the basic requirements - but the biggest bummer was Olivia DeJonge who should win the
award for WORST ACTRESS OF THE GALAXY!!!! personally , I have NEVER seen a WORST actress!!!!!! And no - I did not like Bohemian Rhapsody - Rami Malek is way shorter than Freddy Mercury was(RIP), but at least they made hi face look like Freddy's and his acting was good - which is why he won and award - I forgot what it was. Plus - in Bohemian Rhapsody the director did not depict the times as good as Baz did - which is a good feature about Elvis - Baz did a good job with the scenery of the film, building,
cars, etc - he just selected the actors badly - Tom Hanks was still OK though.
And so you don't get too mad at my bad reaction to the movie - you can watch it for free at lookmovie2.to - and no - I am not kidding or scamming.
